It was average at best. Rooms are outdated. Needs paint and new fixtures. Casino reeks of cigarette smoke. They just need to update everything. Resort fee is not worth it.

Close to everything. Price was good. Parking was free and easy to get to (behind hotel and 3rd level for best spots). Hotel was maintained nicely. Staff was accomidaring. Casino had a good vibe. Only wish they had more food options.

Everything was great for our 12/6-8 sty EXCEPT the check in experience. It was brutal and lots of people were really upset. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes of standing in line with only 2 people checking people in at 3pm (regular check in time). Once we were 20 people away from reaching the desk, a third person came to help. Express check in line was long as well. Not sure why they wouldn’t plan better, but I may just pay a bit more to stay at a different hotel that is more efficient in its check in process.

The escalators were out of order so lots of people waited in long lines to get into the casino from the parking garage. The room was dated, the sink dripped, safe didn’t work, and the tv was affixed to the wall on one side of the bed instead of at the foot of the bed. The hotel needs a lot of upgrades.

Overall, enjoyed the room. Spacious. Clean. The temperature setting and drapes/blinds kept us comfortable to have a good night sleep. The two queen beds were a tad on the smaller side. The toiletries were minimal (only one soap), and I had to request extra for the following night. Turning down the bed service is upon request only.

TI is conveniently located on the strip. The casino and shopping across the road are fantastic. The pool was not working, but they still charged us the daily resort fee. It is good value for money but be aware of the additional resort fee

room turn over was lacking standard cleanliness. It was the F1 weekend and volume is high but the room had long term dust around the foot of the bed and bathroom was entirely dirty.

The hotel was great and we had a great time! the only problem we had was checking in. it was rush hour and the hotel only had 3 people working check-in and it took for ever but after that our stay was great!

If you are just sleeping in your room, this is a great value. Room was spacious and clean. The rooms could use a coffee maker and corkscrew (although most LV hotels are allergic to these). Overall a well recommended stay.

This was a terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Check in process was inefficient. While it was self-serve kiosks, the charge to your room are not broken down on screen even if it is going to be refunded. The assistant near the kiosk was condescending about it too. The room itself was not clean when i got in. Photos attached. The bed was unmade and there was hair in the bathroom. It took over 45 mins for the housekeeping manager to arrive and delegate to someone to get it cleaned. Most of all, the person cleaning the room was about to reuse the blankets that were used by a previous tenant -- i had to tell her not to do that. The process she had was unsanitary -- she would switch cleaning the bathroom between making the bed. I also had to tell her to vacuum before leaving. The checkout process also gave me anxiety. While the assistant said they would take care of it, i need receipts for EVERYTHING in this hotel.

Well, when I booked the room for my parents anniversary I booked a king bed and they gave them a room with two beds, because it was so late at night and their English is not well they didn’t want to go change it bc it would be an inconvenience for them

The hotel could use some updating. The room wasn’t in the best condition. The check in kiosks make check in fast and easy. The Starbucks by the mysterie theatre is well run.

We stayed in Treasure Island for one night. The room was comfortable. It was a long walk to the room however. We did not use the pool, but we did use the free parking. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Venetian, Wynns and Caesars. The Casino itself seemed dated, and there was some smell of smoke.
