The property had some maintenance issues. The outside lights were not functioning, the closet door was broken, and all drains in the bathroom were slow with standing water in the tub.

We just wanted a cheap option since it was too cold to camp. The room was perfect for our needs...good location, bike storage, fridge, microwave, and a hot shower. The front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. The only disappointing thing was that we booked this location for the price and the hot tub,but the hot tub closed the day before we arrived.

Large room with fridge and microwave. New flooring and comfortable bed. Had a desk so I could get some work in on a rainy day.

I forgot to take a picture but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable it was ripped and the wire hanging out. I stayed in room 232. Also my shampoo container was empty.

Clean and economical stay!
Perfect for a trip full of busy schedules,
All I needed was a clean room to sleep in!
That’s what you’re getting!
Highly recommended! 👍

When we arrived we seen plenty of baby ants inside the room at the entrance. The restroom sink was clogged. Beds and furniture are outdated. The AC was warm. Hair in the bathtub and on the towels. We definitely won’t be staying here again.

Was noisy and NO parking available. Building so run down. Bed was uncomfortable, feeling the springs. Need to replace the beds. There were cracks between the walls. Over priced. This top 3 worst place Ive stayed. Staff were unfriendly.

very clean and comfortable room with fast wifi. very centrally located to all the nice restaurants nearby. highly recommended as hotel of choice in Moab. Arches National Park is a quick drive nearby.

On the outside, it looks like a lower-to-middle end hotel, but on the inside of the room things improved. The double-shower head was one huge benefit after a long day in the heat on the trails of the national parks. The beds were comfortable and there was a descent amount of room. I didn't get a chance to try the pool, but the on-site restaurant was awesome.

Great location for walking to shops, groceries, restaurants and sign up for adventures. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub looked great however we did not use them. Room was very comfortable and the bed and pillows were very cozy. The double shower head looked a bit wonky but the shower was great.

Simple Motel feel, should be called Motel of Downtown. Definitely not a hotel.
Rooms are simple and plain. Showers need remodeling. Shower curtains were so cheap and embarrassing, water couldn’t stay in.
The floors were filthy, cleaning crew definitely forgot or skipped the mopping.
I expected more for $169 a night. The photos are better than what you experience.

Great location but bathroom area needs an upgrade.

Great hotel in downtown Moab. Location is superb. It is walking distance to everything you need. Room is very spacious. We didn’t expect for the room to be that big. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Blackout curtains worked really good. Inside the room is quiet and has good sound proof. Pet fee of 25 dollars is okay. The frontdesk not the friendliest but is helpful. I will definetly come back again.

We enjoyed a nice 3-day stay. Room was clean and comfortable, all necessary amenities/conveniences like coffee, microwave, fridge, etc. Very quiet even though it's on Main Street. Excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant right next door, and other dining options within walking distance abound!

An old property than needs to be renovated. Great location

Room was small and the bathroom was also small. The shower was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great since we could walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Rustic charm was our opinion of the hotel. Everything , with the exception of the front door knob on the last day ,was in working order. The building could use some upgrades. But we were in Moab to be outdoors not in a hotel room. Restaurant next door had best breakfast ever.

Everything was great. One issue we had, we failed to call ahead and received second floor rooms; there are no elevators. We were traveling with 90+ year old grandparents. Luckily they are in good health. Stairs were slow going, but overall great stay.

Convenient to the National Parks and variety of restaurants

Great location close to downtown, the rooms are good overall but could use some more updating but the hotel was nice and the staff and location were great.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Room and beds were ok except for the bathroom. It hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet and the tub had a black dirt ring. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We did not anticipate that we would stay in Moab overnight so it was great that we were able to get a room at all. We arrived at the place around 10pm. The front desk staff, although not very warm was kind enough to provide us with toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were made nicely and appeared clean and were actually comfortable. The light in the shower/toilet area did not work but the light from the vanity helped so we did not shower in the dark. Since the front desk closes at 11pm, we were unable to buy/ask for water when we realized that the vending machine was out of water. The rest of the night was uneventful and we slept soundly.

Extremely convenient location especially to walk to downtown bars, restaurants and shops. Comfortable. No housekerping available for a 3 night stay but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great and friendly

My room was clean and didn't smell, the property is a little dated but the rooms themselves were nice, at least mine was. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants.

Room was clean, great location, staff was excellent. The only issue was we were in the very back set of rooms and there weren't any lights on in the parking lot or on that building. Other than that... Id stay again.

So the property was recently flooded. My room was above the damaged soaked rooms, the stinch of mildew evaporated through the walls n floors. Furniture were broken & ready to fall apart. Floors needed deep steam cleaning. And the television set was awful. They blamed the cable company who needed to update their wiring system. Do not stay here! You’ll be very disappointed.

Great location. Property is older, no outdoor lighting in our building and staff had no idea how to get lights on.

The room was very dirty when I checked in I complained so they moved me to another room which was just as dirty the floor said never been more I took a Kleenex to wipe some water I spilled off the floor and the kleenex was black the toilets were very dirty the walls the TVs everything in the room was very dirty it's a shame because it's a great location. It seems like the owner of this property takes no pride in it even though it's in an amazing location other small hotels up and down the road that I had checked we're very clean and very well maintained I wanted to get my money back and to move to another hotel that's how bad it was!
