This is a great place to stay! Beautiful, walk-in shower, large rooms, nice views, very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Jackson Hole!

We had a great weekend stay at this hotel which we knew nothing about the town. We were unsure of the location which is not near the main town square. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations of places to go and enjoy while we were there. The rooms were recently renovated and the free breakfast was very good and there were alot of options. The bar was smaller than expected but something that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again!

This place had everything we needed! The beds were super comfortable and the room and entire place was SUPER clean! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location for exploring the park and Jackson square.

Pretty expensive for what you get.

Beautiful hotel with renovated rooms. Delicious breakfast that was fresh and above average. We loved the spacious room and the fireplace in our king room. The front desk service was helpful when our room was missing bedding for the pull out and a hair dryer. The location was ok. Not walkable but they did have a shuttle to town square on demand which we did not use.
However—- the charge was vastly higher then what hotels.com shows in my receipt. The hotels.com receipt showed my rate for two nights, taxes, property fee of $90, resort fee of $60 and “fees” of $6.60. However, The Lodge charged me $100 more on top of this. I’ve received out for an invoice and hopefully this can be resolved.

The aesthetic at the hotel is wonderful. It has that northwestern lodge feel and the carvings of wildlife throughout entrance and lobby are cute as a bug’s ear. The free breakfast is good. The dinner offerings from the bar/restaurant are quite good as well. Jen the bartender was fantastic. There is something of note however… Jackson has a very difficult time hiring staff because the cost of living and housing market has become so expensive in the area. For this reason housekeeping is only available every other day rather than every day.

All around fantastic!!

Great place to stay, not sure why it is so expensive…it would be extra nice if dinner was available.

The hotel is awesome but they are understaffed. Check in was good but the food area and bar had only one server doing it all

Our experience was convenient to GTNP and Jackson.

Helpful staff, large rooms, a 10-15 minute walk to town.

Room clean and comfortable.
Included breakfast was very good and well done.
Only gripe is that about 9:00 am. housekeeping knocked on our door, even though the deadbolt was locked and our do not disturb was hanging out.
She wanted to know if we were checking out and that she would appreciate a tip.

Modern rooms. Like the “separate room” with bunk beds for the kids. Easy to get food downstairs. Great location - right in the village. Ski lockers helped a lot!

2-night stay was comfortable and a great experience. Breakfast was vast and delicious. Highly recommend.

With the price of the rooms, you would think that your room would be cleaned each day. It was not. They only cleaned them 3 days a week. 😜 The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It was outstanding! The price of the rooms fluctuates greatly, so be careful when you are booking.

Place is just minutes from downtown so a short drive. Parking might seem tough but there is plenty around the buildings. Staff was super nice and responsive to any needs or questions. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location, a little dated on the interior but clean. I will be back.

We’ve been to the lodge a couple of times in the past and have loved it so much we keep coming back, to the point we’ve never stayed anywhere else when we visit the area. It is a beautiful place and we really enjoy having a fireplace in the room. Based on this most recent stay we’ll be looking elsewhere. The staff could not have been more rude. Maybe it’s super affordable for most people, but paying almost $1,800 for 3 nights is a luxury to me and I expect professionalism.

Would definitely stay at The Lodge again. Loved having access to a free shuttle to the town square and a multitude of restaurants.

The hotel was ok. The bed was super hard for the price of the room.

Great hotel to stay in Jackson. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I have no idea why this property is over $500 a night. It’s just a basic lodge with dated furniture. Should be $250-300. Save your money or go to a hotel that is truly worth the cost. I had one interaction with the front desk person and she was at best average at her job. They weren’t even dressed nicely for work. I would say poor management here.

The property was beautiful, clean and quite. I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. If we are ever in the area again, will definitely book this place.

Beautiful hotel with great, hearty breakfast to start the day. Not in the downtown area, but during our stay driving downtown was not a problem as parking was easily accessible. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to and from downtown for those without a car.

We were booked in a 2nd floor room and asked to be moved to 3rd floor for quiet. Staff accommodated us but there was a problem with the toilet. I reported to front desk at checkout. Wonderful breakfast!!

The free breakfast was very good. Lots of choices of well prepared hot breakfast items, breads and fruits and juices. Unfortunately the coffee was terrible.

The hotel is amazing! The King Bed room is very spacious, clean and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast is excellent; with fresh fruit options, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals and what you would expect in beverages.
The downside, I reserved 2 rooms and the other party decided to pay their room charges so we arranged so with the hotel, but I am still disputing triple billing to my credit card - the kind of experience you do not need after a lengthy trip to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Yellowstone Natl Pk and Teton Natl Pk. Oh, and this also happened with my stay in West Yellowstone, MT. too.

Property was great, front desk staff was not so good. Asked for help with our TV three times before getting it fixed at 9:30 the last night that we stayed there
