This hotel needs a remodel. It was extremely dirty and old. The carpet in the back hallway was absolutely disgusting.

2 of 3 days the spa tub was not usable. The spa was onley about1/2 full and very dicolerd. Gross.

The appearance of the hallways was dated and showed a lot of wear and tear.
The mattress was heavily worn with " ditches created from years of use, and very uncomfortable. The pillows were not fluffy, but flat, and offered little support to comfortably support our heads.
Upon returning from supper we observed suspicious individuals in the parking lot. We advised the clerk on duty of the suspicious people. The desk clerk told my wife that the they were guests, and said they were staying in our room number. Moments later, one of the suspicious people knocked on our room pdoor. For the rest of the night, my wife and I were very uncomfortable, to the point we were unable to fall asleep, and get a good night's sleep.
The breakfast served had a good selection, and the preparers kept it stocked satisfactorily.
The toilet and shower drains were very slow, possibly clogged, and in need of unclogging.

Overall not a good experience. Front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in or out.
Breakfast was below average, food barely lukewarm, out of coffee each morning; had to find the attendant who was not dressed in uniform and had large white headphones on the entire time while working.
Hotel definitely needs work. Carpets in hallway were heavily stained, wallpaper peeling off, "chunks" out of the bathtub, rust all over the sink fixtures, and overall sense of neglect.
Beds and linen were ok. The tub not cleaned well though, and several very long hairs on the bathroom wall from prior guest.
Would not want to stay here again, and quite honestly makes me question whether to ever stay at a Wyndham property again.

Everything, especially the front desk staff!

Hotel employees are friendly and polite.
But the hotel needs complete renovation. Furniture and interior are aged.

It was really good. Meg at the front desk was helpful and informative and I felt very welcome and safe.

Worst hotel I’ve been visited in a very long time. Showered head was. Stomach level. Dirty. Stained floors. Staff were kind. Facilities were garbage.

The staff was amazing. The lady at check in was so kind. All of the housekeeping staff I saw greeted me and was super friendly! The property needs a renovation. It needs almost a total overhaul. Bad paint chipping and water damage. Our bath towels had large holes in them. There was no channels active on the tv. Not even local stations. The outlets were so loose that our phone chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. We had to put the microwave on the floor so we could plug it into an outlet! I think the staff was doing the best they could with what they have

I don’t wish to come next time to this hotel

Room was fine, but property was lacking. There was construction at the front door, so guests used the door near the pool to enter and exit the lobby. Trash can at the temporary entrance door as well in the hall was overflowing. Outside It was the view from the pool. When we pointed it out to two employees chatting behind the desk, they shrugged and said someone would take care of it. The next day at 10 a.m. it was a bigger mess.

The room smelled of animal as soon as you walked in. Carpet you could see spots. Than second night they where moving furniture at 10:45 pm at night in the next room. I had to go out and say something that we were trying to sleep. Also two light bulbs where out in room too. I will not stay there again.

dirtiest hotel i have even seen. pictures misrepresented the hotel.

The hotel looked very run down and the cleanliness was terrible. The carpet just walking down the aisle were so dirty, the tiles in the bathroom were not scrubbed. I did not feel comfortable to even try using the pool as each time I walked past it the water looked muggy.

Adequate for the price, but had an odor in the room. Was just me and my boy so we stayed. Would have gone elsewhere if my wife and daughter were with us.

Please please avoid this place at any cost!!
We travelled with two little kids and had to stop this area to sleep since it was 11 pm ( couldn’t make it to salt lake)
We paid online and when we entered to the place we were disappointed in a minute. Rundown, old property. ( online pictures don’t show it)
Dirty stained carpet everywhere.
Our room was dirty as it can be. They just fixed the bed. That’s it. We found rotten food inside the microwave and also in the fridge. We took pictures and complained to the front desk lady right away. She said they have so many rooms but no staff to clean and apologized.
Then she showed two rooms and we picked one to stay. Because we couldn’t go find another place with out kids at midnight.
Room was prepped but leaking water from the bathtub to the floor and stained carpets. (disgusting)
Not safe place and most unclean rundown place we have ever stayed.
Doesn’t value for the money for $112 per night.
So many better places are there for less of this price.
Please don’t stay here. !!

Beds were old and not comfortable. Outside area was unkept.

It was a bit run down. There was a lot of noise during the night. It was a little rough compared to other hotels in the area in which I’ve previously stayed.

My rooms had an unusual smell. Was hard to get into due to a restaurant being built next door. Limited parking spaces due to multiple uhaul trucks taking multiple spaces

The parking lot and stair wells were dirty there was construction in the lot next to it closer to our room so you could hear the work start in the morning at 6am. The air conditioner worked but not well. The bathroom was small.

The hotel was okay but a little run down. The included breakfast was minimal at best. We asked for a vaccum to take care of a small spill and were told they didn;t have one which seems impossible. The people at the front desk were very good but the others we ran into were less than helpful. I should have paid the extra $20 bucks a night and stayed at our regular place which was just down the road. Live and learn I guess.

Not a very clean place to stay.

Filthy hotel. Mold in bathroom, old vomit stains in room. Smelled terrible. Bed was comfortable and staff was awesome. Otherwise, I’ll avoid this hotel at all cost.

This hotel is extremely dirty. There are stains in every hallway along with a awful smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast is good. Room service did not come to our room and we had to go ask for towels to shower. The pool looks great in the picture but is much smaller and because it is a seperate building, it is extremely hot and hard to breath in woth the chlorine.

If you’re looking for the least expensive option in the area, this is it However, the surroundings are pretty dicey.

The staff and manager were the best experience I have ever had and I have stayed at alot of hotels thank u

You need to add more than 1 tiny garbage can to a room, Also more than 2 towels to a room if a couple is staying the woman always uses 2 two after a shower. 3 towels is ideal for a room.

Everything about my stay was perfect until inleft and they kept charging my car 150.00 and i made sure the roomnwas cleaned and nothing was broken and they tried to charge my car 150.00 then 140.00 then 80.00 then 40.00 that is wild to me

Building is a little run down, but the price was right and the room was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is very clean and nice; staff is friendly. The room was really nice, too. It was a great place to rest while on our road trip.

Do not stay here. When we first pulled up there was a group of drunk people fighting outside and trash bags piled up in the outdoor section of the pool area. Our room was very dirty, had it not been almost midnight we would have gone to a different hotel. The lady running the front desk had a girl that looked to be 12-14 years old with her that was running up and down our hallway whistling the entire night driving our dog crazy. What other reviewers have stated about permanent residents is true, there were a few in our hallway and it truly is more of a halfway house than a hotel. The vending machines were all broken, according the the front desk someone tried to break into them and they never bothered to fix them. La Quinta isn't the nicest brand, but this falls well short of their standards.
