Pros:
Easy walk to the stadium, wonderful, welcoming staff and a nice bar that is open late with a very cute outdoor lounge area. Very relaxed, nice atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Con:
No air condition and all fans had been given out. We slept with our window open all night until it started to rain. It was hot in the room even with the window open. But, we were there in a heat wave, so perhaps it would be more tolerable on a regular summer day.

There's no way this is a 3 star hotel. No amenities, nothing! Small rooms, typical European, the way I see it, but damn, nothing, besides beds and heh, bed sheets. No fridge, but hey, where would you actually put it?! Nice staff, and decent bar area, but other than that I wouldn't recommend this for more than a day.

Not much to do in the hotel and no play area for children, however, it is perfect if you need to stay a night, clean room, very clean and modern bathroom. It has got wifi in the room. There are no coffee or tea facilities in the room but it was not a very big issue as we just needed somewhere to sleep before we continue on our journey. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for two grown-ups and a toddler. I would definitely stay again.

The service is good. The building is outdated compare to how it looks like in the picture but it is okay for the price.
I found 9 euro breakfast was a little pricy given the quality of the food. From the second morning, I decided to go to cafe in the building next to the station.

Very clean & comfortable only downside was no tea or coffee facilities. Great for one night stopover. Very close to shopping Centre.

The room was decent for someone like me who basically only wanted a place to sleep - no noise that would have bothered me at night and a nice big bed in a room at a cheap rate. The staff members I spoke to didn't really communicate in English. Good wifi!

Small rooms not any better than ibis budget or other budget hotelsvery cramped for 2 adults & one child, we did ask at reception to be moved to a family room, but we were told all the rooms are the same size, nice hotel & clean but wouldnot recommend it for familys, all other hotels we stayed at were a lot better.

Stayed here with a friend for one night in April as a stop on our way back on our road trip to Europe. Its good for what you pay and as its a chain hotel you know what to expect, its nothing special but having stayed at a few Ibis hotels in the past you know you will always get the same furnishings etc and so there are no disappointments. Staff were very friendly. Originally gave us a double when we had requested two singles but a quick visit to reception and the young lady sorted it all out with no hassle and a nice smile. All in all, a satisfactory stay and no complaints. Furnishings and rooms are what you would expect from a Travelodge in the UK. Not quite a Premier Inn but definitely on par with a Travelodge.

This hotel was a quick stop over on the way to Calais, the bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size, but the hotel needs a makeover, to take it out of the 80's, the room was good for what we paid

Difficult access via one way system. At time of visit, bank holiday weekend no bar or catering other than continental breakfast.

Got was rude, did not welcome me. Just said what i can i do for you. Even though i asked how are you. He said nothing. Then had some issue with the keys. My wife went in to get the keys checked and he said it was fine you are doing something wrong. As i stand out in the snow waiting for her return. She come back with the keys and they still did not work. We had to walk back to the office with our stuff in hand. Told him it did not work again. Comes to find out it was set wrong. No good sorry just told us the reason.
The second day we had the issue with the keys again. The guy told us we did something wrong and if you put it to close to your phone or anything magnetic it would miss it up. Again rude and made us feel stupid. Never ever had an issue with the keys before. Then they charged us for our hotel stay for the night we used the site. So i got double charged. At least when i told the manager when we left she did give us a discount with out asking and acted like she cared.
I had to unplug the lights so i could use my laptop and to charge my phone at night or have it next to the bed just in case my family need me. Unless i would have put it on the sink to charge.

The Hotel is located Kansas Lawerance, It's in the mist of all the eatery and some of the great shopping areas. Great for the college students parents.
