It was good. Pool but no hot tub. No gym. Parking garage not included but should be because there is nowhere else to park. Next to nice beach

I would of like to have breakfast a la cart at the restaurant but they only had buffet for $30. Also the umbrellas and chairs were for charge at the beach and it was too expensive.

We LOVED our visit at the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel! Every single person we encountered was 10/10 with Hawaiian hospitality and service, starting with the man at reception who was exceptionally kind and accommodating (Mahalo nui, Alvin!) and really made our stay.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious with many juice options like guava.
Social note to management: it was very much appreciated you don’t use electric noisy blowers to maintain the landscape. We were stunned and thrilled that instead of noisy appliances, the wonderful landscape and horticulture team were utilizing rakes. It makes a big difference in ambience and we really appreciate it!

Sevice isnt friendly at all. People who work here seem miserable and hotel needs a major remodel. Hot water isnt an option ams shower needs to be upgraded. No grills for outside cooking

It's a quiet and clean hotel.
The beach is 1 minute away.
The pool was clean and nice.
Everyone was friendly.
Thank you.

Nice establishment with some undergoing changes due to the recent fire at Maui, which is understandable. Considering everything is expensive at Hawaii, it is still expensive hotel. But the staffs dedication to make better experience for visitors were noticeable. The TV intro ads were a bit too much.

We had a lovely, updated, oceanfront room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and Maui Brewing Co was located right on site. Centrally located between Black Rock and Whalers Village, which made it easy to snorkel with turtles and then walk to a nice meal.

The property was beautiful. The workers were very friendly. We can’t wait to return.

Resort was very nice, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Was a little disappointed with the Hele On...slow service at the window one and the buffet was a little overpriced for the selection. But we really enjoyed the location and the beach was beautiful!

Neat place

Had a wonderful stay. The views from the property are amazing. Easily walk to Whalers village for some shopping or just walk onto the beach and snorkel at black rock. The traditional activities of lei making and such are a nice added bonus. The pool is on the smaller side but I’m not there to use the pool.

The room smelt like mildew, one elevator was out of service. We had to call the front desk to get toilet paper. The check in process was very slow at 10pm, we were the only one and it took too long after flying 15 hours. The grounds are nice, but the rooms are dated, looked like a 1980 motel.

Great location! Whaler’s Village was nice short walk and great hotel resort! We loved it!

What a beautiful place to stay. Enjoyed how we could walk up and down the beach while staying close to the resort. Staff was amazing!

The property was nice and clean, but the pool was so small and the dining options were limited to the Maui Brewing Co. which was pricey. Housekeeping was nice but the walls are thin and doors slam a lot in the morning/evening. Bed was stiff. Staff was very friendly, but I was disappointed in the limited dining options.

Make sure to bring toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, and conditioner because I only receive shampoo/conditioner few days later. The food is extremely expensive. The breakfast buffet is around $30 a day. A New York steak at the grill cost around $65, the beach chair rental is $20, umbrella cost $35 and they are available to use until 4:00pm. They will charge your card a $300 pending at the beginning of your stay and charge another ~$210when you leaving.

Stay away. Checkin was bad, and they didnt give any welcome kit (even though they proudly mention it everywhere) Unclean room with dirty sheets, also torn in couple of places. Found a roach in my room. Room service knocks at 9AM on day of checkout even though there is a DND sign on the door. Room wasn't upgraded even though they had availability (VIP benefit on expedia). Their $100 vip tour credit is a joke. I could go on and on. Very disappointed. I previously stayed in Outrigger waikiki which was good. But this one is pretty bad

I liked the beach and the restaurant by the beach...I loved the Hawaiian cultural activities

The location was fantastic and the friendliness of all the staff gave me confidence to go again next time.

The costs over and above the package deal are heavy. Having to pay parking fees above your rental cost is not right, I would prefer just getting billed what the actual cost is up front so that I am not surprised by all the added costs. After all the added costs the package deal was not that great of a deal. But the trip was fun and we enjoyed what we were able to do.

Wonderful location at this beautifully maintained hotel. Everything was perfect. Perfect for both families and couples. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The pool was meticulously clean and the area in the grounds was constantly maintained by the staff. Steps from Kaanapali beach and Whalers Village is only a few mins walk. Black rock very close to snorkel. Highly recommend and would definitely come back here again.

The hotel is lovey. My room was updated with a partial ocean view. The classes were great. My kids loved the pool they have a section where my 19 month old can stand and play in, and my 5 year old has a section to swim. You can walk to the shops at whaler’s village. The only down side is there are no microwaves in the rooms and the fridge is small, and traveling with kids those are must haves. But overall the place was great!

The hotel doesn't have an outdoor hot tub or room/external shower it you stay on property after check out time.

The property was beautiful and quiet. Cleaning service had to be requested multiple days. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. Maui Brewing Co. on the property was great and convenient. Overall the staff was friendly. Walkable to various shopping, restaurants, and Black Rock. Can't beat the beach right outside.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The beach and pool were never crowded. The cultural activities were fun. The farewell ceremony on the day we left was very special.

We stayed in one of the renovated Ocean view king rooms. The room and the view were phenomenal. We had a beautiful view of sunsets and an easy walk to snorkel by the black rock. The on-site restaurant had good food and good music in the evening. Staff were friendly. We were closer to the beach and water than in the more luxurious Resorts. We would come back to this room again without any hesitation

Not happy with the room. Poor air-condition.
Wifi was worst . Guest services was just ok.
Room and bathroom conditions were below average. Need renovation for the cost of stay.
Property surroindings, pool and proximity to beach was amazing.
Will not stay again if the rooms and bathrooms are not renovated.
