Stayed here two nights. First night had an issue with their upgraded motion detector lights in sink and bath area. They disabled them for us next day. Much better. Glad we could resolve that has we don’t need a light show on the way to toilet.

The staff was great packing us a special breakfast because we had to leave early. It was very frustrating around the desk in the room, not having electrical outlets to be able to charge up my computer without moving big chest. Also, the automatic turn on turn off Lights in the Bathroom are horrible coming on when you get up in the middle of the night. Get rid of those!

Average hotel. Needs some upkeep done. Lobby was dreary and staff at checkin seemed somber. No life at this place. While our room was clean it seems outdated and the bed was hard. Too hard for me

Hotel very dated. Has a good shuttle service to and from the airport. Parking lot is small since it is shared with a restaurant. ALL linens and towels were stained and gave a not clean appearance. Shower was small and arms touched wall and glass door very with my small frame. Okay for one night but wouldn’t book again.

The WiFi was unsecured with no password. The hot water lasts about two minutes before it becomes lukewarm even if turned all the way to hot. Water pressure is poor. When I brought these things up the following morning they kindly offered to switch my room. I asked if that would fix any of the issues and they said likely not. I went down to the front desk the first night to inquire about the WiFi and no one was there. I waited for 5-10 minutes but no one showed up. On the bright side the air conditioner worked well.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly on check-in and check out. Gave food recommendations and nearby stores for other goods. Breakfast was a good, mix of proteins, toast, waffles, coffee, tea, etc. Easy access to main roads to get to many major destinations.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It badly needs it looks like it has not been updated since the '80s. The front desk staff was very helpful and able to answer any questions. The staff at breakfast works very hard to ensure that there's enough food for all of the guests. There are small details in the bathroom and in the room in general that needed a little more TLC but it was overall a comfortable stay.

Check in was ok, girl a little snotty, lobby gorgeous. Until we get to our room. I literally felt like I was in the movie vacancy all weekend. There were stains on our comforter and tears in it. House keeping never came. The soap the give you for your hands is a joke it is a little bigger than a quarter, which im not asking for much but i need to was my hands... everytime the air conditioner turned on the room smelt like dog poop. It was a terrible experiend and I will never go back

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. upon walking into the hotel the smell was quite strong. ( cleaning solutions) Before opening my hotel room the cleaning solution odor was stronger and somewhat overpowering. It was not a pleasing smell. Bleach would have smelled better. There was no way to get the odor out of the room because the windows didn’t open. The old heating/air conditioning register is loud. I needed the room temperature to be comfortable so I had to listen to a constant hum which made it hard to relax.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but when something like this happens, you have to let others know. My only complaint was their shuttle service to/from the airport. They said to give them a half hour notice, which we did. Then we waited --for an hour and 50 min for them to finally come pick us up from the airport. I called several times to confirm, etc during this time, and each time they assured me it would be "just 10-15 minutes". We were not the only ones standing there waiting either. There were other guests from the same hotel waiting on the same shuttle service. I would not book here again for this reason.

Our stay was decent and we were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in our stay despite this not being indicated in the booking. Staff who we encountered were friendly. We barely stayed at the hotel but the times we were there, we didn’t have any concerns. The building though is dated and could use a makeover, but for the price it was worth it. Not necessarily the closest to the city centre if you’re going to take into account the traffic. There are beautiful parks and small towns nearby to check out too!

I never leave reviews, but I feel the public should know what to expect if they stay here. My room was very dusty and carpet was not vacuumed (there were food crumbs all over the carpet). I had to buy my own dusters and a dust buster vacuum to clean my room properly myself as I have dust allergies which were extremely bothersome before I cleaned the room myself. The duster I used was black after I dusted. The pillows on my bed smelled of perspiration. Asked for freshly cleaned pillowcases that I replaced and was much better. Highly doubt the pillowcases were changed after previous guest. I used a tad bit more toilet paper in the toilet which caused a clog and when I tried to call the front desk to ask for a plunger, the phone in the room did not work. Went to the front desk and personally asked for a plunger and they said that they couldn’t provide one because their maintenance man had them all and he was off duty at the time. I also severely scraped my thigh on a sharp corner of the night table while walking to the bathroom late at night. I highly suggest corner guards on their nightstands. I shudder to think what would happen if there were a small child in my room and injured their head on the sharp corners. The hallway smelled very musty, dingy and dirty as well. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Would not recommend if you expect a clean place to stay without having to properly clean it yourself.
