Everything was ok - service, food, room except that one of the bathrooms smelled like cannabis. And that room was supposed to be a nonsmoking one. Needs a lil updating as well.

Great hotel, great location, surroundings were okay- not much walkable. Lots within 5 min drive. Only complaints: no recycling availability and walls were pretty thin. Could hear the neighbor’s cell phone when it vibrated.

The rooms are very simple. The two bedroom room with kitchenette is very convenient & reasonably priced. Huge downside is this hotel has 3 floors & no elevator. When we booked we were unaware of the elevator issue & had a wheelchair bound relative with us. Hotel was sold out & no other rooms available. So we had to lift & carry up our wheelchair bound relative up the stairs to get them to their room. Not easy & not convenient at all. Extremely frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. It was quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. The shuttle from the airport was prompt. The hotel is also a short walking distance to the San Bruno Bart station making our travel to San Francisco convenient. Breakfast was ample and good! We highly recommend Sonesta Suites.

Really nice large sized one bedroom. Dog friendly and kitchen amenities fit what we were looking for! Breakfast was decent. Walkable distance to San Bruno BART station. there is no elevator at property. Some things to note: 1. We stayed on first floor, the footsteps from upper levels climbing up and down stairs are noticeable in the morning. 2. Also, there is no daily housekeeping. Great stay overall!

Hotel was great for our family. It fit our needs. The 2 bedrooma were nice it separated from living area space. Each room had full bathrooms which I did not expect. The breakfast was okay. They had warm breakfast, but did not wow me. Queen Beds in both rooms and a double size pull out sofa bed in livingroom. We were on 3rd floor and there was no elevator. This was a little difficult for my Mom to go up and down. Great location. Near alot of stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and return.

It was no big deal in the end, but there was a computer mix up assigning us the wrong room at first. The staff was very nice and helpful and they even stashed our luggage in a storage room before check-in so we could go explore. There's a mall with a Target and a movie theater about half a mile away. There are also several restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed for a night before our early morning flight and are pleased with our stay. This is a great hotel, especially for families with children, the suite has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom, which was very convenient. The airport shuttle was very convenient as well. Our only complaint was the smoking smell in our nonsmoking suite! otherwise it was good.

This was the perfect property for our weekend stay. Staff were very friendly, informative and helpful at all times The breakfast was great – sometimes hard to get a place to sit so just mentally be prepared for that- if the weather is nice you can sit outside. The bed was comfy, the shampoo and conditioner leave little to be desired so you may want to bring your own better quality shampoo and conditioner. There is no body lotion provided (as most other hotels do have) so bring your own. The BART is maybe three blocks away and in our opinion the best way to get into San Francisco – it is extremely efficient, clean and safe and only $5.05 one way per person to get into San Francisco, it took us only 20 to 25 minutes for the BART train to arrive at our destination. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Yet another stay at the San Francisco Airport San Bruno property. As said before, spacious suites with all the amenities within a safe, quiet, neighborhood (slight airplane noise barely heard from inside) with plenty shopping dining and even cinema options! Also close to CalTrain station.

My family and I always stay here when visiting SF. The rooms are very spacious, location is within walking distance from grocery store, the mall, and eateries. They offer free breakfast which was a plus, a heated pool and hot tub. My only complaint would be the TV channels. I wish there was a few more channel options, and the cable reception wasn't so great and at times certain channels would just go blank(no pictures). Otherwise, overall our stay here was great. We will always stay here every time we visit the Bay Area😁

Was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort my family of 5 experienced with our overnight stay. The gentlemen at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room although some furniture was a little run down and could hear a lot of outside noise we all still slept great. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Pros: space inside the hotel was fantastic, breakfast was good, beds were comfy Cons: furniture is worn down, not enough space to eat breakfast and had to clean out own tables, no ro service, had to get our own clean towels, take out our own trash, ran out of shampoo. No sound proofing; could hear all airplanes and all the toilets flushing and showers. No elevators. No ice machines

There was no elevator and we had multiple heavy suitcases. That is absolutely crazy to not have. Also, the shuttle and driver were sitting available when i needed to go to the airport but they wouldn’t take me because it wasn’t booked 4 hours in advance. Terrible service.
