We checked in late with my disabled elderly mother. B the staff made check-in fast and efficient. They also made sure to give us the room closest to the elevator on our floor. It was exactly what we in needed as we were also leaving early for her to get surgery.

Reggie the desk clerk was amazing!

It's not that bad, but don't you, Leave your car unlocked because your items will be stolen. The manager, Regie, was easy to talk to, and he listened to my issues. While helping other customers, he helped me by looking through the surveillance video of the parking lot. On a positive note, they have friendly staff, especially the supervisor in charge of housekeeping. Her name is Antonia, and she will go above and beyond to help you if she can. She is great. It's no wonder the rooms are spotless.😉

I booked the hotel on the 28th through HOTELS.COM where i paid the hotel charge of $372.00. Everything looked ok on the app untill i got to the hotel on the 5th to check in. The front desk person couldn't find the payment that was made through Hotels.com, but they did find my name and that i was scheduled to stay there. Then i was charged a second time for the room in the amount of $399.04. What is the point of prepayment if the payment goes up in smoke. I need a refund!!!!! It is clear that some one on behalf of hotels.com or Ramada made a mistake and it needs to be justified. After checking in we got in to the room and it was still dirty with trash from the last guest still in the trash can, unflushed toilet with 'stuff' in the bathroom & unmoped hardwood floors. The work out room had two broken treadmills which made the room rather useless unless you just want to use the dumbbells. On day two of the stay trying to get clean towels from housekeeping was a chore where they didnt want to give any - put in the request with the front desk to have some delivered no one ever showed up. For a hotel this size they are more interested in money than customer service. Upon checking out things go from bad to worse where at the front desk they still couldnt find the missing payment and couldnt give any explanation into why these charges took place. I strongly dont recomend staying here unless you want a headache and a Hassel. Just plain bad bad BAD.

The place is in need of a major overahaul.

Elevator needs to be fixed, it would shake when inside and only one elevator worked

Property is not a good location. There were naked transients on the property in the parking lot. Beware they charge for parking per night and there is nothing staying this prior to booking. Cable TV remote did not work and they did not fix it. I do not recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory, beginning with our initial check-in. The staff member we encountered was unpleasant and unhelpful, setting a negative tone for our stay.
Throughout our time here, we've had several instances where we requested items from the front desk only to be left waiting indefinitely. No one bothered to inform us that the hotel had run out of the ordered items, which is unacceptable. We’ve also overheard numerous other guests expressing dissatisfaction, suggesting our experience is not an isolated incident.
We encountered further issues when attempting to get breakfast. We were told we had a $20 limit despite being told breakfast was included on the hotels.com website. In addition, there was a staff shortage, and those present were unapproachable and displayed a poor demeanor.
Additionally, the A/C unit in our room was loud and not functioning correctly, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Another issue related to sleep is that we noticed somebody broke the curtain, allowing sunlight to get in.
Despite being out of the room for several hours, we returned to find that our room had not been cleaned or attended to.
These issues have significantly impacted our stay, and we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we have received. Overall, we felt like an inconvenience as a guest.

I felt a little unsafe and worried about my vehicle cause homeless are walking through the parking lot. Bayside of the hotel is noisy! We asked to move to the other side and they let us. Mini fridge was all broken and freezer was non existent. Ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water from the A/C unit which didn't actually work, it just made noise. The best part about this hotel was the staff, they were all really nice. the hotel was only $110/ night so you can't expect a whole lot.

This hotel was not clean at all there was still water marks on the window, as it was not wiped down. In the bathtub the water faucet/spout was like coming out of the wall it wasn’t steady and the shower head was poorly cleaned and clogged only a little bit of water came out. Overall my family and I were really uncomfortable staying for 2 nights, however the front desk was great the young man who helped us was great.

2/10 stars in my book
The right elevator shakes and the permit is expired had the date 5/09/2023 which is NOT okay.
Check in was horrible the lobby had live music and I could not hear the receptionist nor could they answer my questions
They have someone new checking in guests on a busy Friday night.
Our floor had throw up next to a trash can which was disgusting.
The room is slanted which was concerning. Slow drain in the shower and no water pressure at all. The AC made a drilling noise that would wake you from your sleep.
I would not come back to this hotel.

The floor in the room was dirty, toilet seat was up, not sure it had been cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was ok. Location and parking were excellent. Soap bars were poor quality. Towel replacement and servicing was not done.

We stayed here for one night. But I would not stay here for more than a day or two. It is conveniently located however the area was not the best and although the rooms were clean the building needs some repairs. Although that's not that big of a deal but, I did not like the streetwalkers that were down the street.

This seemed more of a low income apartment building. A bit suspicious now of Expedia review and hotel ratings.

The cleaning staff didn’t close the window after the last guests checked out, and we didn’t realize it until after dark when other guests gathered outside our window to hangout and smoke weed. We also didn’t have any of the standard travel toiletries in our bathroom & the front desk person argued that they stock the rooms with them. We also did not enough towels for two people even though we had a two-bed room. Restaurant & front desk staff we really nice though.

We stayed here over Comic Con weekend because it was cheaper than anywhere else in the area. However, I don't think we'll ever stay here again. The front desk attendant didn't give us any information about anything when we checked and only provided us one key. He didn't great us and wasn't friendly at all. We also had to ask about a parking permit because he wasn't going to offer one up. Then we get to the room - the air conditioning unit has leaked all over the floor so not only was the floor soaking wet but the whole room smelled musty. And to top that off, the AC unit didn't work the entire time we were there (it was 88 outside and the room was an oven). They didn't even leave any soap or shampoo in the room. When we asked the front desk for soap and shampoo they were out.
The room itself was also just dirty and didn't match the pictures. It has wood floors instead of carpet. The chair was removed from our room so we didn't have any place to sit except for the bed.
On top of that, they had nightly performances in their little restaurant. It was SO loud you couldn't even have a conversation with the person at the front desk.
It served it's purpose while we were there but we will never be going back.

Its kinda nice being able to see the harbor, if you are on the westide and high up enough. The traffic noise was horrible (we were on the fourth floor) and there was some clicking noise in the room that was going off throughout the night (probably the a/c ).

Maybe not was the street walkers day and night that made a terrible location.

The only hotel we could find a room due to cancelled flight and conferences in San Diego. Everything within 50 miles was booked. I was grateful to find a hotel at all! Bed was comfortable and clean however the room had a musty smell. Restaurant had limited menu but food was good. Pool was questionable. Common areas not too clean.

Did not have bathing soup, bathing tub blocked water can not drain out and kettle for coffee had mole which we shared with manager at front desk.

Prostitutes and homeless in front of the hotel
No blankets in the rooms, only sheets.
Minimum expected hotel services not available

- If you like to sleep with the AC on in mid July, like me, you have a big problem, as they only give you a sheet for cover. They refused to give me a blanket, they said the hotel is fully booked, no blankets. The receptions employees told me to go to Walmart and buy a blanket lol 😂.
- Hookers walking immediately in front of the main entrance at night.
- homeless immediately by the side street next to the parking lot, very shady area.
- Building is very old and outdated
- next day after room service they only gave me one towel, seriously? No wash towels.

It was good just the last minute change on the room
