Spacious room, clean, reasonably priced. Great restaurant, I had a great dinner and breakfast the next day, also reasonable price for food.

I’m from the area so have stayed at this hotel with different ownerships over 100 nights in my lifetime. It’s a solid clean and comfortable with an indoor pool, an affordable restaurant and a bar (although bar hours are limited) but the property needs some maintenance. Tub or sink drainage are a problem on most stays which is a problem at many hotels (hate it). This property has also decided that multi night stays do not get housekeeping which is why I am rating it a 3. I don’t need my sheets changed every day but that doesn’t mean I don’t need my trash taken out or sometimes new towels.

We enjoyed the stay. Restaurant was very good. Pool looked like it had not been in service for a long time. No big deal for us. Lots of room to walk our fur baby. Nice location right on the river.

Good that it was pet friendly, but our rooms when we received them were unclean, we had to get new rooms. Also keys card to get access to rooms were half the time not working. Pool was ok, parking lot and around outside was sketchy. Would recommend for dog friendly, but that is it. Restaurant at hotel was horrible, son got sick from uncooked or bad food at dinner and breakfast was very bad, waited for 1 hour for 3 bagels…. Everything needs work.

there is a card on the nightstand touting that their rooms are green so they change towels and linens on every 3rd day if you are staying multiple nights. That would have been fine, but what they don't say is that your room will not be serviced at all for 3 days. They don't replenish the coffee, cups, or dump the trash. If you want your room serviced more frequently they ask that you contact the front desk - that was useless. They said they would have the room cleaned, I purposely stayed out of the room for 5 hours, and it wasn't touched. then they said that they are not allowed to enter the room until the 3rd day BS and to dump my trash in the cans in the vending area.
The accessible room for mobility issues had the same floor space as a regular room - there was not enough room to turn a scooter around, also the door was heavy and could not be propped to stay open. The side door to the parking lot is automated to open as you approach, but does not detect obstruction before closing. 3 times it closed on my partner, scraping his leg badly enough that I took him to urgent care
The rate quoted in my expedia booking was $1383.53. they charged my card $1587.25. they signed me up for choice membership saying i get a free stay after 10, but the Choice site says that my stay does not qualify.

even though there are no smoking , my room had a lingering faint smoke smell in it . next the cards for the locks are very finicky i had to go and reset my card 3 times and i only stayed 1 day . The best way i found to deal with is gently push your card into a lock give a 1 , 1000 2 1000 count then slide the card back out slowly this worked most of the time. The shower was excellent

Basically empty hotel and we were given a room with a view of a dead and abandoned swimming pool. Lovely !

I called the day before to ask about feathers in the room as my son and I are both very allergic (we are talking stop breathing if accidently sleeping on feathers) and they said they were not sure but would check and remove any feathers from the room. When I checked in the woman behind the counter said she sees the info about checking for feathers, but no one did and they don't have that information. She did suggest that there is not one but two covers on the pillows so that would probably help if it was feathers. I let her know it would not. She said I can check when I get in the room but they do not have any other options. Something that should of been shared when I called if they could not accommodate us.
The beds were very uncomfortable and a bug bit my ankle. Not a great stay but could always be worse. We did manage to stay alive for the night so that is a plus.

I've been coming to the hotel for quite some time and really didn't have no problem the rooms was clean until this one trip where I get ready to get in the bed and there's nothing but here and then when I call customer service they can explain to me why the bed is still dirty with hair and have to request for new sheets

The room was clean as far as beds and bathroom, but the carpet smelled of dog feces. I understand guest with pets get put in wing C to protect other guest, but if a room has been terribly soiled by a dog then it should be thoroughly cleaned or not used. Also, we were expected to park on the darkest side of the building to be near our room. The neighborhood is very scary. We couldn’t wait to leave as quickly as possible.

The card scanner to enter hotel seldom worked, had to get multiple copies. Room door does not properly close without slamming. Room A/C made loud clinking noises during cooling cycle. Bed is very firm. No free breakfast. Outside pool appears to have been closed for years, and no general maintenance performed. Hotel is not in a desirable location/neighborhood.

The check in worker was pretty nosy and wanted to know exactly why I was staying at the hotel that night which was very odd to me. She would not proceed to check me in until I gave her an answer. Other than that everything was fine and the rest of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

It worked for our travels coming through the area, it had a mold odor in the room, messed with our allergies. The filter on the air conditioner was very clean. Water pressure was ok for a shower.
No one paid attention to a bunch of minors in the pool without adult supervision.

Horrible condition. Room smelled of mixture of smoking, humidity and old carpet. Had ants crawling near bed. Bathroom had smell and towels smelled. We booked it for two nights but left only after one night. Staff were super nice and friendly. The day we left there was only one person on duty handling front desk and house keeping. She was doing great job staying positive.

We had to change rooms because our ac wasn’t working. The 2nd floor is accessed by going up an elevator to the 2nd floor then having to walk down a half flight of stairs. ????? If you use a cart to haul your stuff, you have to go up the elevator with your cart then carry everything off the cart down a half flight of stairs to get to your room. The elevator doesn’t go to that floor. Really???? C’mon!

The key card system needs updating. Also the ice machine needs to be fixed. I have let the staff know. They told me they have told corporate about the key card system needing to be updated. They were not aware that the ice machine was broken.
