This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had
No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!

Good stay overall but few points to improve:
1. We asked for a twin bed room and we got a double bed room. The lady in the reception then offered to change that for us but we were too tired to wait.
2. We left our rooms a bit late and we saw that cleaning ladies were doing our floor. We left the sign that we want our room done but they only emptied the bin. Nothing was done when we came back.
3. Parking is expensive and at the same time not efficient. We were provided a code to open the gate but the code never worked. We had to call reception every time we had to leave or enter.
Overall ok but give the price, you would expect a better service.

Nice hotel, very close to the city so that we could walk all attractions. Very nice breakfast buffet and a very clean room were our highlights. ... Thank you for the nice stay!

Perfectly located with car parking. Professional and very nice staff. Good-looking interior, all perfect except the restaurant. Very uncomfortable and outmoded seats. Breakfast is quite substantial, but poor quality of food, especially eggs and fruits were uneatable.
2.5
Comfortable room, clean and good location. The check in staff were helpful and friendly.
The decor beyond the reception/bar area was a little tired in places but would happily stay here again

terrible hotel.
Not suitable for frequent travelers who are concerned about sleeping in clean rooms with proper sheets , without holes , tears and stains. This place is Disgusting

Location is good.
Room - basic but ok
Hotel public areas are dated and a bit shabby
Breakfast was appalling.
Dinner was delicious but Wine served with dinner was not the bottle chosen and waiter said nothing, just opened and served the bottle. Dinner service was very slow
Approached for cash whilst eating outside. Quite a few suspicious people around outside the hotel.. Would use again if no alternative with parking available.

Good hotel,, great room, good service, good breakfast.
Few minus points : food at dinner is not so good but there are enough options for hood restaurants outside the hotel. Not all receptionists speak English.

Hotel is well situated and close to train station - staff is super helpful and breakfast was fine. Only complaint is that the restaurant was not open on Sunday night but room service was luckily.

I was staying one night on business. Nice room, easy access, on-site parking, central location in the old part of the city. Breakfast selection was a little limited other than that, as expected.

The room was nice and clean, however, the two elevators are extremely small. When a bus full of tourists was checking in we passed a half dozen men and women struggling up the stairs dragging their bags.

driving back to UK from Italy this was our stopover for 1 night - great hotel Metz is a lovely town.

On arrival at our room there was used coffee cups.
When I went to reception to get new supplies I was informed they had run out of milk.
After 30 minutes I got the other person working there to take milk out of the nespresso machine out of the restaurant-which was shut by the way.
2 staff in a hotel this size is outrageous.
Room was freezing until midnight-then boiling.
Express check out didn’t work because you have to pay a local tax-which they didn’t collect on check in.
Failed to give me exit code for car park.
Complete shambles-I’m currently trying to get reembursed from mecure

The room was fine for a one night stopover. The only issue was the air conditioning not working very well.

This hotel was in a good location on the edge of the maim part of the city but within easy walking distance. There is parking available. Rooms were air conditioned which was great as it was very hot at the time of our stay.

The hotel is situated a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Metz with all it has to offer, restaurants, shops and watering holes. The hotel has free secure parking, with public parking close by. The comunial areas of the hotel are looking a bit tired but the bedrooms are both spacious and in good order. A buffet breakfast is serve in a nice room with a good selection of food.

We stayed 2 nights in a superior room. We were immediately impressed. We found space in their free parking. Excellent location, well placed for everything a visitor to Metz might want. Decided against breakfast as a bit pricey but a Boulangerie across the road, and a pretty square to eat in. Modern and well maintained. Very clean. Great air conditioning. Would definitely recommend

The staff was very nice. Standard rooms are small. The City center is really nice although not so near to the hotel.

Room was very small, upgraded to next level and still very small.

This hotel is in a nice area, close and walkable to brasseries, restaurants. Rooms comfortable and staff nice. Much better than we remember the chain being.

Although this hotel says it is Center, it is really poorly located from cathedral, market and such, an uphill walk. Not many truly close activities, restaurants, bakeries, etc. still, free parking, great staff with friendly and helpful attitudes who are always smiling. Excellent breakfast. The bathroom was poorly designed and showed signs of having been recently perked up but was a bit shabby. Bedding and mattress excellent. Overall, an adequate hotel but nothing out of ordinary except for the staff. As a single woman with children, I felt safe inside the hotel and was probably was safe outside, too.

Very comfortable hotel close to the Gare. and Cathedral and shops

The hotel lobby looks new and great. However, the room inside is another story, very old fashion designed.
Surprisingly, I saw lots of insects inside the room. I reported it to the staff but no improvement was made. Then I requested room change. They said they could not because the room type I booked was full. It made me very disappointed and I could not sleep well that night. Luckily I only stayed one night here.

We found parking across the hotel, although later found out there is "free" parking around back of the hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff were a bit annoyed when we first arrived, because of a big group of Chinese who were trying to check in, but later staff was pleasant.

Easy check-in, excellent staff and free parking. Reasonable sized, comfortable room.
Avoid the friendly ladies who congregate in the square opposite....!

Hotel exterior dated. Bathroom design poor. Room small but quiet. Linens adequate. Decor nice. Door did not close well and had to be checked. Express breakfast was decent and cost similar to patisserie. Parking lot snug. Bed comfortable for back sleepers, a bit too firm for side sleepers. A bit too far to quickly walk to Cathedral. Staff polite and friendly.
2.5
The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside but was perfect for us once you went through the doors. The room was pretty big, clean and had everything you would want. The mattress was really good and I wouldnt normally mention but it was so comfy. Free parking is always a bonus in town centers also. Metz is nice place to visit. Plenty of bars and quirky restaurants and well worth a visit.
