This hotel is very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well there! My biggest complaint was that the available grass for walking my dog was completely nasty! Apparently, there is no one tending to the grounds because the available spots for walking were full of poop!

There was a lot going on that weekend so I understand that things can be a little edgy and maybe I was so tired that I could not tolerate any opposition to checking in. I had names on the rooms that I paid for on Hotels.com of individuals that did not come so I asked to changed the names of the occupants in two of the four rooms. At first I was told no I cannot do that. I almost lost my cool. I am standing in the lobby with two students from Simmons University that need to check into a room. Then I was told that because they have a liquor license, the 20 year old student could not check in at all. That is the craziest thing I every heard. Why not take the time to card whoever is drinking instead of forbidding them to check in. We had enough over 20 year olds to check everyone in but that whole experience left me wondering if I would every return to this hotel again. The discounted rate is not worth the hassle.

My daughter and I have been there numerous times and we come back for a reason. The front desk people are phenomenal, especially Isha. They’re so nice and friendly. You really can’t beat this place for the price. We will be back.

Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Bathroom was tiny and in major need of upgrades. Shower tub combo was dingy. Not enough blankets for an October stay. The kitchen guys who took care of breakfast were awesome and helpful. The front desk ladies were nice but seemed very distracted. Location was great.

Horrible experience. Neighbor was loud. Intimacy was heard, and then a dispute between partners. Continued and after a warning from the office, it escalated. Shoes were thrown out the door and there was much hollering and crying. Some authority finally got the situation under control. Office did not immediately move us. Breakfast area was crowded and not easy to maneuver around.

Every thing was good about stay, just a little issue with bathroom sink not draining, so looked under sink found the drain arm was not connected all the way tighten then worked ok. Nice comfortable beds and the staff was friendly.

Convenient location for our visit to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Room was good, but it was a very busy hotel with a lot of families. The pool was packed with kids who trailed water all over the lobby and into the elevators. The hotel didn't seem concerned with puddles everywhere.

Two times I had to call the front desk to tell them at midnight and again at 1a that the guests were so disrespectful and loud in the hallways having multiple conversations. Not acceptable and they should tell their guests to be more respectful of others. First time here and I will not be back

Reception was great. Hospitable. The room was underwhelming. The bed not comfortable. The bathroom floor was dirty. The ceiling above the tub had hair on it. How does that happen??? I did not feel comfortable and did not feel like the room was very clean ovetall. The bathroom definitely was not cleaned properly. There was a slow drain as well. Yuk. The property lobby area was false advertising because the doors and hallways needed a good cleaning and paint job. A little tlc would help this property out.

Great respite from the day, the drive. Great to order dinner through delivery - relax, swim for hours and settle into bed - staff were so friendly and helpful! We took advantage of every moment! The only thing I misses was accessible coffee later in the morning, but Dunkin’s is right next door! Like all hotels, upkeep is important so keep that up and we will return again and again!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was very accommodating clean and had a lot of added amenities, pool, laundry, gym all for a decent price. As well as pet friendly! Which is very important and convenient for me. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The ambience when I walked in was welcoming and peaceful. Would definitely stay again, I had to leave early but they did offer a free breakfast too all included a very nice visit
