Bedbugs I have large bites on my body. Housekeeping was very noisy in the hallway gossiping. The room was not its cleanest. Marks on lien, hair in shower, no ironing board, refrigerator not clean.

This La Quinta hotel was amazing. Our king room was very clean, attractive, comfortable, had a great TV, fridg, iron and board, microwave, and hair dryer. The water was hot. Shower pressure was sufficient but would've been better if the energy saver plug was removed. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, public areas were beautiful and comfortable. We will be happy to stay here whenever we come to Lynchburg. I wholeheartedly give this lodging a FIVE.

Nice room. Great staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms could use better soundproofing, any noise in the hall (voices) can be heard easily in the room. Cleaning staff left wet towels on the floor.

Not clean, did not feel comfortable sleeping there. Unclean and there was a lot of dust and debris around headboard and bed. Bathroom was ugly gray with paint scraped and chipped, felt like a prison. Front of staff was locked out of computer for 2hrs unable to cancel next night's stay and he said hes been trying to call the manager for 2hrs but she would not answer. Felt gross there. Outside the hotel in drop off area there was a bottle of Don Julio tequila left out.

Smooth check in. After returning to our room Friday night we were unable to get in our room. The key didn’t work. Went to the desk so she could rekey it. Still didn’t work. The keypad battery was dead. After about 15 minutes she finally came to fix it after finding the correct equipment. Went to turn our key in on Saturday and she wasn’t at the desk. I waited 10 minutes then left a note and walked out

It’s a great hotel and the staff was friendly. However, when I told him I thought I had two rooms reserved. He insisted I only had one, but I could’ve used that extra room and that night I looked on my email and my confirmation and noticed that I did pay for two.

Very run down. Workers and people sitting out front smoking. People smoking weed everywhere the whole hotel smelt of it. Hotel needs refurbished. Not in good location either. Definitely stay somewhere else.

Overall okay but bathroom needed some update and repairs and was a let down. Wall paper coming off wall, outside sink and mirror... no counter space other than a wall shelf for hanging towels or clothing..large bathroom that had a lot of potential if upgraded.

First of all I had a prior reservation that I already had paid for got to the hotel to check into my room only to find out another guest was in the room the front desk gave me keys for to go down to the desk again for her to give me a second room of which I walked into a room with 2women in it to make a long story short it was a horrible experience and when we went to talk to the people at the front desk the had no solutions for us at all I am very disappointed

I reserved a King Suite room, requesting the lowest floor possible. When I checked in I was given a Double Queen room on the highest floor possible. I know the location is not easy to control, but when I pre-paid for a certain room type and then given a different, lower cost room, that is simply unacceptable. This was booked through a Hotels.com but there was little leeway on the hotel side to correct the mistake.

The cleanliness of our room was terrible.. bathroom had no sink or mirror.mirrors and sink outside of bathroom. Crumbs on carpet, unclean drinking glass rings on table, questionable clean sheets and carpet has not had a deep clean in some time

Near the highway and convenient. The breakfast was okay, but breakfast was from 6 to 9. We got down there a little before 8 and the coffee was out. I went to the front desk and they said the "breakfast lady should be in there". I had to knock on a door that was in the breakfast room to get someone out to put out more coffee. She did not greet me with a smile and gave the appearance that she did not want to be bothered. She did come out and change the coffee. First of all, I think that one of the two ladies at the front desk could have went to tell her, not me.

Ants in the shower of my room. Terrible breakfast bar. Not refreshed, no coffee, eggs dried out and burned. No staff member was caring for the breakfast area or refilling any food options at 7:30. Not at the end of the breakfast hours even!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and this was by far the worst stay. I stayed on the 5th floor with my 2 boys in a premium room and it was unclean the sheets, flat surfaces just everything about this stay was horrible. The only bright spot was the staff doing the best they could giving I’m sure the many demands and accommodations they tried to make

The property was convenient as far as where we needed to be. There was easy access to all 3 universities, the mall, and restaurants. The room was cramped and the bathroom had a bad smell. The biggest issue was the toilet that rocked when you sat on it. Breakfast, however, was good and they did a good job of keeping it clean and stocked during the breakfast hours. Also, the people who worked checkin at the desk were very nice.

Great hotel and price was great for the room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was a little lacking but coffee was great. Katrina, I think was her name, at the front desk, was absolutely great and very sweet! Would definitely stay here again. The only negative I could think of was there was an employee at the breakfast that was not very helpful or polite. Asked for coffee cups very nicely and thanked them after for putting more out but they never turned to acknowledge me and walked off. My husband also had a similar experience the last day with this employee. I try to treat everyone with respect and am always polite, so it’s disheartening to be treated that way. Otherwise, great stay, our dog Benji loved it as well.

We made the mistake of staying at this location for a second time. I would not waste your money here. Clearly, the management does not care about customer service. First of all the hotel needs a massive cleaning. The floors were clearly soiled and sticky, there was an odor in the elevators and hallways. Within our room itself, the floor did not appear vacuumed. There was mold on the shower tiles. But the worst part was the lack of customer service on the first morning when we were informed breakfast was served from 7 to 10 AM. Us along with other guests had asked for refills on the hot food items at 9:30: we were informed there would be no further refills. On our final morning, at 8:30 AM we had to inform them that the coffee that was sitting out was cold, at the same time another guest had inquired about refill of the hot food items, and once again they were told no further food would be made. The woman who was working the front desk, and gentleman who was clearly working. The breakfast area, were having their own conversation at the front desk, and showed no interest in, providing assistance.
