The Good first, the bed was excellent!! Super comfortable! One of the best of our vacation! It would have really slept nice if it wasn’t for the paper thin walls, a screaming child in the adjacent room till 2am, and the doors slamming open and shut all night and then again at 5 in the morning. The room was nice, bathroom needs updating but everything worked. Shower was clogged.

EVERYTHING was great. Pool and hot tub both awesome. Clean, quiet, great view on the pines. Breakfast beyond my expectations. Actually hot food, with eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, pancakes. As well as the usual fruits, yogurt & toast etc… Room was spacious & clean. Ah !! But the bed !! OMG I Like sleeping on a cloud…! Mattress is a a “ Beautyrest” (i looked !!) and I am getting one for home LOL. Room on the pricey side…$ 180 for 2 Queens, but once in a while you’ve got to treat yourself 😀

This is very convenient to Mesa Verde National Park. The staff was super helpful and handled every request we had. Breakfast included a lot of options. Pool is open until midnight. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but there was often a line at the front desk and only one person working. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Tub filled with water when showering, which was unpleasant. Also room keys repeatedly stopped working.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was perfect for our family of 6. What a cute older hotel. Staff was very nice, beds were comfy and room was spacious. The breakfast had a surprisingly large selection and we loved it!

Very worn building, extremely noisy in the rooms with floors constantly creaking and terrible noise from the plumbing all through the night. Pool small and strange murky colour. I would recommend looking elsewhere

Nice hotel. Clean and large rooms that are well furnished. The breakfast was excellent and the attendants helpful. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. The pool area is dingy and hot. Also the back exit has overgrown starter trees in the exit area.

I like the property because it is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. I do not like the parking because it is a ways to drag all of your stuff to your room from. The dining options are limited but better than most of the other hotels in this town. All in all, it was a good experience.

The pool area was dark and the hot tub was slimy, needs scrubbed. Breakfast proteins were limited; one egg choice, one meat choice. The oatmeal was very overcooked. Pastries and fresh fruit were great!

Hotel was super dated but very clean. Pool was a huge disappointment, it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, the water was green and the pool area was dirty and smelly. Not at all like the pictures. That said, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was very very nice.

We arrived late to our hotel. The girl at the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. There were more guests than rooms available and tried to have us move to a “nearby” hotel. We were 3 different families so we didn’t want to get split up. We finally got our room key and when we opened the door, the room was a mess. The beds were undone, the windows were open, the trash can wasn’t emptied. In other words, our room was never cleaned or even checked after the last guest checked out. The receptionist did what she could and after several calls, was able to give us a new room. Apparently, our room wasn’t the only one that wasn’t cleaned that day.
