Someone isn’t there for valet parking you have to pull up get out your car go inside wait to speak to front desk have them call for valet parking go outside give you keys to the person and then go back inside to check in.

Perfect if visiting Rutgers.

This has been the best hotel stay I’ve had. Even though it was extremely crowded, it’s only because the hotel was hosting a pageant. I still enjoyed my stay nonetheless. The pool was great and I enjoyed the hot tub. The room was amazing and comfortable. There was a restaurant inside and plenty of dining near by. I will be staying again!!

Issue with check in

Excellent location, walkable to many restaurants and train station. Nicely renovated room and lobby, modern and sleek. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room itself was really nice and felt clean enough. However, the halls were gloomy, narrow, and musty. The lobby was really loud and noisy. Not sensory friendly. The elevators were often filled and we had to wait for another one. After booking online and checking in, I was told there was a $50 service hold that I had to put on a credit card. This was unexpected. There was also scrutiny over using Apple Pay, and apparently the manager needed to clear the debit card. There is also a $29 night parking fee that I was aware of before we checked in but after I already booked the night. I would not have choosen this hotel if I knew about the parking fee. In addition, the parking garage smelled strongly of alcohol. There is a lack of price transparency at this hotel. I don't recommend to individuals or families traveling on a budget. I also don't recommend to individuals with sensory issues.

I always pass by this hotel and never stayed there. I like it it’s clean and has a great room set up. I will be staying here again

The care and efficiency of the staff was OUTSTANDING. We really felt taken care of — from the front desk to the dining room to the housekeeping staff to the bell staff — we appreciated everyone's attitude, helpfulness, and personal warmth. We recommend the New Brunswick Hyatt to everybody and look forward to returning. It's actually a home away from home for us.

Amazing experience!

Nice hotel, good location, and easy to walk to restaurants, Rutgers University, and the Amtrak station.

Room was an "executive suite" but was basic small room (with a balcony) they charge for breakfast lol, just not worth it. Motel 6 with a beautiful entrance and glass elevator.

It was a really nice experience. I would do it again but this time enjoy the pool and the gym.
