Customer service needs work. The guy that checked me in was not very friendly and no smile. The night gal was very nice and called to check if everything was ok.

Reserved a king bed but was only available on 2nd floor. We shouldn’t have to climb stairs to get the size bed we reserved. Double beds don’t work for couples.

AC didn’t work was very hot in the room. The drainage didn’t work in the shower.

There were cobwebs in the corner of the shower. Housekeeping needs to check now and then as the ceilings are high and can be missed. Otherwise, was very clean.

Room was clean but seemed old. Breakfast was in the lobby. Not what I was expecting having stayed at other hotels which were much better. I got what I paid for.

This was a good motel. The pool wasn't open, which is the whole reason we booked here. But other than that it was good.

someone stole my tools overnight, and was told it was my fault ... parked as close to my room as possible, i was told the cameras are for surveillance only ... why dodnt they see the crime?

This is a motel type. Bathroom was clean but very small. Beds were clean and comfortable. All the amenities were included and free breakfast.

I had called ahead and asked for a down stairs room. We were held up from an accident. We got to the room around 1 am. We were given a n up stairs room. The clerk said it was the last room available. Me and my wife are handicapped. It took us over 20 minutes to get to our room. The bed was old and worn out. The room smelled and very noisy outside! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! What a waste of money!!!

The stay was ok. Our stay was for 3 days. Had to call the front desk and ask for room trash to be emptied. The breakfast was provided was loaded on carbs. There should have been more fruit offered.

The curtain is not hung properly and the pillows lumpy. But the room was clean and the shower really nice.

We enjoyed the walk-in shower and grab bars. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.

The rooms were outdated, there was mold & a smell in the bathroom. Had to ask daily for room service otherwise the room would not be cleaned or receive clean towels. Walking on the floors barefoot resultied in black feet. The website & reviews were misleading, the breakfast was a small contintal breakfast, very disappointing!

They only had one roll of toilet paper.
They had 2 small refrigerators in the room, but neither were working.

Use of disposable utensils created huge amount of plastic wraps,forks,knives and spoons.

The stay was awesome, the staff were super friendly and the bed was so comfy, cleanliness was great in the room except the bathroom, the tub was a little stained. Overall was a pleasant stay.

It was quiet not a lot of noise and the room and bathroom were clean. Last stay at this hotel the bathroom was dirty. The comforter was dirty, I told the hotel and they said I should have called and they would have brought a new one.

We booked late and got two rooms on the return leg of our trip. Rooms were dirty and smelled of disinfectant but there were still remnants of body hair all over the sinks toilet and bathtub. My daughter put a towel down to get out of the bathtub and the floor was so dirty after having the towel on the floor we decided not to walk around without either socks or sandals on. Location was super noisy being close to the freeway and a Dennys. A/C in our room wasn’t super great so it got warm really fast. Door did not seal either so it wasn’t able to be locked. Had to utilize a chair to block the door. For a place to put your head it, it was liveable but do not recommend this place if you want to be comfortable.

The floor was filthy. Had to wear socks because the floor had black soot everywhere. The room was very dim with lighting. There should be more lamps. The chair at the desk was broken and about sent me to the floor when I tried to sit down.
The night attendant was condescending to my wife.

When I first entered the room, the lights didn’t turn on it was dark. The room was clean didn’t like the smell didn’t have enough outlets. The bed was small than that. It was nice and comfy. Slept warm satisfied with the room for one night been staying there every year, your breakfast snack or whatever you call it didn’t have anything just coffee, an apple cereal bagel that was it last year had more stuff at the buffet

Clean room. Tiny bathroom. 2nd floor no elevator was difficult for my grandmother.

I was here last week and the room has less furniture than last week. You can hear the freeway traffic. Lamp on desk is broken and shade needs to be replaced. Locks on door get stuck. Needs updating.

The room was not cleaned. The beds were made but dirty towels left in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub. Garbage cans full, no clean cups. When we got there the door was not latched so I informed the front desk. Then when when we went in we found the mess. They had no house keeping available, no clean towels to offer us. The only thing they could do was apologize. We couldn’t shower, felt we needed to get our own blankets out of our vehicles. They said they had no open rooms to move us. Yet never offered a discount!
