It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge

The hotel was beautifully appointed, the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant, and the neighborhood is second to none.

The hotel on by the park and close to coty hall and several museums also done stares Souvenir stores super cheap. You can walk to see most of the museums or with scooters. The hotel marvelous.

Two areas of improvement:
Opening the SPA at 10am is a bit late for those who wish to go for a swim before breakfast! It is virtually impossible to have both unless you prefer to swim with a full belly.
Finally, we checked out on Sunday, 9/25, by also paying the parking ticket. Nobody at the reception asked us, where we are planning to go. This would have been an invaluable question, as the entire Berlin City was "trapped" due to the marathon and there was only ONE way out (took us 90 min. (!!!) to figure it out, no guidance whatsoever in the city). If the receptionist would have asked and provided guidance, how to get out of the maze, this would have been very considerate and helpful, instead, we just paid the ticket - no info, no question from the receptionist whatsoever. Service of "suboptimal" quality.

This hotel is by far my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. Can you open up your curtains to the back of the room and you see a fish tank that holds 264,000 gallons of water, it’s six stories tall and it has to be at least 50 feet wide. It’s absolutely amazing. And the room was really nice as well.

There was a lot of noise from the bar

GREAT LOCATION

It’s a while since, I stayed in a Radisson, I wasn’t deliberately avoiding them, either they were not where I needed to be or there was what appeared at the time to be a better or cheaper option, so over time they just seemed to move further down my list. Unlike a lot of other hotels Radisson seem to have returned a lot of the little extras to pre covid levels, many competitors have come to the conclusion that the customers have accepted their removal so why reintroduce them - wrong your customers are watching and taking note of who is trying it on!
This hotel is in a great location , central for just about everything. Watch out for its small discreet fish tank which does seem to have quite a selection of different fish!
Rooms are spotless beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great! All the staff I came across were very efficient and helpful.
There are some clever design tricks at play here, on the outside it is just a big rectangular box , but all the interior corridors seem to be curved!
So worth a visit and I will certainly be moving them back up my list of preferred hotels.

Alles was goed verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt was het online uitchecken wat niet door was gekomen bij de receptie.

Next door to muse museum Island, walking distance to most sights, many places to eat within 3 blocks. Staff was great, room was very nice. Underground parking with elevator access to hotel

This hotel is in the middle of everything. Across from the Cathedral, Humboldt forum and museum island. The hotel is above the DDR museum right on the waterway. Cannot beat this location. The aquarium in the lobby is part of SeaLife and you can purchase a ticket at SeaLife to ride inside. The hotel resturant is very good for their breakfast or lunch/dinner.

Positives -
-Good breakfast
-Reception staff was friendly and tried to be helpful
-View from Premium room was nice
-Aquarium was impressive
-Location good
Negatives
-Non-stop daily construction noise as renovating to new brand of Radisson hotel
-Despite me paying for Premium King bed I got two twins that kept separating and I'd slip in-between
-Bed was not particularly comfortable
-Room was incredibly cold despite thermostat being on high (this was still problem once I changed rooms) -- I had to sleep with layers of clothes on and two comforters
-At times the hotel queue was 20 people long
-Elderly mom's room was far from hotel and she had trouble walking with cane
-Running the temporary entrance through the restaurant was confusing to people and disruptive to restaurant guests
-Bellmen not always available
-Felt like a business hotel that was more centered around accommodating people attending events there rather than for general tourists
They are trying to become a 5 star hotel and have a long way to go. The Waldorf in Berlin is far more luxurious, calm, and what you'd expect from a true 5-star hotel.

Excellent place to stay - thank you very much for such great experience. We asked for an additional bed and received large room on the upper floor looking directly on the biggest aquarium. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent service. We couldnt be happier about hotel. Best stay in the Berlin. The breakfast couldnt be any better under this COVID-19 situation. We went for a roadtrip north of Hamburg and when we came back to Berlin we chose Radisson Blu, Berlin again.

In general it was a good stay, we had some issue when we arrived, as the internet was down in the hotel and they were not able to check us in, so it was very frustrated especially when we were up at 0330 in the morning.they take the safety of their guest very serious and the implement a very good measure to protect their guests.the location was great with the breakfast was good, so in general it was a good stay.

Location is great. Got a free ugrade and got a room with a view of the TV tower. Breakfast was good lots of variety, room was comfy staff was friendly and helpful. Except for the concierge guy who recommended the worst Hop om hop off bus that was very expensive compared to others. Also was dissapointed that they only have a sauna no steam room or jaccuzzi and they did not switch it on most of the time

Clean, attentive staff and convenient location. Bathrooms were clean and modern but not user friendly.

Great hotel and friendly staff, near amenities bars and restaurants

The room had an overwhelming "car wash blecch" fragrance, which took over a day to remove. The property is a certain type of 80s fabulous. The building is a trapezoid. So are the rooms and the elevators. Anyone with vertigo would have a real problem here. The beds are super-comfortable and breakfast is great.
5.0
The hotel is in a great central location to many tourist attractions. We had a great experience staying here and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Berlin
4.0
The hotel is the perfect location for walking tours of the most important sites in Berlin plus right round the corner from a waterfront with excellent food plus the start point for canal cruises. Excellent choice.
