The room Was very loud as it faces the highway. The room was updated but the rest of the hotel was very dingy and not pleasant. Even our hotel door was missing paint all over.

Stayed here to see a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Good location, easy access to expressways and close to shopping and eateries! It felt like a very safe location. It was very nice for a budget hotel. The bathroom had good towels (not old worn down towels like some Comfort Inns I’ve been to recently.) The bed was comfortable and I appreciated how the breeze from the in-room AC/heat unit didn’t keep me awake, but it was effective in keeping the room to the temp we wanted. The only things I didn’t like were the glossy paint used in the hallways and that they don’t offer bagels at breakfast, but those are more preference-based and don't affect the quality of the hotel.

The property was in great shape. It's located far enough away from the freeway to eliminate traffic noise. Was greeted by staff without any issues. In close proximity of stores and dining options. (Less than 5 minutes away) The only low mark I have is the pool area. It was clean, but very LOUD because of the echoing from an exhaust fan. Add on talking and screaming and you'll definitely need some ear plugs! Breakfast was so-so. Overall it was good for the money spent.

The staff were all very friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel in general could use some maintenance. The wifi connection never worked. It took three tries to get the elevator to stop on our floor when we arrived. It was a bit sketchy during our visit. My room key wasn’t set up to work for our entire stay and had to be reset. The air conditioning in the room was sporadic at best.

Next to the expressway. Continuous highway noise that was occasionally drowned out by the in-room air conditioner. Really hard to sleep. I’m an idiot for booking a room in a hotel next to the highway.

We love love this hotel. We loved it so much that we overslept. It was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. The bathroom was big with a strong water pressure. The breakfast was just okay. We liked the free parking. We will stay here again.

Decent place to stay with family. Lobby, corridors, Elevator, Room & Bathrooms are clean. Lots of food options with in walk-able distance. Just little far from Indy city or downtown.

I hate to give a less than stellar review because the staff were all very kind and attentive. That being said…. This is a bit of a run down property. It’s not bad but it needs some updating. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The AC made a horrendous noise (we were able to stop it by putting a suitcase on it). Breakfast was decent. The bed was decently comfy. All in all it was a decent stay…. I’m just used to a bit of a more modern property for the money.

I think this was a great value. It felt updated, clean, and new, free parking. Just easy and comfortable. One of the least expensive and nicest in this category. It made me want to book another Comfort Inn. So, I did. I booked a Comfort Inn the following night near Detroit Airport DTW...and it was definitely not as nice.

This hotel is in great condition...except for the pool. The room was updated and clean, the bathroom was spacious and the shower was fine. The toiletries weren't fabulous but they were fine in a pinch. The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows were standard. The a/c worked like a beast. The pool, however, was dirty and had brown spots in it that could only make me think of poop. And even if it wasnt, it looked like it. And im not swimming in anything that looks like it. The pool area in general needs a bit of work. Otherwise, solid hotel choice.

The room was updated and clean. The air conditioner worked well and I appreciated that there was not carpeting in the room; but rather, wood tile. My only complaint was the back outside garbage receptacle could have been emptied more often. The young man at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back to this property the next time I am visiting Indianapolis.

The front desk staff was friendly. It was also close to the highway so easy to get around. However, there was a stench coming from our sink in the room. I told the staff at the front desk and they said they would send someone to look into it. They also offered us a possible room change. The stench was never resolved. There were some other things that were less than average - the only elevator in the hotel was not the safest feeling and the breakfast was one of the worst my family has ever had. If given the option, I would not choose to stay here again. It was fine for the little we stayed in the room, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bed was super comfy. Guy at front desk very friendly. Room was clean and updated. Very nice. My only complaint was the shower. So little water pressure I had a hard time rinsing the shampoo out of my hair. Water did get super hot though so that was great - I just wish it came out harder.

When we went to check in there was a really bad sewer smell in the lobby. It was really bad, and hard to stay down and check in. Thankfully it was not on the 3rd floor. The room was ok enough.

Good hotel stay! Everything was clean and well managed. Mattresses could use an update. Breakfast options were good. Charge for water, but juice is provided with breakfast. Lots of local dining options. No shuttle service to Ruoff Music Center.

Nice, recently remodeled hotel. I stayed here one night for a business trip. It was quieter than expected, only becoming mildly noisy at 11 p.m. (doors opening and closing, people talking). But I was right off the lobby, so it wasn't a huge surprise. The a/c was cold and the room was comfortably appointed. I slept soundly and woke up without a ton of pain. The bathroom is a nice size with a large shower. While disappointed there wasn't a tub, I did appreciate the hot water for my shower!

The hotel has been renovated and was scoring a 9.2 out of 10. Reason we booked. The floors of our room were filthy and needed swept. I would rate it a 6-7. Then I was also charged way more than an over hotel in a better area the next 2 nights. Over priced!
