The Baymont is a regular stop for me. I can count on my room to be clean and comfortable.

Fine hotel at a good price. Obviously an older facility that had been upgraded. Generally all nice. The hallway and stairs carpeting was old and had some dirt and stains. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Our stay was good. Had been up for about 30 hours. Front desk staff was awesome. Only complaint was the pillows. Very very thin. 4 pillows equals 1 regular. Asked front desk for a couple extras, but they didn't have any available. Wife used 3 and I folded one in half.

We didn’t enjoy this hotel because the smell was not great. Our room smelled like pee :(

Our only complaint was the mattress on the bed. It was horrible. Full of lumps and very hard.Everything else was very nice.

The desk staff and maids were fine. Maintenence needs to add soft close hinges so the doors dont slam ALL night. Bed was hard as floor. Guest talking and fighting loud late into the night without staff stopping them. Dogs barking from rooms without staff intervention. Got no sleep.

Excellent hotel for an unexpected stay in Kennewick!

My stay at Baymont was great. They have a very nice, clean hotel, provided a good breakfast and it was close to everywhere I wanted to go. Wish it had an elevator though, for bringing luggage upstairs.

Could've done with better breakfast variety, carpets smell damp, old and unclean

When I pulled back the top sheet to get into bed, there was a SUNFLOWER SEED. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have gone to the front desk and requested another room.

A little out dated but OK. Some of our group were elderly and we were put downstairs. There's no elevator so this was bad.

The hotel was not a planned stop for us but as we were traveling from Montana we knew we needed a break. The rates on Expedia were much better than any military or AAA discounts the establishment could offer. The front desk clerk was kind, not overly nice and welcoming but not rude. The front lobby was clean and welcoming with water. There is an indoor pool, but we didn't take advantage of it. This is a three level hotel with the lobby being on the second floor. The first floor looks like a basement level, there are no elevators.
The rooms are set up nicely and the complimentary selection of soaps are Dove brand which was nice. The lighting in the toilet/shower was dim and not very bright. It was an odd setup. The sprinkler in the ceiling had an exposed hole.
The bed was comfortable but they do not offer additional towels, pillows, or blankets like some hotels. Not a deal breaker.
The complimentary breakfast was eggs, sausage, variety of toasts, yogurts, etc. The hours for breakfast were only from 6am to 9am. That was a bummer but it worked.
All in all it was a pleasant stay. The morning clerk was also a bit dry but not rude.

Could not stay at hotel no elevator, we have a disabled daughter, was told we would receive a refund after a bunch of Buffalo snot from hotel and Expedia this is the response we received….. Unfortunately though, I just called the Baymont by Wyndham Tri-Cities/Kennewick WA to make the case for your refund. I pushed for flexibility, but since your booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their policy and won’t issue a refund.
We know this is disappointing. We always advocate for more flexibility for our travelers, but properties have strict refund policies and there's nothing more we can do. Almost 500.00 wasted and burned

Staff was great; super friendly and quick, and always asked me if I needed anything when I came down to the lobby. The building is old, so no elevator, but nothing that’s inhibiting the service or the room. My room was awesome, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless on arrival.

Maria was very helpful in making future arrangements for early check in to accommodate my situation.

It was a pleasant stay. I was thankful to have a ground level room with my handicapped granddaughter since this hotel has no elevators. The staff was helpful and understanding when it took an extra 30 minutes for us to checkout.

The front desk agent, Kali Jo, was super helpful and nice. I wasn't overly impressed with any of the facility. The complimentary breakfast was just okay.

When checking in the front desk person asked for a credit card to hold for incidentals and my drivers license. I gave her both I got a notification that my credit card had been charged. I asked “did you just charge my card?” She said “yes twenty dollars”. I said “you should have explained to me you were charging my card”. She said “I don’t know what the big deal it”. I said “The big deal is you did not tell me you were going to charge my card. You only asked for a card for incidentals”. She then placed paper work in front of me to initial and sign explaining charges etc. she pointed to an area she had highlighted and said “every place charges for incidentals. You will get it back if no charges are found”.
I felt she was belittling me and she said a second time “I don’t know what the big deal is”.
Communication is very important before charges are made. Courtesy goes a long way.
The next morning I explained the interaction and the front desk person apologized which was greatly appreciated

The room was ok but had a terrible mold, wet feet smell coming from the bathroom vent. We asked to switch but they were full.

With the exception of our first night, the staff was very nice and helpful. The first night we checked in I waited 25 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in.

Check in is at 3:00. We checked in at 4:15 and were given our keys. When we got upstairs, the door was open and the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. The front desk didn’t mention this. When we told them we were told it would be about 30 minutes. Not even a “sorry” I would recommend bringing your own pillows. The hotels are very lumpy. All of the cabinets are totally bare, not even a fork. Overall, the hotel was clean and our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and sauna. If you brig dogs, I would recommend letting them know in advance. We were put on the top floor.

The dog area was excellent, watering time was a little inconvenient. But still one of the best. Comfortable bed, nice clean pet room without the sacrifice of comfort to the humans. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed our stay.

We have stopped here for the last few years. We feel secure and comfortable.

We went to check in with our Expedia confirmation and they said they didn’t have our reservation. There was only one person working in the entire hotel…. She said sorry, there is nothing I can do, you don’t have a reservation. While I had my confirmation in front of me. We needed 2 Queen beds and after she just stared at me with no solution for 10 mins, I asked if they had ANY rooms. She said they had 1 king room left so we had to book that and pay for a horrible rolling cot. This was the worst experience we have had with a hotel. The hotel was in a convenient location, but was very old and outdated. Had a very strong air freshener scent like they were trying to cover up an old odor. No elevator, rooms were very small, hot tub was out of order, breakfast was fine. Would not stay here again.

No elevator had carry luggage up a long flight of stairs. Small room but clean.
