Visiting Rome for a longe weekend, this hotel was ideally situated, minutes from the train station, metro and bus services. Traditional and spacious, the hotel is very stylish, art deco throughout with plenty of marble! Wifi is ok, but noise [tv/ voices] does carry through between rooms, so don't expect modern hotel sound proofing! Staff very helpful and the bar serves a very large negroni..!

Charming period hotel, close to Rome’s central railway station and a superb National
archaeological museum. Abundant breakfast and efficient staff. Would stay again.

Walking distance from the train station. They can get you a taxi to anywhere around Rome and they also can make tours bookings for you. Very helpful staff and clean location.

So close to Termini station and the hop on hop off bus. Easy and safe walkable area. Will stay there again

I love the art deco style that they have preserved through out the property. The rooms are modern and simple. Staff was patient and professional. Breakfast was good, the usual mix of European and Continental. Great location for the train and bus terminal. Walk 10 mins any direction there's a museum or something to see. Good quality and value.

It looks like they are trying to upgrade but the carpet has to go, both in the rooms and hall was very bad. Room had new paint but needed new furniture. No longer a true 4 star property looked very tired

Beautiful Art Deco hotel

Price was ok but the property is extremely old and needs urgent remodeling. Carpets look to old and wasted. Location is ok.

Great hotel, very nice people just a tough area at night near the train station

Booked through Expedia, I got the worst room in the house although the hotel was far from full. My room was on the 1st floor, facing immediately the service lane and garage, with deliveries, loading and unloading and garbage collection happening round the clock well into midnight each day. The air conditioning was like next to nothing, in the sweltering Roman heat of 38 degrees plus daytime and 20 in the night time. The garbage and noise in the lane the room faced meant it’s out of question to have the windows opened. It was torture.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Sheets were changed every day during room cleaning. Elevator very slow and had to take stairs. Half the time internet was not working. Stayed for 5 nights. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean, well supplies, and brightly lit.
The bed very comfortable.
Laundry service excellent.
The staff friendly, attentive and informative about dining and sight seeing venues.
A really great location to visit all the places … you can actually walk to the Vatican … coliseum … the famous wishing fountain … church museum etc.
This hotel is definitely a great choice for a visit to Rome.

Been to Rome many times. Usually stayed in boutique hotel. The hotel is older. Beautiful lobby. Only issue are the rooms. When I arrived my room was ready at 10 am. Beautiful room but the safe literally sat on a shelf and was not secure. Easily to carry out of room. The room I was moved to. And this caution to who reads this. For 3 nights I awoke at 2 am saturated in sweat. They turn the AC off from the lobby at a certain time and specific temp. My window only cracked open about an inch. I couldn’t breathe in the room. Eventually I met up with Robert who corrected this and moved me to a suite. The breakfast was good but the coffee from the machine and coffee pot was lukewarm at best. Just keep in mind they control your AC at this location.

One part of the hotel is nice refurbished the other one is not. Unfortunately we got a room in the old part, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, just the furnitures were old and seemed very used. We couldn’t close the bathroom’s door, it has to be fixed.

Average hotel, not worth the four star rating. Location is good.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. It’s steps away from the train station, literally a 5-10 minute walk from where the bus or train drops off from the airport. My room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable bed, great view of roof tops and beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was included, small hot section eggs, bacon, sausage, variety of cold cuts, (the ham was delicious) cheeses, pastries, fresh bread, yogurt, fruit and a self serve coffee machine. I had American coffee but you could have Expresso or cappuccino as well. I’m the area there are many restaurants, or take out pizza spots. There is a small grocery store, carrefour, 5 mins away, they have take out prepared salads, wine and beer. The hotel is easy walking to all of the sites. There are tons of small leather shops or inexpensive clothing shops close by. All of the staff were lovely, especially the front desk. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I’ve been to Rome several times, usually staying somewhere close to the train station. This hotel is my favourite one so far.

The hotel is in a great location. Literally 1 block from Termini train station. We could walk to many of the attractions in Rome. Also, so many wonderful restaurants right there..... The staff behind the front desk were very helpful. Really only thing was when the room was cleaned the mini bar was not restocked nor was the coffee. Minor details. All in all a wonderful 5 nights in Rome.

Well equipped. Great amenities. Very close to Termini station.

This property was absolutely elegant! The hotel was beautifully decorated, had outstanding staff and served delicious breakfast and dinner. We stayed in suites on the top floor and felt like royalty in Rome. We had balconies with outstanding views as this hotel is in a tall building at the top of one of Romes 7 hills. There is also a rooftop bar with amazing views! We walked to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and restaurants and shopping. The train station is an easy walk just down the street. We cannot recommend this hotel enough…we will be back!

The only thing that was a huge drawback for me is the lack of wifi, otherwise I would of given this place a perfect score

Was our favourite hotel in the City Centre. Very close to the train station which was convenient.

Hotel was absolutely an amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the train station and an easy taxi ride, or long walk, to many of the main attractions. The rooms were clean comfortable and staff very helpful. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and a great breakfast. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again. Suite 3 has an awesome balcony with great views of the city.

Overall property is nice. Proximity to the train station is Good. Their rooftop patio is nice also, but extremely pricey for their drinks.

Good location if you are touring sites in Rome. If you are taking day trips out of Rome the hotel is right next to the Termini for trains. Nice art deco decor. Nice breakfast. Nice staff.
3.0
Pros: Great location. Clean and quiet rooms. Nice decor. Very polite and friendly restaurant and housekeeping stuff. Great breakfast.
Cons: Reception stuff (only guys working at reception) was a bit arrogant and received different answers for the same questions depending on who was working at the reception. Once I was told that mini bar items were free and that the city tax was included in the price of the room. Another time, I was told that I have to pay for the mini bar and that the city tax will be charged upon check-out.
Twice requested an electric kettle but was never given one.
Requested an iron that I needed in the afternoon but was told an iron will be available next day.
There was no internet in the rooms, except at 6-7 in the morning and very late at night. Reception just told me
that the Internet connection was weak without offering any solution to the problem. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor.
When showering, water will go out on the floor through the side of the tub.
Two small elevators which were very slow. Had to climb the stairs 4 items.

The hotel is conveniently located 1 block from the main train, bus and metro station, making it very easy to get around. It is fairly centrally located, so many of the main sites are within walking distance, too. The property is lovely, and the staff very helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a good variety of tasty food.

The room was very comfortable with everything we needed , the staff was helpful and accommodating , enjoyed our stay very much

Staff made check in very easy. There was a mix up with the driver to pick us up at the airport. Our taxi bill was actually less than the hotel driver and they still gave us free drinks in the bar for our trouble. Our suite was very spacious and right next to the rooftop bar.
