Our room was not cleaned. The bef sheets were not changed. My sisters room the sink didn't work and we had to clean the bathroom as it was not done. We had to get a new place to stay. It will not let me add the photos i have. Let me know if you would like me to send them to you.

The room condition was terrible. The sheets were worn out and looked stained. The toilet was dirty the caulking in the tub was deteriorated, the light switch was barely working, and the towel rack was falling off the wall.

IT WAS very enjoyable!

Very nice staff but the hotel is a dump. Better off spending a few more dollars and stay somewhere else. It's very outdated and old. It was probably nice in the 80s but at this point it should be condemned.

Breakfast was okay but the same minimum everyday. Bacon would have been a nice change up. Clean area and very friendly staff . We stayed to check it out for future family visit for a location for them to stay. We would recommend them here.

My daughter and I were on a road trip from ND to MI. Had traveled about 7 hours that afternoon evening and decided to stop here. Checked in about 11 pm. Front desk staff was very friendly! Crawled into bed and was relaxing when I looked over and saw bugs crawling on my sheets. My daughter's bed had them also. Bathroom is in need of an update as well. Build up on shower head with mold around tub caulking.

DO NOT STAY HERE. UNSAFE. STAFF IS NASTY!! Where do i start? I chose this place because i just stayed at an AmericInn 3 days ago in another city and the reviews seemed decent. Upon our arrival there was a guy outside screaming obscenities.i couldn't tell if he was just deranged or on a phone. Using foul, racist language. I was afraid to go past him to get inside but I was with a man so i felt safer. I am disabled and use an electric wheelchair so I requested my friend have a room near me. They put me poolside and my friend as far as he could possibly be from me down a hallway on the other side. The pool was filled with screaming kids and every time anyone walked past my room, the door would shake and make banging noises. My friend set his room. It smells musty. We left 2 go have dinner and while we were leaving the same psycho guy was outside still Screaming, when we got back. The outlet that I charged by wheelchair on was shorting out and I didn't know it. It could have damaged the charger and a wheelchair. Thank goodness I figured it out. Night time was horrendous, it was kids above us. There were loud, running or bowling, not sure which one But it went on to almost one in the morning. The next day I complained to the lady at the front desk and she said, there's nothing she can do because we booked through hotels.com. The next day, the screaming guy was in the lobby And he knew the front desk clerk. He obviously hangs there DONT STAY HERE

Plainly this is an older hotel, but much has been done to update it. The rooms were spacious and clean.

There were several terrible stains on both sides of the bottom sheet, so much so that we used the clean bath towels to sleep on. I took pictures as it was so noticable. We were so tired that my husband did not want to change rooms so I never called the front desk. Also it would have been standard to have had two soap bars as we had to keep switching the ONE bar from the tub to the sink. Also just two coffee packs was quiet stingy as we had to leave by 7am when your breakfast first opened.

Our stay was pretty good. Had a little too much fun on Friday night. The only thing that was disappointin was the hot tub jets did not work. Also the ivernight lady was very rude and when someone was getting beaten outside anf my sister went to tell her the gir was yelling fir help and to call the coos, sraff told my sister to call them herself!

Pool was great, hot tub was hot, not all the jets worked. Staff was attentive. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Freezer worked, fridge, not so much. Overall stay, satisfied.

The room was very humid, to the point that pictures on the wall by the bed were warped. Even with the a/c going all night, it seemed humid. Beds were very comfortable. The TV was on when we first entered the room, which was a bit unnerving. Kids were running up and down the "hall" around 4:00 a.m., which was not okay. People at the pool were loud, but when it said pool closed at 10:00, they meant it because it was immediately quiet at 10. Overall a pleasant stay except for the actions of a few guests, which I can't blame the hotel for. Staff was great!

Nice beds pool and hot tub

Stayed for 3 nights and realized by last night that the chlorine in the air was causing migraine and nausea; the room overlooked the pool. We opened the window in the room on last night with some improvement. Fan in atrium pool area did not seem to be on or visibly rotating. Also, we noticed fruit flies on bread enclosure in breakfast area which I realize can happen as they are a nuisance. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Pool and hot tub are absolutely amazing

When booking I booked for day of and it jumped my reservation to two days prior. I was told by check in staff this happens often with Expedia.😒

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a concert we where attending at the Wolworth County Fair and this was perfect for that. Great price, good location, and easy access! We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Property much nicer than the appears on the outside. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Room was really nice and comfortable.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The vending machine was broken and so was the hair dryer in the room but the front desk staff were quick to help us.

The carpet in our room and everywhere was dirty. My feet were black after walking around. Everything felt damp. There were long black hairs everywhere sticking to my daughters toys and clothing. When I mentioned it at checkout she said oh that’s a highly trafficked room. Like that’s an excuse. Fine for a night stay paying through but don’t look too closely anything. Needs a nice deep clean. And maybe a new shower head.

The bar staff was absolutely amazing

Room nice. Clean sheets. TV. Someone busted the couch so you sink down lower than normal if you sit in the middle. Pool actually had a TUFT of hair in it. Someone's weave? Someone pull their hair out? Jacuzzi. A warm, non circulating, underfilled, non maintenance, pitri dish. I would not let my grandkids in there. Food? Omg. Panini from hell. So gross I had to spit it out, go rinse my mouth. Couldn't even finish my Corona. Breakfast? Jesus! No heat elements for the cooked meat. The eggs were just a large yellow LOG!! No heating element. YOU had to break it up? What? Tasted worse than an MRE. The yogurt was a non-color, unidentifiable flavor, runny,...ewe. Banana was good. How many days are you gonna keep putting out the stale pastries from the day before? Worst Tequila Sunrise I've ever had in my whole life. Bed too soft. I'm much more comfortable in my room here across the street. Thanks. Good luck.

Very dingy, very unclean, hot tub jets didn't work, fitness room was closed, pictures online were doing ALOT of work. Employees were super friendly though. With quality this poor, we won't be using this chain again.

Had too far to get to room, smelled musty, very outdated. One and done for us

The staff was courtious, property was run down, dirty, very damp smelling. Didn’t want to walk on the rooms carpet without my shoes off.

They were very helpful in getting us a joining room even when booking on line.

I did like that there was a pool and jacuzzi, but everything was old and needed updating. The kitchen worker wasn't friendly. Average breakfast. The desk person was nice. The first room had a leak around the toilet, we were able to move to a different room.
