We stay here quite often. Its a clean lower priced hotel. Room very spacious, biggest one we stay in. Unfortunately this last stay the cable was weird, it kept going dark and a loud noise out of box. Wish they would put in taller toilets, toilet seemed very small.

The suites were really nice, my only complaints were the handprints visible on the headboard and the tub that didn’t drain. Otherwise, a nice place. Front desk was kind and gentleman running the breakfast area was especially kind when I wanted to fill up my water bottle after breakfast hours.

I never checked in at this hotel. The only reason I was having to book a night is because there is flooding all over Northwest Iowa Southwest South Dakota and every possible route to my house was closed. They opened the interstate and no one knew how long it was going to stay open. So I contacted the hotel and told them I would not be coming because I was going to go home. They told me I would have to call back on Monday to ask the manager about a possible refund. I called back on Monday and they said because I booked through hotels.com I would need to contact them. I contacted hotels.com and they told me they would contact the hotel and the hotel manager then told them that they would not give me a reimbursement. So I contacted the hotel and they said yes they were not reimbursing me. The city of Sioux Falls was also going through a lot of flooding and I would think that they would understand the situation and have some sympathy towards people who are experiencing tragedy. People all over this region are losing their houses and all of their belongings and we are just trying to do everything we can to help. This money from the hotel for a night that I never stayed at could be used to help those in need. I hope they put my money from my night at the hotel that I never stayed in to good use.

Room had no toilet paper holder or towel racks to hang towels. Floor has seen a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom certainly needs an upgrade and was not as clean as you would like it…gunk on the floors in the corners. The entire facility could use some TLC and upgrades.

Have stayed here before. Very spacious and comfortable. Quiet. Close to wide variety of dining. Great shopping within minutes Currently lots os road construction in area.In room safe. Carpet is gone - yeah!! Furniture is worn and could be upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. Great price for unplanned stop.

The floors were not swept, fake eyelashes on the floors, possibly human sperm fluids running down the side of the couch. Beds and bedding were stained. I wanted to move rooms but my nephew was too tired and went to bed right after check in, so we stayed in this very dirty suite. We were also supposed to have a "City View" as advertised but room 114 was a view of the parking lot and Quality Inn next door. Very disappointing after paying extra for the King Suite. I think a regular room at the Quality Inn next door probably would've been a far better experience than our "King Suite" at the Comfort Inn. I would love to add photos but the link doesn't work, unfortunately.

The staff was adequate. The breakfast tolerable. The eggs didn't taste like real eggs. Everything about the property seemed musty. Window in my room had lots of water build up inside. While I've stayed in worse, this was below the standards I expect from Comfort Sweets. It is unlikely I'll stay here again. For over $130.00, i expect much better.

I checked in with my service dog, and in direct violation of the ADA I was asked for her license and told they had to charge me anyway. When questioned she told me she wasn't charging me. The room looks fine but has a strong odor of bleach. My eyes are stinging a little bit so far I'm breathing on.
