Good location. Decent small hotel. Friendly staff. Room was small (as expected) but good enough (with in room bathroom & toilet). Price should definitely be lower. Caution - the shower/tub is small & is an oval shape which makes standing in it very tricky. Easy to fall. It will be more difficult for older or larger people. Be careful.

Hotel advertised as having air conditioning however after fiddling with the air con for the first few days we were told by the front desk that there was no air conditioning as they turn it off after the summer. It was 24 degrees in October and would have appreciated knowing what amenities were available when we booked or at a minimum at check-in so that we did not spend time trying to cool our room ie open doors close blinds. Location of the hotel is good but the hotel is quite run down and front desk staff were not helpful when we made inquiries.

A nice hotel on a a quite street at night (some daytime traffic) with a good location, walking distance to the train station, Jean Medecin tram hub and the seafront. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with the necessities at areasonable price. Good value for money.

Location is very good and the hotel is over all worth of 3 stars. The service in the reseption a bit french, it could be more friendly. Housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is ok. I recommend the hotel for short stays in Nice.

The hotel is in a good location but is an older type. Rooms still require a key for the door. Absolutely no food is allowed in the rooms so be aware. It's a good place to shower and sleep and tackle your day

Great location but our bedroom in need of an upgrade. Bathroom very dated and impossible for the hard working cleaning staff to clean to an acceptable standard. It's got great potential, it's a beautiful building architecturally and a great location for the tram and train network, as well as the beach.

Perfect location and easy Uber to the airport or stadium. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they have a nice common area to eat you snacks or have a glass of wine.

We stayed three nights they provided a kettle with no coffee and 3 teabags and no sugar for our three night stay and the shower i am of average size and i was barely able to wash myself

The entire hotel was very clean, they do not allow food in guest rooms so that plays a part. Small European style bathtub, would have preferred a shower but everything was in working order and the room was spacious enough for another person if I’d had family with me. The common areas (terrace/living room/bar/checkin desk) are all very clean, comfortable and family friendly with board games and a desktop available and a large TV with additional international channels. Would recommend stay to friends.

Great hotel in a good location in the centre of Nice. Only negative is they have a weird policy where you cannot eat food in your room - it must be eaten on a terrace (which is lovely) or in a kitchen (which more resembles a staff tea room). Overall a good hotel albeit a little dated.

Beautiful quaint hotel, walking distance to everything- beach and promenade, train station, old town, restaurants etc! Staff were very friendly. Rooms were perfect size and very clean. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Nice and highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful during our stay. They allowed us to drop off our bags while exploring the city and kindly let us use their electrical adapter from the front desk.

Great location. Clean room. Dated bathroom but adequate. Friendly staff. Abundant buffet breakfast. The walls in my room were paper thin, and my neighbours were noisy, which meant I didn't have a good nights sleep.

I had left my neckties (apparently fallen in the closet). I came back two weeks later to stay in the same hotel and the staff had my belongings. I can’t thank them enough. All the staff members were extremely helpful, especially, Alexandra at the front desk. Price wise and location wise, you can’t beat this place. Will stay there again, when I am back in Nice.

I really enjoyed my brief stay. Super cute room. Older decor, but clean and has some modern updates. It lioks deceptively small from the outside, but perfect for a solo adventure! Plus.... There are blacony windows that actually open!! Super close to beach and Nice-Ville station.

The hotel is in a great location - in a truly beautiful street. Unfortunately, some of the details once you're there are disappointing. The hotel has a bar - with zero atmosphere - and woefully poorly stocked... I asked for a red wine. In France. No. And beyond the bar area which is really part of reception, they have a tiny garden at the rear - which is nice, but not staffed and really not ideal. Room was OK - although noisy from the street (and the staff phone in the corridor directly outside our room). We didn't have breakfast there - and we're happy about that. Overall not great - although a lovely location.
