Had a good night. Front desk lady was super helpful, especially when our key cards werent working. The bathrooms could use an upgrade and a little more cleaning but overall, good.

There was a snake inside my room, it’s slithered into a hole in the wall under the wall mount AC. I was in my room for about 15 min when this happened. I checked out immediately. I would like a refund

It’s super old but affordable. The room smelled of pinesol and dog. Everything was super old unlike the pictures. Baseboards old pictures even had chips and scratches. Around the toilet old. Everything is old so everything couldn’t look clean. It could be because we were in a pet room with no carpet. Even the mirror was crooked and old. The fridge was older and dirty. In the end it was afforable the pool was decent. We didn’t even have a pet so I didn’t understand why we had a pet room.

I didn't like that the carpet in the room was all dirty, the air conditioning didn't cool enough, they didn't clean the room, the faucets were leaking water, the bathroom looked completely neglected, it only had lamps, it had no light.

Travel here for when I do services in the inland empire. This area is perfect spot for my traveling for work. The people that used to run this spot was amazing and professional. Not only that they kept the rooms tidy. I called ahead to request a early check in. Dude on the phone was so rude. Checked in early, went up to the room, toilet had hair in the bowl. Paint was peeling from the wall. I've read from other reviewers of a awful smell. Well room 218 has that smell. I'm usually in the rooms on the opposite side of the building. I had to go to work before check out. Called to ask if I could check out early, and also informed the man I checked in early. Still rude af, and hung up on me. Gave me so much grief when I tried to get my deposit back because I came late. This was my last time here. New owner sucks.

even though this motel is a decent value, there is no excuse for the countertops to be dirty with "schmootz" on them...clean your rooms properly..also the fact that the front desk was covered in security and I had to check in from an outside window, it made the experience feel unsafe when ended the surrounding neighborhood did not appear unsafe.

The room was so dirty it was an insult my bed was on top of the ac literally and the room reminded me of the county jail smell like it too the free breakfast speaks for itself I’m a Wyndham member I felt duped they don’t show what the rooms look like I didn’t stay long enough to take any

Although an affordable budget option, many amenities that are expected of Inn/Hotel establishments were not included in our stay. The room wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked and the staff was unfriendly.

The first room they tried to put me in had a squealing coming from the toilet. I asked for a different room and they gave me the one below it. When it was almost time for me to check out the ceiling started leaking in the bathroom.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel the owner/front desk. Person was very rude. The hotel had questionable characters outside look like a lot of drug activity. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We stayed in this place 5 days, not one time did anyone come in to clean, provide clean towels, etc. The floor was so dirty that on our first day we were there, we walked around barefoot for an hour and our feet was black so we walked out with our shoes on the whole time. We tried tried canceling the rest of our stay and they refuse to give a refund. So we were stuck. Also we wanted to use the pool our first day because it was very hot and we were told it was closed for the day because the city had to come and inspect. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

We run out of tissue , the front desk person was so pushy at the checkout , the bedding was terrible the mattress was bigger then the bed frame, and the smell of the room was terrible, definitely not recommended

Everything was great for the price, and the staff were very helpful. Some dodgy people were staying in the room below playing very loud music and actually physically fighting at one point, but it was a Friday and stopped before 10pm so can’t complain too much. The soundproofing wasn’t great also. I’d stay here again if I was in the area.

The Inn was located in a safe neighborhood. Easy check-in, plenty of space for self parking. Room was clean. Highly recommend this Inn!

This property was much better than I expected. Service was amazing and friendly. Nice looking facility, clean pool and rooms. Only negative was the pillows, they were extremely lumpy, like they had been washed way too many times.

Shower temperature was inconsistant, luke warm the first two days, but I did have hot water on day 3. Otherwise all good. I would have liked to try the pool but weather and schedule didn't allow. Maybe next time.

Clean and comfortable ! No icky smells or sticky dirty floors .. . no ppl hanging out drinking/ smoking .. the desk and office chair plus frig and microwave were a pleasant surprise. Coffee served in office til 10 am
