All six of us were extremely pleased with this hotel! It was clean and tidy and very very quiet for sleeping, and the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast was delicious and substantial, and the cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. The free parking was close in to the front and convenient. This one is a bit hidden off the main road especially in the dark so look at your map or directions carefully for the final turns.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, every one of them. The price was good too. This was a great value and we would totally stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice comfortable lobby area which was a great area to visit with my family. Location good for freeway and airport access. Excellent breakfast. Immediate area outside the hotel over run with homeless people which caused us to stay inside and to worry about the security of our vehicle.

Friendly staff both at check-in and evening, comfortable room and bed, very good breakfast

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. My really only complaint is really really tiny pillows. Bring your own pillow.

The breakfast was good and offered hot choices as well as fruit. The workers were friendly. The neighborhood is not nice - some businesses boarded up, another restaurant cosed down while we were there, homeless people all over digging in dumpsters and camping out, dropping pants to relieve themselves, ...

Everything was fine and it should get a 5 star review. The only problem is the homeless people roaming here and there and one of them also entered during breakfast time which was kind if annoying.
I also saw one cockroach came out of the basin hole.

Super friendly front desk staff in the middle of the night was very welcoming. Had a hard time finding the place because the entrance was swarming with people from the nearby homeless encampment. Room was very comfortable though.

In general it was nice. What we really didn’t like is the crowd of homeless or drug addicted people in the area. :( we understand that it is pain point for owners, and they are doing their best to keep their guests safe. Your place is quite good, but Guys, keep fighting.

We enjoyed staying here for the convenience of flying out of PDX which was a 20 minute drive. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was good and the room very clean and comfortable. The amount Of homeless outside was awful, they were everywhere. Didn’t mess with the car or bother us any, but made us nervous. Otherwise great place to stay!

Very dated. Staff is good. Not is a very good location if you are looking for restaurants

Really friendly staff, free coffee and cookie in reception were a great addition. Room spacious and clean. Nice and quiet. There is a large problem with homelessness in the area and while it didn’t feel unsafe at all it was very noticeable

The hotel and staff are great. The location is a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless people around. We didnt experience any problems with the homeless street people, it was just a bit unpleasant. Hotel location for Portland International Raceway patrons is awesome, easy 5 minute walk to track albeit through some trash and homeless people.

Close to race track!! Makes it easier to get there.

We think this is the best in the area.

The hotel was run down in comparison to the photos online. It was a place to sleep and not bad, but I would say this is closer to a motel than a hotel. Significant amount of homeless people that appear to be on drugs live right next to the hotel. The front doors are locked 24hrs for security.

Not a great location due to large homeless camp

Nothing fancy, but it was good enough for what we needed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a rotating menu. Convenient location. Surrounding area was a bit sketchy due to the number of homeless people, but they kept to themselves.

Hotel was great, breakfast was good. The cookies at night were a great surprise. The homeless everywhere were a concern.

It was not good.

The hotel's condition is good; the reception area is well-kept, and the rooms appear clean. However, the surrounding area feels sketchy, with many homeless people around. On the plus side, security is heightened at the reception, and there is a visible security presence throughout the area.

Didn’t like having so many homeless in the area.
3.0 / 10.0
Breakfast choices were poor and they ran out of milk. However I do appreciate them providing complimentary tea, coffee and cookies, 24/7. Although the location of the hotel was convenient- close to highway, the surrounding area did not appear safe (drug activity going on). Was surprised that housekeeping staff don’t automatically clean room everyday, you have to request this at front desk.. didn’t know about that so was surprised when I came back in the evening to a messy room! The place seemed clean overall but the bed sheets did have a weird smell so I had to request new sheets. It looks like pets are allowed so the place smelled a bit like dog breath!

The surrounding area felt uncomfortable and sketchy but the hotel itself was secure and comfortable.

Bumbs and homeless people everywhere!!!!! The hotel was awesome and the people that work there are excellent. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure and temperature. AC super cold. Excellent breakfast.

My room smelled, the toilet was plugged & I waited at the front desk for 40 mins while they looked for one, the carpet was very dirty. The lobby door is locked 24/7 because there are so many homeless people that are drug addicts passed out even. When we pulled into the driveway there was probably 30 homeless standing around. Very unsafe and dirty.

Somebody referred this hotel and they said it was a good to stay in but it was not as expected when we stayed there. But the customer service was 5-star but the room was so small for 4-persons and the free breakfast was not good.

The hotel its self is ok, older property showing a bit. Nice breakfast area with a decent offering like you'd expect from country inn. The area around the hotel though is a lot of closed shops / restraunts and lots of homeless people. It is fairly close to the airport but the comfort inn on south side of airport is newer in a seemingly better area and closer to arival/departure area.

Surrounded by homeless encampments

They’re doing their best given the cities issues. Key card required to enter front door adds level of comfortability. Great if you need a place to stay while you’re at the race track all day or need a place to stay overnight while on a layover. Wouldn’t bring kids here. Caution: many homeless people near the entry to the property. Security guard on duty in parking lot overnight.
