Everything was amazing! A great breakfast, excellent rooms and all people in there was very attention

The hotel has the best location, the food at their restaurant is very good, just a little limited. The front desk personnel, very cold, no instructions or nice welcome when you arrive. Same when you depart, no how was your stay, we hope to see you again, etc if

Our room had a terrible layout; the bathroom door whacked anyone sitting on the toilet in the knees and feet. The thermostat didn't work and our room was too hot. Our friend's room was freezing. The vinyl on the chair was cracked and the mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the front desk personnel were pleasant.

The room was exactly like the photo. The breakfast had a large number of options, some of which could have been higher quality. The restaurant was good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to Duomo and area. Service staff kept room clean and well maintained.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Brunelleschi! It was a short walk to the Duomo, shopping areas, Brera neighborhood. We booked 3 rooms and 1 room given to us was huge with a separate sleeping area with a sofa bed although we booked a standard room for 2 persons only. We were happy about that. The breakfast buffet was adequate.

NO ONSITE PARKING. It says “parking available” and that is a public garage next door, which had hardly any spaces left. The hotel itself is a little dated but VERY nice, and the location is EXCELLENT.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Fast check-in.
The room was large and cosy. Well Cleaned. Good mattress and linen. Large bathroom with good amenities.
The air freshener in the room and the corridor is overpowering and we had to open the window to clear it off. One may understand that the hotel is fully carpeted but its a bit too much.
Free minibar. Particularly good breakfast with a large sélection of choices. Nice helpful waitresses.
Its not easy to park in the street as metered parking is linited to 30 mns. The doorman recommended to us to park in the underground car par nearby the hotel (30 euros per night). Unfortunately this car park is not secured despite the cameras. Our car got damaged (broken window) and goods stolen. Car park management did not help.

Old hotel renewed. Bathroom still lacks complete renovation. Manners of front desk staff are correct, they will answer what you need to know with no empathy.

The hotel is very well located - easy walking to most major venues, various restaurants, galleries, parks and lovely neighbourhoods. The major fault is the front desk service. They tend to send you in wrong directions, can be clipped to the pint if rudeness, and often just don't, seem to care that you are a customer. You feel that you are wasting their time! How bad was it? Well, I would staY there again because I no longer need their help, the location is great, and it's not too large a place, but they will not achieve 5* with such of condescendingngv opportunity

The location of this hotel is right in the heart of the city a few hundred meters from the Duomo but away from the bustle. It suited our needs perfectly. We stayed for two nights and returned a week later. We had kept our options open in respect of our return in case we didn’t like it or thought we may want to try somewhere else. However, we liked it very much and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again

Great location good restaurant near Duomo of Milan spacious room good price for Milan.
Ask concierge for better air drier the one in the room is old.

Excellent 4 night stay. Classic European ellegance in staff courtesy, room decor, included morning buffet with abundant choices (7-10:30) , wine and beer bar opens at 4:30. Updated, NOT shabby interior including rooms, lobby, bar, restaurant. Milano clasic foods served in small restaurant that opens at 7:30 pm.
The reception staff and waiters were helpful, offered excellent service, and legitimately wanted to know how they might assist.
Definitely recommended this hotel and the location near Duomo and museums. Pizza, sidewalk cafes, bakery, delicious middle eastern food nearby.
About a €17 cab ride to the central train station, Milano Centrale.

This hotel was very well located. We were able to do so much walking to see all parts of the city. The breakfast was good but dinner and drinks in the restaurant and bar were even better. The waiters took very good care of us. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel and breakfast was excellent. The checkin was fast and easy. The only complaint for us was the bed and pillows were too hard.

Everything was great. Older hotel with a few cosmetic flaws. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly.

not sure of the measurable distinction between a three star and four star facility, but by prior experiences elsewhere, this is not a four star property; light bulbs in and in front of the room were out, wall sconces dangling, bureaucratic front desk response to maintenance, housekeeping requests, small windows with exterior electric storm shutters that raise only 2/3's of the way, and breakfast in a pink dungeon.

Very old hotel
1.0 / 5.0
If I could I would leave 0 star. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s very old, probably 150 years old and outdated. Hotel has all the original rooms without upgrade of anything, Rusty and moldy bathroom, AC won’t work, even it says 16 degrees. Called the reception to complain about the AC. All they replied that they can give me a fan. Really in a 4 star hotel. It’s unacceptable and shouldn’t be advertised as a 4 star
2.0 / 5.0
Honestly not sure how they can get away with charging 300 euro for this place. The bed is worse than my dorm room, the shower has no hot water, the shower also is the world’s smallest shower. The AC was very poor even set at the lowest setting. Only positive side of this place was the walking distance to everything. Spend your money elsewhere if you want a nice comfy spot to relax after exploring all day because this isn’t it.

Staff was very kind and helpful, very nice location and excellent breakfast included.
Highly recommended based on quality/price/location.

This place is wonderful. 5 blocks from the Duomo and maybe 7 to the Galleria. Staff called taxi when you need them. Nice experience.
3.0 / 5.0
The property was severely dated, but not in a good way. It looked like the setting of a James Bond film. The carpet was worn, the shower was permanently stained brown, the bathroom was so tight that you couldn’t get to the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. I understand that bidet’s are a thing here in Italy, but that bathroom didn’t actually have room for it. My husband and I killed multiple little bugs in the room and ended up with bug bites on our legs and arms. Not sure what kind of bugs they were, but it gave us the heebie jeebies. Breakfast was good and obviously catered to visitors from different locales. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and the hotel was close to the Duomo and the Galleria. However, as such, it was right in the middle of downtown and it didn’t seem like the kind of place you’d want to be after dark. All in all, it did the trick for a place to stay, but I wouldn’t return or recommend.

The hotel was very well located and is an easy walk to the Duomo and shopping. It however was not as quiet as we would like it to be; someone was making noise late into the evening (could have been outside). Wish they could have given us more pillows. Apparently they ran out. Otherwise enjoyed our 2-day stay

Convenient to sights and near metro. I had to leave after one night. I was not expecting much due to the price, but it was worse that I expected. Only warm not hot water. Bed was very hard and I can sleep anywhere. I ended up sleeping on the floor. I was on the 2nd floor and the windows where covered so you could not see out. Very nice staff. Breakfast was good although coffee was terrible. If you pick this place, expect the worse and be surprised if it works for you.

The staff, except the bell staff, were helpful and attentive. The bottled water was gratis and breakfast was option-filled. The area is very walkable and pubblic transit is nearby.

Excellent hotel with retro vibes. Awesome breakfast. Staff were mostly good except a few who were a bit rude. Defnitely recommended. Excellent location.
2.5 / 5.0
We had a great stay, but the friends traveling with us had some minor issues with Housekeeping. Great location (just blocks from the Duomo and subway stations), comfortable room, plenty of places to eat nearby, and the hotel breakfast was good, with plenty of variety.
