It was super comfortable and clean and everyone was so friendly

Overall we had a nice stay at Azure. The 1BR suite was spacious and thankfully the rooms have pretty good soundproofing because another hotel guest's dog barked a bit and the hotel itself is on a very busy thoroughfare along the lake. We coups only hear it a little bit from our bedroom. The view from the room was incredible, but the busy road separates the hotel from the lake shore so it wasn't quite as quiet as peaceful as we were expecting.
The restaurant cafe next door was exceptionally tasty, with a unique and flavorful menu.
The hot tub was awesome on those cold November nights, and the pool was so nicely heated I even went for a dip after the hot tub soak in 28/30 degree weather.
Overall a nice stay, but personally we probably won't come back again due to the busy road.

Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice.
Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable.
Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store.
Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities.

The front desk staff was not very nice. Not hospitable at all and appeared to hate their jobs.
I had an issue with the first room them gave me because it smelled like smoke and requested another room. I went back out to front desk where they already had assigned me another room on the first floor. I requested a room on a second or third floor due to safety issues and they just rudely stated thats all we have.
I called multiple times to front desk requesting for WiFi password because it was not given to me on second room. The phone in the room was not working. It seemed like every time I called someone on the other end would hang up. I had to call from my cell phone to get password. Person on other end gave password and hung up. No attempt to fix phone or make sure I was
Ok

A small, cozy hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was small, and appeared to be in the process of a renovation.

"We have previously stayed at Hotel Azure in their newer rooms, which were always impressive. However, this time we were assigned an older room, and it didn’t meet the same standards of cleanliness and comfort that we experienced in the past."

This hotel exceeded expectations. The people who worked here were so nice. They made me feel welcome. Just a nice place to stay. I would def stay there again.

When I looked at the pictures of the property I was feeling pretty good. Then when we arrived it was rather disappointing. Check in was weak and the property was not as expected.

It was not very clean. The fan in our room made a call we couldn’t turn it off without the room getting boiling hot. I asked the front desk to fix it and they said they would it never happened :-( Housekeepers very loud in front of our door. Talking yelling in the hallway and taking the washing that were supposed to be for the guest.

The property was great and convenient. My only concern is that the room we were given was below a room that had really squeaky floors! We could hear the people upstairs when they would walk towards their bed and balcony.

The hotel was welcoming, clean, and quiet. They are still working, but that did not interrupt our stay. It was easy to check in. We loved the walk ability and the location.

Loved the location! Right next to the lake, beautiful view. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants or shops, also access to scooters. Our room smelled a little funny, but just assume it's related to being near a lake! otherwise loved the stay!

It was the staff I didn’t like, no one to help you!! And not enough parking for the guests. Had to drag my luggage along way, by myself!

Receptionist was short on patience (multiple times )

Great location across the street from Lake Tahoe. We liked that we were further back from the road due to traffic noise. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable and we loved the 2 separate sinks for the bathroom. For the cost, disappointed there was no daily housekeeping. Staff was very friendly. Exterior is little run down and needs updating. The bricks by the pool were “stony” and hurt bare feet getting in the pool or hot tub- several people were expressing pain when walking. The bricks need to be smoothed out. The shower was sometimes slippery- which could cause falls- recommend putting something down to secure footing. Overall, great room and location- Tad pricey but so is everything in Tahoe.

Location of the hotel was great. Our room was a little bit gloomy. Altogether it was ok.

Dirty rooms. Dirty Carpet. Dirty Curtains. Stains on bedding. Not enough towels.
Right when you walk into the building a pungent odor of stink hits your nose. Outdated decor. TV dark picture because it was going out. AC not functioning properly. Pet stains all over the carpet. Possible dog poop on curtains. Mini fridge only kept things cool. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. This might have been the place to stay in the ‘70’s but not now.

Up the road from the frenetic casino zone at the Cal-Nev state line is the Azure Hotel at 3300 Lake Tahoe Boulevard. A bit dated and worn from the winter ski season, Our lodgings were cozy, if you like that. So-called “upgraded,” we had a small double queen bed lake view room at the front of the property, more like a bustling highway view with lake background. (If offered this “upgrade,” turn it down. Constant highway noise penetrates the double-paned balcony doors. The back of the property is much quieter. A king room can be had for a sizeable price bump.) Onsite photos of the rooms are a study in hyperbole.
The room was small and cozy-rustic with a small balcony and two chairs. Lacking a table for our Happy Hour drinks, we seized the little table from the expansive corner room next door. On the plus side, the room was graced with real glass glasses, unlike the pricey Margaritaville hotel (which gave only plastic). There is also a cheap little microwave, which still fills the bill if not too taxing.
There is a mid-sized pool and a large hot tub with waterfall where little peace can be had on account of the screaming, splashing children during most of the day. Next door, the hotel recommends Elements Eatery and Bar, where we had a nice, Mexican-themed breakfast. But we greatly preferred Heidi’s Pancake House (3485 Lake Tahoe Boulevard), which was phenomenal in every respect.
In all the places we frequented were warm and friendly..

This is our favorite place to stay in Lake Tahoe, and it has been a consistently wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and professional, with special thanks to Riley at the front desk who helped us feel welcomed and appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with an outstanding view of the lake. While we didn't have time to use the bikes this trip as planned, I was very happy to see that the hotel still offered them. The wet areas are elegant and well maintained, and the water temperature was perfect in both the hot tub and pool. I hope we have the chance to return very soon!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It had a nice view of the lake from the patio. The location is perfect for a walk across the street to the lake for beautiful sunsets. It is very walkable to lots of amenities and is in a quieter part of town.

Good location near the Lake and a lakeside park.

It had a nice view of Lake Tahoe, however for $600 dollars we didn’t get a great room, the beds were uncomfortable, we weren’t able to get a bathroom without a tub for my elderly mother, and it simply does not keep up with the price tag
