Friendly close-nit Staff. Rooms are clean orderly and well updated, price per night was very affordable and well worth it. Pet friendly and affordable laundry facilities on site were great for an extended stay. Bathrooms are clean with proper water pressure and never ran out of hot water, i always bring my own shower head to make it feel like home, ill be coming back to this hotel for the holidays when visiting inlaws 🙏

We made a quick trip to Cincinnati and just needed somewhere to sleep. Late check in was no issue at all. My ONLY suggestion is for bigger room numbers or better lighting of some sort to be able to see room numbers from the parking lot. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were cozy. TV had a nice picture and the heating/cooling system worked well. The faucet fixture was loose but it still worked properly. Plenty of plug-ins for electronics. Plenty of parking. Area was quiet. Felt mostly safe but wouldn’t want to be out there alone at night being a female. VERY close to Kings Island (2 miles) and they offer a shuttle service which we didn’t use. Breakfast was kinda meh. I’d give it a 4/10, but hey- it was free.

Overall I give it a B. It was adequate. Old building that has been remodeled and appeared clean. There was a questionable stain in the tub and the toilet wobbled. Beds were firm and pillows soft. Breakfast area was tidy and clean but cereal was stale.

This is an older property with rooms that open out, but it is very well maintained and updated. My room was very large and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very good value overall. The hotel is near Kings Island and would be good for a family stay at the amusement park.

I had a very good stay. Everyone was so nice and friendly. It was so clean. I was so amaze. I was there for five days. The breakfast was good. There was know meat but that was fine.

Nice clean room, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast not bad but not good. Plenty of close restaurants that serve breakfast that are a short walk/drive. Just a few minutes from kings island which is very convenient. Close to the interstate so if car noise bothers you while sleeping maybe request a room on the other side not facing the road.

We went for the tennis tournament and paid $200 for one night. The beds were so hard we had to go buy an air mattress. Rooms are run down and cleanliness has not kept up. The breakfast was disgusting - I spent the drive back to Chicago throwing up every two hours - all transfat carbs, no fresh fruit, the eggs were powdered mix and expired. Pros: people running the hotel are nice, but have skimped in far too many places. The shuttle to/from the tennis tournament was very nice.

It was a good hotel experience! Front desk staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, eggs, bread products, yogurt, cereal, and maybe waffles. Bed was a little rigid for my tastes but the pillows and sheets were soft. Hotel is literally across the street from King's Island and they will drive you there in a shuttle

The layout of the building was confusing at first, the first number in your room isn't your floor number, but your building number...? The smoke detector was beeping low battery all night. the funny thing about that, when I went into the room, the battery door was open... like someone was telling them to change the battery. How the room was cleaned with it beeping like that, and they didn't change the battery is really odd to me.

Would definitely stay here again! Not even a mile from KI so its nice and close after a long day at the park. Our room was updated and very clean. Had plenty of towels & washrags. Breakfast was good....eggs were awful. All of the other food was great. My suggestion would be to offer less of a variety (they had cereal, 3 different flavors of waffles, oatmeal, donuts, muffins, pastries, scrambled eggs, gravy & biscuits, toast, bagels and some fruit) The poor girls working breakfast were running ragged and trying to keep up and keep things clean but it was impossible. People are rude and inconsiderate so they were leaving messes everywhere. A less variety would give the workers a better chance at keepijg thing's cleaned and stocked. (Alot of stuff was out) Outside - there was alot of people walking/wondering around that werent staying there so that was uneasy. Staff was all great! Kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!

We stayed here exactly 1 year ago and this visit was 100 times better - new owners in April 2024 have improved the property tremendously. I only gave 4 stars overall because 1) despite emphasizing the smoke-free property, our room had the smoke smell mostly hidden by heavy fragrance (they apologized & offered to change our room!), 2) the Wi-Fi was very weak, and 3) there is no elevator.

I went here to watch the tennis match at the Cincinnati open, it is very close to the hotel, you could actually walk in about 15 minutes if you wanted to. However, they do have a shuttle that provides service to and from the event. The hotel has always been clean, quiet, is a great deal for the price! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a newly remodeled room right next to the pool with our destination ( king’s island) visible from our room. They were well staffed and eager to help, will come back. Full disclosure, if you are squeamish about outside entry or doors to adjoining rooms this probably isn’t the place for you.

Excellent stay! I liked it when it was super 8, love it with the remodel and it’s Quality Inn now. Same wonderful people running it, I won’t stay anywhere else, when I visit kings island. The shuttle is fantastic to the park!

Our rooms smelled like cigarettes, but I really think this is the fault of other guests and not the owners. This Quality Inn is more motel-like, where the rooms enter right onto the outside, and other guests seemed to think smoking anywhere outside was okay, despite designated smoking areas much further away from the doors and pool area. You can literally see Kings Island and the fireworks from the pool. The owners/manager were to accommodate our hotels.com request for rooms next door to one another. Our rooms actually were actually adjoining and opened up almost right onto the pool, which with our large family with five teens was PERFECT. The breakfast was what you'd expect at this price point. Meat would have been nice but this may have been a cultural point with the manager/owner so we were totally fine. Others may want to be aware that it wasn't available. I have celiac disease (I can't eat gluten/wheat) and was able to find some things to eat-eggs and cheerios and fruit. The coffee wasn't awesome. I want to point out that we paid very little for our two rooms, less than $100 during the summer and could see Kings Island. It's less than a mile from the park. There is also a free shuttle to/from the park, and a lot of restaurants nearby, like a waffle house, an Indian restaurant, Chipotle, McDonald's, etc. We got fresh towels when we asked. Pwr

My daughter & I enjoyed our stay. It was a very short drive from King's Island. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was quiet. We were impressed with the decor of our room. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. My daughter thought the mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to King's Island.
