The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Coffee available in the lobby all day.

No pool or hotub. They say they have it but not available.

Check in was ok, although the employee checking me in was a little rude. When he told me that they would be putting a $100 hold on my credit card, I was fine. When they told me they would be charging a $10 parking fee, I was a bit miffed. I mentioned that was not stated on Hotels.com when I was making my booking he got frustrated and said that it was standard and that they have contacted Hotels.com on a number of occasion and asked them to add the charge onto their booking. Honestly, they should have not been charging for parking. It isn't like they are close walking distance to a lot of places that would take up their parking, without frequenting the hotel. In addition they are no where near the airport, or even a park and ride location. The only reason to charge a $10 a night fee to pay for parking, is to pay their hourly employees, and to serve as another revenue stream. If they had included the $10 a night as part of their room charge they would make more money, and upset less customers. They should NOT have HIDDEN FEES! The room was a king room, not a king suite. The only thing that I could tell was the difference was that a king suite had a love seat, instead of just a single are chair. Breakfast looked O.K. The restaurant, bar, and pool were closed for the season, but the hot tub was still operating. That didn't make much sense to me. It felt like they just didn't have enough employees to staff the restaurant and bar. Not cool. Not straight forward.

My stay only had one tiny downside: the pillows were very small and soft. However, the upsides of my stay were huge. First and foremost, the woman with the blue hair at the front desk was so welcoming and personable. I was staying at the hotel during a difficult personal time, and she made me feel safe and welcome. I appreciate her kindness towards me and my dogs so much. Second, the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, french toast, bagels, you name it, they had it. I highly recommend this hotel, maybe just bring your own pillow.

Stains on floor and bed linens. Sink had large crack. Tub was slow to drain. The people in front of me and behind me got parking fees waived for a race that I was also there for but I was charged and I felt judged for being a woman Like I can’t possibly be racing too.

We stayed in room #100. The room has a musty smell. The shower was extremely slippery and no grab bar. I only had one foot in and it slipped so I put the floor towel into the tub and was ok but you should probably do something about it. The staff was very nice and made the stay very nice.

Paid for a late check out and received three separate knocks at my door and three phone calls asking when I was leaving. I was out of town working graveyard shift and needed the sleep. Communication between staff members needs vast improvement

Parking fee was hidden in my bookings and its unreasonable to have a parking fee with this large parking area outside of a major city. Check-in was very unhelpful and unempathetic to my concerns about the parking fee which I view as non-transparent and really the hotel chain forcing more money out of its clients. The breakfast also was the bare minimum to claim to be breakfast with no spirit or want to please customers -I would not stay here again

We really enjoyed the breakfast as there was quite a variety of food options and everything was delicious.

Great spot for a winery show overnight

This was disappointing but there aren't many options in the area. The room was dark and small. We stayed two nights and housekeeping knocked repeatedly on our door at 8 am on Sunday morning to ask if we needed towels. There were homeless in the parking lot wandering around smoking and drinking. I didn't feel safe for myself or my vehicle there.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast is served till 0930. We got down there at 0900 and no hot food was left. So get up early as they don’t replenish it.

Expensive for a 1 nite stay. Would not choose to stay here again at this price point. $235.00 all in for one king bed 😕

The hotel is a short drive to the Woodinville Wine area. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and spa.

Excellent pool and gardens.

I had a group of eight (two who were pushing 80 & two in their 80s) and ended up with 5 rooms. The biggest complaint was NO handlebars in the bathroom tub/shower. It would be nice to switch up the breakfast in the morning and include bacon. Overall, it was a good trip.

The room, lobby and pool were clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly and attentive. Convenient location to the concert venue we went to, will definitely be coming back!

The shower was pretty weak, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable

Front Desk Supervisor could be a little more friendly during check in. We did just spend over a thousand dollars on a 3 night stay with you after all.

Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Front desk staff were pleasant. The layout of the hotel was a little different. The ice/vending and elevator weren't easily located; they were at the far end of the building, away from the check in counter and no where near the center of the floors. This wasn't a well thought out plan. We were disappointed in breakfast. The entire area - tables for seating and buffet of food- were very dirty. Many of the food choices were empty, as well as the coffee, and there was still some time to go before they closed breakfast for the day. This wouldn't be our first choice of a hotel when we are back in the area.

There was a creepy guy in the room two or three doors down from us who smoked nonstop and looked in windows

The hotel staff was extra friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and put together! Very nice place to stay, great breakfast and pool!!
