Everything was good liked the room breakfast and service. Knowing about having to pay for parking when I booked would have been helpful. Overall happy with the room. Further from Boston downtown than posted on the sitez

We returned to this hotel because of its proximity to our friends. Lots of space for the two of us and the hotel is generally quiet at night. Housekeeping is inconsistent as we get our bed made up, 2 out of 3 trash bins cleared on most days. We weren’t getting fresh towels 2 of 4 nights. The first night in e have to call the plumbers as the bath tub was plugged. This should be alerted by the housekeeper when the do the bathroom. Dusty. Breakfast was ok but not enough staff to handle a large crowd.

There was a major fight and a birthday party next to my kids room which made it hard to relax. We also heard construction nearby. The hotel didn’t accommodate us for any of our concerns.

The problem was that the room was never cleaned by the housekeeping staff over our 3-night Wednesday to Saturday stay. We asked the front desk for the room to be cleaned on two different occasions, and yet it never happened. We asked for extra towels twice, and they were delivered. At the end of our stay, all towels were on the floor in the bathroom waiting to be picked up. Our garbage was never emptied, our coffee cups never replaced. This is extra odd since we received an email just prior to our stay that said there is a "New hotel cleanliness and disinfection standard" in place. Apparently, that did not apply to our room.

Pros: Under 105 per night. Excellent full scale included breakfast. Pool back open. Ample parking. 3 rapid elevators. Very friendly staff. Friendly patrons. Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet. On-site restaurant and available snack center. Open atrium design provides maximum architectural security for guests.
Cons: The operation of the doors to enter allow the entire atrium this time of year (November) to get very cold, with many guests complaining. 42 degrees out, atrium had to be 65 or lower. In March I had no issue. Sink backed up in the middle of the night and I awoke to a black gunk filled sink. Bodywash in shower fully empty. This is the second trip I personally told housekeeping I did not need service and they went into the room when I left. Room lamps all are in poor condition, one did not turn on, another the button was broke and the third had a broken shade. Restaurant is the highest price I have even seen in a hotel from coast to coast- with one crab cake being 50 dollars and 2 pieces of chicken with no sides being 25.
I have been here 3 times, and have stayed in over 200 hotels. For price, the safety of the open atrium, excellent friendly staff, spacious rooms and genuine comfortability I will continue to book here. No matter what hiccups I come across I have always had a great time and feel comfortable here. Some updates needed, but overall a 4 out of 5. I feel very safe here and that surpasses absolutely everything else at the end of the day.

Charging $15 for parking in the middle of nowhere waltham is a bold move. What a joke. I won’t be back

$15 dollars to park overnight at a hotel in Waltham. Absolutely insane. Never again

Overall it was great. I will say the entry doors are insanely heavy/hard to open and the auto open buttons were not operational. The revolving for was also not operational. Also I wish hotels.com was a bit better about showing those hotels that charge for parking, as this hotel does. It was not a pleasant surprise.
They were very quick about fixing dead batteries on the door lock though!

The Suite was amazing - Like a Small Apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only problem was the Main door to the Property was difficult to open to enter because of the vacuum effect of the Wind. Breakfast was great! Overall stay was great, very comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Could be easily an awesome place. First breakfast is not as it should for a Embassy suite. Very low choice. No variety and cold or not well cooked. Also problem with ventilation that’s make entrance doors difficult to open.
Clean and nice place with large rooms

We loved the interior and staff were very friendly. The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable . I did leave things behind (wallet and my child left tablet) and was surprised they didn’t contact me. We were able to recover them. I do know it was my responsibility to remember my belongings, I just thought out of kindness they could have contacted me because they had ALL my info to do so. I would have liked all day room service (starts at 5pm) and the menu is not kid friendly. we were unable to bring our breakfast back to the room. The breakfast was a nice surprise though with custom omelette made by a very friendly chef. We will definitely be staying again and be more careful with our belongings! I swear we triple checked!! I would recommend staying here.

For the most part our stay was amazing. Only complaint we had was 3 of our pillows had stains on them, one of our lights kept flickering on and off and then our phone didn’t have a dial tone so we had to physically go down stairs and ask for whatever it was that we needed

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Boston Waltham (Oct 17-20, 2024) in the Governor’s Suite and was thoroughly disappointed. For over $2,000 for 3 nights, I expected far better quality and service. The suite had several maintenance issues: a broken towel hook, dirty and stained carpets, a filthy microwave, and a hole in the wall. Basic amenities were missing—no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, no coffee in the kitchen, and not even napkins or utensils available.
We had requested a baby crib well in advance, but it arrived over an hour late, and without a fitted sheet, making it unsafe for our baby. Additionally, the breakfast area was a hygiene disaster. The trash cans were always overflowing, food and garbage littered the floor, and many food items had no utensils, forcing guests to grab items with their hands.
I understand this is a 3-star hotel, but the level of cleanliness and upkeep was far below what I’d expect, even from lower-rated roadside motels. This experience was unacceptable for a Hilton property, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable or hygienic stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for work. For some reason the breakfast now has paper cups and plates instead of real ones and the quality of the food has gone down a bit. Still better than other hotels but not as good as it was just a couple months ago. Also the Pool is not a heated pool it is just an inside pool.

Our room had a musty smell that was pretty strong when we first entered the room. Staff was friendly. Beds not very comfortable. I would not stay at this property again, unless I absolutely had to. Definitely not worth what we paid for our three day stay.

The beds tip over if you sit on the end of them. The furniture in general feels dirty and way overdue for replacements. The smoke detector in our room was beeping when we arrived but someone did come and replace batteries pretty quickly.

Great hotel and service, except all soaps and conditioner was empty and a used washcloth was hanging from the shower curtain

The hotel room was shabby and worn out. The food was awful. Don't know if there was room service since there was no info in the room. The room furniture was worn and dirty

Our room was not cleaned the first day. No washcloths, coffee, creamer, sugar were left the second day and the bed was not made up. The room was not touched the third day.

Loved your hotel .

I don't normally take the time to review hotel stays. However, what the hotel offered was exceptional for what we needed. Appreciate how there is a sitting area that is separate frim the bedroom. I also, appreciate the open lobby and inner courtyard that each room opens up to. It creates a spaciousness that was refreshing during our stay.

Dear Hotel Manager's Name,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from 9/11/24 to 9/12/24. I traveled from New Jersey to Boston, not for leisure or business, but for an important doctor's appointment for my 4-year-old son at Boston Children's Hospital. After driving for nearly six hours, we were expecting a peaceful and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The noise level at 12:00 a.m. was excessive and disruptive. I understand there was a business conference during our stay, but I should have been notified beforehand, and I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known. Regardless, such noise at that hour is completely unacceptable under any circumstances.
Additionally, there were other issues with the room itself:
1. The front door did not close automatically. I had to physically push it to ensure it was properly secured.
2. There was no clock in the room, which I believe is a basic amenity that should have been provided.
Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by these issues, I am requesting a formal apology and a refund for my stay. I trust that your hotel strives for better customer service and that this situation will be addressed promptly.
I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Michael G

Desk staff were great. Very welcoming and fast check-in . Cleaning staff wasn’t as great. Ask for refill on coffee packs and towels. Got one towel and no coffee. Had to go to the desk and they took care of the situation. Everything else was ok.

1) Accessible, good breakfast.
2) Clean up and restocking the rooms could be improved: Coffee maker without cups or creamer, no body wash, one TV remote did not work.
3) Unable to communicate with cleaners and technician.
4) Facility severely understaffed
5) Lots of noise in the lobby and hallway beyond 10 pm

First day I had to go to staff 4 times. The hairdryer was not in the room. The bag that holds it was empty. 2 towels and no wash-cloths for four people. I tried talking to the staff but they did not speak english. I went to the front desk and asked for towels. They were never deilvered.
Will probably not stay with Embassy Suites again
