Very welcoming staff with an excellent restaurant recommendation for dinner by the sea. The room we had was perfect for our three adults. Easy walk from the train station

At first I was confused about the hotel location as I’d thought one of the photos of the square was of the front of the hotel. But once in my room I was very satisfied, it was fairly recently renovated and was extremely clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and patient with my terrible French, helping me out with English. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Toulon.

We arrived late at the last minute. The receptionist was delightful and upgraded our room. We were getting the Toulon ferry very early in the morning and the hotel is so close and a really good price. Very clean and comfortable. Right in the centre of everything, so will make sure next time there is plenty of time to explore the area. Excellent.

We had one night. The hotel was clean and tidy. Reception was efficient with check in. Room condition was good, comfortable. Downside, breakfast. A selection of croissants, salami, orange juice and coffee was on offer. The cost was 14 Euro, not a lot, but was disappointing. For a one night stay, overall the hotel was fine.

Great location - convenient for port area, Stade Mayol (rugby) and Christmas market. Good bedroom & bathroom. Very clean. Very pleasant reception staff. Common areas (reception, corridors etc) are in need of decoration and updating. Restaurant area is basic and unappealing. Breakfast did not look good, so we didn’t have it, Bedding had holes in sheet and pillowcase!

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, breakfast ok if a little limited but enough. Hotel always seemed to hot.
If I go back to Toulon I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet ran fro 6:30am until 11am and had a choice of scrambled eggs or a boiler that could be set for soft, medium or hard and could do multiple eggs at one time! Plus sausage, potatoes, cereal choices yogurt, pastries, fruits, honey, maple syrup, stevia syrup! It was great. So cloe to the train station and the port. Great choice of restaurnts or grocery stores whatever you need. Staff were wonderful. Smallroom but lots of wardrobe space and a large bathroom with big rainfall shower and separate toilet.

Great location; town centre and 15 mins walk to port or market. Great cafes in place liberte across the street. Pleasing to have the 24 hour access to coffee juice and water in reception. Parking is at a concessionary rate in underground car park Q opposite. ( take the left hand entrance) but there is no lift access to this car park so tricky for suitcases. One gripe is that our room faces directly to sum most of the day, with two tiny balconies, but the curtains at the windows were awful. Old, a poor fit and dusty and dirty. Please invest in some decent sun blinds or shutters for the windows. Bathroom was modern, beds clean and comfy. Only French TV channels which is unusual these days to not have even one English channel. WiFi was free but not strong enough to stream and appeared to block vpn anyway. That’s said, the friendly and helpful staff were a bonus and we enjoyed our time in toulon.

My first impression when walking into the room was “wow”. Given that I don’t know what the other rooms look like, I was extremely pleased with the room I was assigned. Seems like a small 1-bedroom apartment. Super clean, comfy bed (I like firm beds), AC etc You get fantastic value for your money and I would absolutely choose to stay here again. I have a small suggestion for improvement: Internet. It works but isn’t super reliable...

Great value for money. Recently renovated. Clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast and complementary drinks. Safe central location

The hotel was recently redone and the rooms were great. The hotel is easily situated about 400m from the Toulon train station and close to shops, restaurants and bars.

Very comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony. I only had problems with the alarm of the electronic door which had low batteries, the staff solved that quickly.

I'd recommend this hotel unless you're looking for luxury. It's a modest hotel that looks as if it is in the process of making improvements (evidence of recent repairs in the corridors and some decorating needed there). It's near the train station and one of the main squares, and a short walk from the old town and the harbour - including restaurants, shops etc. I particularly liked that breakfast is available till noon, and that hotel guests can get coffee and orange juice free all day (from a machine, but still a nice touch). I had no noise disturbance, and the staff were pleasant and helpful (and spoke English, if that matters). My room was well-equipped (free WiFi, good wardrobe and shelf space, TV, phone, window shutters, separate toilet) and had a comfortable bed. The shower was in the bath (a separate shower is always better - baths are usually slippery to stand in) but this is a minor quibble. I'd stay there again if in Toulon. It met my requirements, but it won't meet everyone's.

Hotel was a short walk from train st and a short walk to port. Ideal spot. Free coffee 24/7 even if you dont have breakfast. Room was huge and clean. They were updating/ renovating whilst we stayed but we didnt hear anything.

Very good stay. Clean, comfortable, even a couple English news channels. Beautiful wooden doors and inlaid wood floors. Good hot and cold breakfast buffet, even if the restaurant staff didn't seem exactly friendly. I didn't notice it before, but this hotel is directly across the street from the Brignole railway station, NOT the Principe (main) station. It,s one rail stop away or so,etching a 10€ taxi. Lots of shops around, restaurants, and we felt quite safe. Would look forward to staying again.

Excellent location!!! Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Everything is an easy walk - shopping, train station, restaurants, bars, marina, etc.

My shower head was broken so I requested to be moved. I was then put in another room with a tiny bed and requested to move again. Finally on the third attempt I was moved to a decent room. The lift in the hotel is painfully slow and I basically spent my first entire hour moving my own bags from room to room. The hotel was ok, great location but I wouldn't stay here again due to the issues I had and how unhelpful the staff were.

Elevator at hotel was out of service. This made it quite inconvenient to get to/from room on level 5. Internet was slow and undependable. Staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Very close to station and easy walk to marina/restaurants.

My first impressions of the hotel were low. The place was under construction and didn't give a good vibe. When I got to my room I was however impressed. It was very large and had a very large bathroom. However I could not access internet in this room and I did require Internet during my stay. After calling and going down to the front desk twice I finally convinced the guy to come up and try his phone. To his disbelief his phone also didn't work. He then suggested moving me to a different room. The room i moved to was much smaller but livable. However the Internet in the room was a little better but not by much. I could access the Internet on my computer but not on my phone. Also if I moved my computer to the other side of the bed it would stop working. Then just before I left the front desk said I still needed to pay the city tax. I thought when I payed through Expedia everything was covered

Well located hotel a few minutes walk from railway station and close to port and old town. Currently undergoing refurbishment so some of communal areas were in process of redecoration/no carpets. The room we were in was newly done and very stylish. However while it looked good the shower head refused to stay in place and the only mirror outside the bathroom while well located had no power socket anywhere near. A basic error in my view. Hotel had 24 hour complementary coffee, juice and water in the communal foyer which was a nice touch.
