Room was good beds are clean airco working so ok if you are looking for basic accomdation. The carpets as mentioned before are old and have some stains, but you only need to walk on it so don’t make to much of all other reviewers.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Holiday Inn I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority at this establishment.
The bedskirts were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The room itself was full of dust, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. The bathroom was no better - the water in the shower was not draining properly, leaving me standing in a pool of water during my entire shower. To make matters worse, there was only one shampoo bottle in the bathroom and it was already one and a half empty, a clear sign of lack of attention to detail in housekeeping.
Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was extremely unhygienic and far below the expectations I have for any accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. It is clear that management needs to address these cleanliness issues promptly in order to provide a satisfactory experience for their guests.

I got what I paid for. Was looking for a cheap place for one night. Room was good, no complaints there. Rest of the place was dirty. Hallway had stains and broken glass and black hand prints all over the carpet. Lobby had confetti and popped balloons all over the floor. Not sure why no staff was cleaning it. It was there the entire time we had “breakfast”. The “breakfast” is the worst I have ever seen at a hotel. I prepaid $5 when I booked the room. The entire breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, bruised apples, bagels, and mini muffins. No orange juice or eggs or anything like the breakfast in the Holiday Inn brochures.

I paid for breakfast but no one checked my voucher so there was no point of me paying because people that didn’t pay got to eat. But the breakfast was not good either. Very disappointing. Only some muffins and bagels. Toaster wasn’t even working properly.

We had fond memories of the Holiday Inn from a visit several years ago, but our recent experience was deeply disappointing. The hotel's condition has noticeably deteriorated. The elevator interiors were worn and the floors throughout the hotel were unclean, with visible trash. Attempts to mask the unpleasant odors with overpowering air fresheners were inadequate and only added to the discomfort.
The first room we were assigned had a pervasive bad smell; even the sheets smelled like unwashed feet. Although we were moved to another room without an apology from the staff, the new room, while slightly better, still had its issues. It lacked basic amenities like a soap dish, and the towels appeared as if they had not been washed. Additionally, the disposable cups were wrapped in broken plastic, raising concerns about hygiene.
Breakfast was a letdown and did not meet the usual Holiday Inn standards. It was far below what one would expect from such an establishment.
After checking out and reading similar negative reviews online, it's clear that our experience was not an isolated incident. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality. If it weren't for the high ratings from the past, this year’s rating would surely be well below average, certainly not the current 7.4!

The first room they tried to give us seem like there was a flood or sprinkler went off and the bed had water stains on the carpet , bed, pillow and walls and wall paper was coming off. The whole first floor smelled like mold. They gave us another room on the third floor and it was decent but all in all the stay was a disappointment.

The outside patio had nice seating but the grounds were not taken care of all grown up, you tell at one point it was nice. Also had to let the desk know if we wanted our room cleaned and I did but I guess housekeeping was not notified, I had to go ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Our room was only cleaned one time for our stay.

Great location but a nightmares every morning at 7:30 the fire alarm start doing a sound for at least 5 minutes i ask 2 time to clean the room they never clean the room and the humidity inside the room and the smell not good sheet look like the don’t clean them. My reservation said i have breakfast and they dont give me breakfast they want to charge me 15 each person i dont recommend this hotel and the wall of the room look like they get wet and damaged too mucho much for nothing

The carpets were dirty. The elevator was dirty as well. The facility needs work, like cleaning the pool. It was so dirty inside the pool area that ppl were writing their names in the dirt as they were in the pool. There was no hot water the entire time we were there. There was no complimentary breakfast. We did not know and it was never stated. When we went to eat we were yelled at and was told we needed vouchers. She tried to humiliate us.
We needed a key to get in the pool but a guest had a whole party in the pool and invited his whole community. I would never stay there again.

First of all the rooms were not that clean there was hair in the bathroom on the bathroom walls where the shower was and on the bathroom floor also my check-in was on Thursday the 4th the shower water was hot Thursday and Friday but Saturday Sunday and Monday the shower water was ice cold I call the reception she told me that her job is just to answer the calls and let everyone know that they're going to probably fix the water situation today so overall I'll never rent here again the cleaning staff was fine they just don't do a good job if I could give this hotel less than one star I would

There was no hot water for my entire stay. I called three days in a row and they never fixed it. They lied and made excuses. The boilers need lit? They should always be lit! Let the water run for 15mins and it will come out warm...uhm no? You are the last room on this boiler so you will always have problems...uhm no? It should not matter what room it is.
Then they deactivated my room key after calling the final time. I had to get let in by someone and when I went to the front desk, they laughed at me when I got mad and asked for a new room key. They told me I was the only one complaining about no hot water but when I walked away the next person complained about no hot water. It turned around and told the girl that she lied and she said it was a different time so it wasn't a lie. Get technical about things! That is actually worse because that means there was no hot water across the hotel during more times.
The elevator stopped working so I had to carry my stuff out 3 flights of stairs. They let other guests kids misbehave, they ran through the hallways at night and pulled the fire alarm. This place is horrible and their staff are liars!
The owner is a slumlord trying to save on utilities or not fixing things. He only will post to give another chance. yeah right like I am going to spend more money being lied to to line his pocket!

this is the worst place ever! Booked but when i got there after a whole day of driving i was told that they did not have hot water and gave the option to cancel with a refund in which i did. when i left they said that they have strict cancelation policy and could not refund.
Tried calling a few times but the front desk people are very rude and kept hanging up on me.
Please stay away from this place. it is a cam way of making money from a problem they created.

This hotel hasn't had hot water for (according to reviews) over a week and the staff continue to lie to guests about it. The lack of hot water was not communicated to us prior to our stay, even though it had been going on for almost a full week prior to our arrival, leaving us with no choice but to keep our reservation. The staff told me upon check in that it would be fixed the following morning, but told another member of our party the following evening that it was "currently being worked on". By the time we checked out 2 days later, no progress had been made on the water and it was clear no workers were on the property "fixing" the water heater. It is just astounding that an entire hotel could go without hot water for over a week without any sort of compensation or plan for the guests.
On top of that, our booking included breakfast for 2 but were never given the vouchers needed for said breakfast. The buffet is $15 and pitiful, so we did not bother pushing the issue or paying for it. The rooms felt damp and the carpet is dirty throughout.

When arriving past midnight to a hotel you expect two things - hot water and a clean bed. This place did not have that. Ontop of that, guests were VERY loud very early in the morning. It's a very poorly managed and dirty property, and we were upset to make the trip to stay here. Don't stay here its not worth it.

Too many issues with this place.
- The hot water broke for the whole hotel, which I understand things happen, but that happened on Saturday. I checked out Wednesday and it STILL had not been fixed. 4+ days (who knows how long it will go on for) of no hot water for the whole hotel?? A holiday inn? Mind blowing to me. I’m talking ice cold showers. They didn’t even seem to care either and also lied about it, saying they were working on it Saturday and Sunday only to find out Tuesday that they hadn’t even started. The employees didn’t give a crap about anything.
- On top of that, they offer a shuttle “every hour on the hour” well when I tried to use it at 3pm, they basically told me they didn’t feel like it.
- I also used the laundry, but they hadn’t checked on the machines in so long that they weren’t even operational at first.
- they have a restaurant attached and claim to provide that, but that was also down for construction for part of my trip.
- and to circle back to the employees (well at least the front desk and management, they were rude and simply didn’t give a crap about anything.
Just one thing after another it seemed like. I would not recommend staying here, which says a lot cause I’m very easy going normally.

For 3 days i did not have hot water! The smoking area is filthy, cigarette butts everywhere and in the pit. Beer cans and beer bottles and cases were left for 3 nights on the floor. Along with garbage. Inside dining area, cups and garbage were left behind for days. Water from the pool in the lobby and elevator. Garbage left in elevator for 2 days. Smell of weed everywhere!
