Two workers at front desk, the worker who served breakfast etc. ..all stuff I encountered were nice and helpful. The Room including bathroom were very clean. The interior of the hall and the front desk area etc need some improvement. They look very cheap, especially front desk

The are under construction you get a bag for breakfast that was ok. Closer to airport than I thought I heard plains till at least 11 pm. I heard what sounded like cra racing at 1 am. If your a light sleeper not good the rest was ok

The place has been under construction for years. Elevator did not work. Found out an hour before checked in. There was no time to find another place to stay.

The rooms were great. The Hotel is being refurbished so the ground floor was a mess and both elevators were not working. We did get a heads up in advance about that but both elevators out? Luggage and stairs suck.

Hotel is under construction. No elevator. No hot breakfast only bags.
Individuals with mobility problems should stay away

Arrived to find a remodel in progress. NO elevators working. No notice of the mess and need to carry bags upstairs. NO breakfast. Had to wait over an hour for shuttle from airport. Never again.

The hotel is under construction. The lobby and breakfast room are completely torn up. They have a makeshift check-in counter next to the door as you walk-in. I entered to the sound of saws which were painful to my ears. I feel sorry for the employees. The elevators are out-of-service and for some reason the airport shuttle wasn’t running. I’m not sure why the shuttle wasn’t running but it may have just been temporary. For the included breakfast, they gave us bagged breakfast since the breakfast area was closed. Had I known all of this, I would not have stayed there. Fortunately it was just one night. The room itself was decent. It looked like they had remodeled that area already.

The hotel is under renovation and does not have lift service. If you have large luggage, you might want to reconsider.
The worst part is that I was denied a receipt for my bill. The staff claimed that because I booked through Hotels.com, it was the hotel policy not to print a receipt. She said I pay Hotels.com directly which that was not the case. I specifically chose to pay at the Hotel instead of prepaying. I showed her that the hotel had charged me for the stay but she refused to acknowledge it.

First floor was being remodeled. The common areas were filthy. The elevator was out of service. I literally considered walking away and eating the cost of the room. The hotel should be closed for business to accomplish the first floor remodel rather than expose La Quinta customers to these issues.

Tried to cancel reservation due to renovations and elevator being out for a month. Refused to refund my money. Run away from this property.

Upon arriving, they tried to put me in a 2 double bed room. I booked a king and was given a handicapped room. There was a mold smell in the room and we asked to switch rooms. I was told I was STUCK with that room for all 3 days. Out arrival time was after 1am and we were exhausted so I went to the desk early the next day. We finally got another room but it also had mold in the bathroom, the bathroom faucet was loose and wobbled when used. Bugs in the bathroom and extremely dirty. I wiped a washcloth on the bathroom floor and it was black! Disgusting and WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Holes in the sheets, broken TV, soiled carpet, the front desk looked like it was a garage sale setting, it was close to 90 degrees in the lobby, the elevator was broken, we had to go up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage.
They did offer to give us a full refund when we first arrived. But it was 11pm and where was I supposed to go?

I picked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. I called ahead to arrange for the shuttle, as instructed. I got a text just a few hours before arriving telling me that the shuttle could not pick me up. I had țo pay for an Uber.
Also, I received a text the morning of my stay telling me that the elevator was out of service. They offered cancellation without a penalty. This was a problem because I had twisted my knee the day before, but I still needed the shuttle, so I decided not to cancel. But the shuttle didn’t come through either.
The breakfast was a joke. There was nowhere to sit and it was inedible. Had to go to Dennys next door.
So the entire experience was bad and a waste of money.

Staff were amazing and helpful, renovation and non working elevator made the stay a little inconvenient. However staff carried bags up the stairs for us which was of a great assistance.

Property under renovation, no elevators, rude staff at front desk. Hotel very cluttered and dirty.

The elevator was out and we were on the 5th floor. The whole place was under construction. They offered a full refund and we went somewhere else. I see no sign of the refund.

No warning was provided to indicate that the elevators were not working and that there were extensive renovations going on. When told we could go to another hotel if we didn’t like it, they provided no assistance or apologies. Terrible service, terrible attitude.

The entire hotel is under construction. Elevators were not working. In the morning the airport shuttle was broken down. Lobby and stairs were unclean.

The elevator was out of order and the renovation left the area filthy. The staff were kind and sympathetic. We chose to cancel our stay.

Elevator out of order, we were on the 5th floor. Stairwell smelled like an outhouse. Our room was clean, carpets around the hotel looked like they had not been vacuumed in months.

Webwere told a shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. After waiting an hour we called the hotel and still waited another 30 minutes for the shuttle - twice. Once we arrived at the hotel the lobby is in ruins as they are "remodeling" . The elevators did not work so we had to hand carry our luggagee up flights of stairs. The ladies working the front desk were very friendly and helpful - even offering to help with the luggage on the stairs..

This place is under construction. This is our second stay here and both times the elevators were broken. We were not made aware of this prior to checking. When we were made aware there was nothing more we could do. The same night, elevators were “fixed” and we got trapped on the elevator floor 4. Once were we’re off we had to walk the flight to floor 5. Additionally, due to elevators we left our wedding cake on the room and were told it could not be held due to “cross contamination”. There was no sort of apology for our experience and we will not be staying there again.

Elevators were inoperative, and staff was very indifferent especially with older customers trying to navigate up several floors by the stairs with all their bags.

This place shouldn't be open right now. They're remodeling it and it's a mess. The front desk is just a temporary piece of furniture. Someone was sleeping in the lobby. I got stuck on the elevator and the keycards didn't work the first time. The stairs smell like pee and the exit outside has the glass smashed. They didn't answer the phone either and a second guest complained too. Probably isn't hooked up properly to the "front desk"
We left and went somewhere else. I wasn't going to roll the dice with getting stuck in the only "functioning" elevator, have to deal with the terrible smell in the stairs (and the flickering light, I swear it was like a bad movie)
I've previously stayed here a few months ago and it was mediocre but still functioning. This last trip it feels like it should be condemned. Drive by it, even the street sign is bent and damaged. I'm going to try to get a refund.

Overall I like staying here except this time!! I knew they were doing remodeling last time we stayed there but that was months ago - still not done. Get there and we're told the elevators are out and he assigns us a room on the 5th floor!!! I'm 70 yr old and he's telling me I have to drag my suitcase up 5 floors. Left message for management to call me but they never did - expected at a minimun a partial refung for the potential heartattack I could of had!!!

Lobby was under construction and a total mess. Elevator was broken so they wanted us to climb four flights of stairs with our luggage. We got a refund and left.

Started off by waiting almost an hour for the shuttle after I had called twice although it is a short distance from the airport. Every other hotel shuttle had made at least three rounds before LaQuinta finally showed up. Arrived to find the place a disastrous renovation mess in the lobby. Lobby furniture was so dirty and crappy. Elevator was not working and although I had been promised a second floor room by the afternoon clerk when I called, the evening clerk put us on the fifth floor. I explained it would be difficult for me to climb the stairs and had been promised a second floor room but he kept saying “I didn’t see that” and wouldn’t change it. Bed platform was grubby and worn. Thankfully I think it was a room that looked like it had been somewhat improved but still subpar for the price charged. Breakfast was mediocre. I’ll never stay at another LaQuinta and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very displeased.

Was disappointed that hotel didn’t state it was under major construction and elevator wasn’t working at check in. For $172 was disappointed in the disorganization. Our room was nice however.

Elevators weren’t working. Not good at all. Also did not have any hot water for showers

We didn't see the place. When we called for pick up from the airport (at midnight), they told us their elevators weren't working and the only rooms available were on the 4th or 5th floor. If we didn't mind walking 4 flights of stairs, we could stay there. We minded. My mother uses a walker and doesn't do stairs. They said they wouldn't charge us for cancelling. We'll see if they do. No notice was sent to us for the change. Not good.

Unfortunately the lobby of the hotel was under renovation and the elevators were both down. The rooms were fine.

It would have been nice to know that the first floor room that we requested was under reconstruction with every other first floor room. And getting stuck in the elevator when we attempted to go up to floor four was disappointing since we were then condemned to schlepping our luggage up the stairs, not so much fun for us seniors.

By far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The surrounding parking lot and entry were filthy, the pool was green. Completely unaware there was a construction mess in every aspect of the lobby and first story rooms. I have a pending hip replacement in two week, you could only imagine my displeasure when I found out that I would have to drag two large suit cases to the 4th floor because the elevator was out to order. Get to my room and my key did work so had to climb down 4 flights of stairs only to have the front dest attend admit that she was unsure if the key would work. Finally got to a nice clean room and to relax and found out the TV and internet didn't work. Last, after having a comfortable sleep I grudged down four flights of stairs to have a cup of coffee and read my newspaper on my computer only to find out they have run out coffee. Had to walk down the street to buy a cup. Not a great experience and would only recommend to an extreme enemy.
