The Receptionist was amazing, such a kind wonderful woman. The room was gross, nothing worked properly.

Super dirty from rugs to cupwebs, Fridge non functional and dirty, No room service, Large hotel however poorly managed

Rate was good, but the cleanlineas was poor and i did not fiend tbe staff friendly or helpful.

For the area the rate seemed reasonable. Finding the location in the dark was a challenge. I saw one roach which means there probably are more. Otherwise it was fine and I may be back when next in the area.

When I went in the hotel there was this light skin women she gave me attitude saying I have to check in at 3 pm . Mind you I went in the hotel to ask her a question and she didn’t even greet me . Once I went to the room it looked clean and it smell clean as well . But once I went in the bathroom there was a big roach. The AC stopped working through the whole night . And the bed was so hard like a rock . When I woke up from a nap my back felt like a truck ran over it . I’m sorry but I will never book there again . The house keeping lady was so nice .

Hair was on the bath towels

They tried putting me in a 2- queen bed room when i paid for a King Bed... and the first room had all its sheets bunched up on top of one of the beds like no one cleaned it. The caulk in the shower is broken from all the trim and water leaks everywhere including behind the tiles where the soap holder is fallen from its screws. The elevator is broken so we had to hike 3 levels. There is no breakfast. The coffee machine was filthy and the rear door is broken allowing anyone to enter the hotel... including the homeless guy living out of his sealant work truck in the back parking lot. Never again. Nice try trying to give me a cheaper room. I think i might try another website next time.

Terrible stay. Room not ready when checking in after 3pm. No toiletries or hand towels/washcloth in room. Bug on wall. Toilet did not flush properly and remote did not work along with the elevator not working.

It was a rundown hotel that smelled bad.

My room one towel, a broken hairdryer which they replaced with another broken hairdryer, no cups, & my key didn't work on the first round (had to replace). The bed was strangley lumpy as well.

The beds were quite hard and it appears they don’t treat the rugs. The carpet is horrible. I encountered what appears to be the manager when I checked out. She wasn’t kind or hospitable. She spoke with a nasty tone to me. However, the guy at guest services who checked me in was very nice. The stay overall was worth the $115 I paid. This is a hotel you can spend 2-3 days in. Nothing more than that.

Great price

We rented three rooms for my brother’s Funeral. The rooms were filthy. Sheets with blood in one room. What looked like human feces in another room. We asked for cleaning of sheets, the what appeared to be the only cleaning staff came and put sheets on top of the sheets we had. The exit doors had no security, anyone could walk in due to magnetic key function not activated on exit doors. Roaches and even bed bugs! The front desk must be overworked and over it because the response was aggressive and angry. Do not rent here.

No breakfast. No restaurant at the hotel anymore. Rooms dod not come with a microwave, have to ask for one even though the pictures so all of that. Pool closes at 7pm.

The stay was very convenient.

It was a place to lay my head at night. Unfortunately it smelled like a pot farm in the hallway to where I thought I could get a contact high. The shower curtain arm and towel holder were falling off the way. There was a roach in the bathroom and when I checked out I heard another customer checking out early because of roaches in her room. I’m sure it could be a better hotel if they cleaned it up, staff was very nice and helpful.

First two rooms smelled and had maintenance issues. Finally moved to a nice room in the 2nd floor buuut the elevator doesn’t work. You win some you lose some!

The entire place is completely unsanitary. Everything is stained, there was poop in the toilet, things smeared on the doors, something dripping from the ceiling.

Absolutely the worst customer care service I have ever encountered. I am a traveler and have stayed in 5 Diamond accommodations and 5 stars this is not on the map of stars or Diamonds. I was checked in by a young staff member who quickly gave me all the needed information for my room. I took the elevator to my room and it all began to go downhill as the smell in the hallway was horrible and indescribable. I entered my room just to be greeted by a carpet that buckled in the center of the room. The bathroom had towels that were not pressed and filled with wrinkles. The bath door had torn wood pieces at the bottom and the mirror on the door was discolored and worn. The bed pillows were wrinkled as someone didn't take the time to press them out or hang the wrinkles out. The presentation of all was HORRIBLE. I slipped off the toilet seat 3 times even after I asked both the female staff to have someone fix it and her relief a male staff member to have someone come take a look at it and NOT one person showed. Had I injured myself this would be a different response. Near the refrigerator, one can smell a sour scent as spoiled milk or even vomit. Just nast, I had to sleep with the AC on to rid the smell. I complained in the morning and I complained in the night and I was unheard. The life-size carpet stains in the hallway on the 2nd floor greet you once you get off the elevator. The entire place needs to be reconstructed. The parking lot was horrible the place looked abandoned.

The room is ok, but is very old. You need request to clean your room and no breakfast for us, but I saw some people eating and the woman told me “it is a private people”. No fair. They didn’t give option.
