I just love the comfort and friendliness of this hotel. There’s a beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast or a glass of rosé in the warmer seasons and you can easily walk to practically any site or restaurant in Aix-en-Provence. Another advantage is that it’s very easy for the taxis to drop you off at this hotel, there’s no need to try to drive into the more closed-off areas of the old town

The hotel arranged transfer from the train station for €45. We agreed. The driver then charged €75. We had to pay and upon check-in were told that the hotel was not responsible.

Very nice hotel- close to train station and historic center. The staff were amazing. I hurt my ankle and they brought me cold packs and gave me tips on how to take care. The breakfast crew were wonderful as well.

This was an amazing hotel. The staff were simply great -- accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Always a welcoming smile for me, and they assisted with restaurant reservations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. We had a deluxe room facing rear courtyard with good facilities, toiletries, coffee machine, lighting, a/c, comfy bed, complimentary soft drink, comprehensive breakfast choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking is limited but bookable in advance. Short walk to centre. Overall, it cannot be faulted and we would love to return.

Nice hotel that is walkable to the old town and convenient to the train station. The lobby needs a little upgrade aesthetically but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the courtyard was nice in the mornings.

The most important thing was the friendly smiling helpful staff at reception, breakfast and cleaners. Breakfast in the terrace, which included various hot and cold items, was the perfect start. The property is just 5 mins walk to the centre

The hotel is very nice and the staff extremely helpful. The room was nice but quite small, and didn't even have a fridge (important in the hot season). It is a good hotel to stay in but it is very overpriced for what it is.

There was no full length mirror provided and the bathroom was small with zero counter space. The staff was courteous but everything was average except room space which was lacking. The location was quiet and convenient though.

Perfectly located. Although on a busy’ish road, they’ve invested in great double glazing that works. It was very quiet and the blackout curtains work. The room was modern, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and nice sunny terrace. The arrival drink was a nice touch. The staff are really what gives it 5 stars. They were all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Other hotels could learn a lot from them.

This boutique hotel is beautiful, very well kept, and very near the train station. Reception was so friendly and accommodating and held our luggage before checkin and after checkout for us. Our room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed some wine in the courtyard area before leaving to celebrate our wonderful stay!! would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Aix!!

The hotel doesn’t have car park. We paid extra 40 Euro for two days in public parking. Weirdly the room doesn’t have fridge, and no show screen which made big mess after showering. Next time if I come again, will definitely find accommodation out of Aix-en-Provence. There are some beautiful villages to stay. Not recommend this hotel.

Evidently fairly recently renovated quality hotel, with good amenities. Close to public transport as well as to the old centre of Aix-en-Provence. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is very 3 star. The room has a shower and bathroom on one side and a toilet on its own in another corner, so that’s a bit odd. There were some random noises during the night too, but the staff are very friendly and it was great for a quick stop in Aix.
