Terrible smell
Small beds
Dirty bathroom
Loud people that live there
It’s not a hotel it’s more like a motel
They didn’t even clean the room from an night to another

Terrible motel with terrible staff. Did not honor my guaranteed hotel reservations, telling me they often overbook then tell customers they don't have rooms for them when they try to check in. Big scam! Lousy hotel. Stay away!!!
2.7
It was bad. No room phone in case I need help from my room. One should walk down to the lobby. For the tv Every channel was unavailable. When it was raining water dropped from the ceiling in the bathroom… I was unhappy

I had booked through Hotels.com. I received at least 3 emails from the actual hotel so I assumed we were good. However, upon reaching the hotel, we were told they had no reservation for us & they were fully booked. I think, because we found out that there was a Taylor Swift concert in town, that the hotel re-sold my reservation for a higher price. Would not recommend.

stunk as if someone was cooking drugs. They tried to cover it up with Pine-Sol. No coffee, TV did not work and refrigerator face was smashed in, wasn't working. Nothing but hoodies and hookers around the place, just terrible. Now fighting to get my money back, did not stay even an hour.
2.7
It was not appealing at all. Grounds not kept up. No trash cans anywhere and this is a pet friendly place? No ironing board or iron no coffee pot. Poor maid service!

We were there because we had to evacuate from hurricane Milton. First they gave us a room with 1 bed instead of 2 and the keys didn't work so we had to trek back to the love which wasn't close. They did correct that. They weren't very helpful and their instructions on how to get to the room and elevator were wrong so a lot of walking back and forth for us at first. No help with baggage or offer for a cart. We had to go 3 floors and the elevator was not located conveniently. The water in the sink came out black at first. A few people there told us they used to be homeless but now were living there. Some of them were a bit unsavory but polite all the same. Not what you'd expect at a hotel. In short it was a bit stressful for the price. The refrigerator smelled so we didn't use it. On the plus side the ac worked well, the beds were comfortable and the shower was decent.
2.7
It felt like a cheap motel. The room had a nasty odor.
2.7
this place is run down
2.7
Convenient to several nice restaurants and shops; this property shouldn’t be listed or marketed as such; very misleading to out of town tourists; pictures was very nice and looked like a nice place to stay and it is NOT. I did not feel safe
2.7
The room was uncomfortable. The noisy neighbors in room 103 fought all night, making it hard to sleep. The bathtub was dirty, so I didn’t want to shower. I left earlier than expected due to feeling unsafe and the lack of cleanliness.

I really appreciate all of the managers & the rest of the staff i really enjoyed my stay & thanks agin for really accomodating me if i ever need a place i will always come back
2.7
The place was okay
2.7
The rooms look old, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the building overall smelled awful and looked very dirty, the lady at the front desk wasn't the nicest either

Location, location, location... Tons of dining and shopping for walking. Proximity to ft. lauderdale if here on business. Management and staff very professional yet friendly. This property is like an oasis in the desert. Kid friendly and with iguanas to feast their eyes.
Shelley and Antonio front desk thank you all!

I stay here before but on this stay was my worst experience. They need to do better.
2.7
Horrible inside mildew and not clean. The air felt itchy.
2.7
It was just all right

Very nice, I will be staying here again - only complaints is my TV would not go on/work & there were no towels in the room upon arrival. Sure wish it had breakfast or a coffee maker in the room. It was a great ala carte hotel and is right next to everything to visit in this town - served it's purpose.

“Hotel” is under construction. Most units are visibly uninhabitable as windows have no drapes and you can see inside. Was the only unit occupiable on the entire corridor. Some lights were out so it was real creepy. Elevator is dirty and stinks of pee. Could be mistaken for a crack house based on the other guest in the elevator with me and the gaggle of a few others who were having a chat outside their suite at 12am. My room door did not open after a few tries so I booked a different hotel. Definitely not a safe place to stay at the moment. No refunds so money gone.

Room got a bad smell and it wasn't very clean

That place is inexpensive but run down to the max. I was only there to await for my apartment to be ready in 2 weeks. Thankfully I was able to afford to move next door which is literally paradise compared to that nasty motel out of disgust. Homeless folks at the pool swimming with your children. Dog feces everywhere in the halls. They make you move rooms for no reason. I had to hold my bed up with bricks I purchased from Home Depot because they NEVER send anyone to fix anything. The TV is from 1993 with 1 Chanel. No WIFI at all forget about it. Your data won’t work either all the rooms are dead zones. You have to go outside to use your phone. The bathroom was rusty and the police is constantly called. That place is a complete disgrace.

Do not book, read this first. First and foremost, not for children. This place has extended stay and most people seem to live there. If marijuana smell bothers you, don't stay here, it was being smoked freely on the property. The rooms are smelly of cigarettes, mildew, cannabis smoking, and just overall unpleasant oders. The corridors around the rooms are so dirty, I preferred to carry my 18lb dog instead of letting him walk on those floors. I wouldn't even stay here as a pit stop to shower. One of the people in my party is asthmatic and couldn't be in either of the rooms that I was given. Overall the property feels unsafe and unhealthy. We asked for a refund and left. I'm still waiting for my refund. The front desk clerk Antonio is very profesional and was very kind, he is the best part of that place. The immediate surrounding area is good, there are lots of places to shop.
2.7
It was ok. After reading the reviews I was rather skeptical. But it was good for the price for one night and convenient.
2.7
They would not clean my room I asked for wash cloths and I never got them and I had to clean my bathroom
2.7
I could not sleep for two nights since you allowed a commercial refrigeration to park in close to the rooms and run all night long for two nights . Commercial vehicles should not be allowed!

Is dirty

Very dirty and not a safe environment.

We've stayed at the same hotel few years ago, it was great with good service and the rooms were all in nice condition.
We booked this hotel again to stay a night prior to our cruise trip. When we arrived at hotel at 9pm, the front desk n door are both closed. There is no door bell or phone to call the front desk. We had to turn on our data romaing to call the hotel. Finally, few minutes later, someone came to help us with check-in process. The room condition is bad. The AC blows old and semlly air that made us feel sick the next day. There is no phone in the room to call front desk or house keeping either. With three people stay in the room, they only provide one set of towels and no shampoo, soap or conditioner either. We have to walk to the front desk and finally got someone there to give us those. I also saw few cockroaches around the washroom and fridge areas.
Overall experience during this stay was poor. Don't think we would come back again.
2.7
Old, sketchy clientele. Not sure how this hotel got high ratings. Would not stay here with kids.
2.7
This is a tired hotel in need of updates.
2.7
The property is old and worn down, the pictures are not current. Someone had stolen the tv from the room, didn't get one until 2nd day, didn't work until 3rd day. Mini fridge had broke seal, overnight defrosted icebox and leaked all over the floor, I pulled a leg muscle when I slipped in the water. Sheets were dirty, light switch inside door was not even close to being building code accepted (outdoor light switch box held to door frame by two brackets), visible patch jobs on ceiling, dirty walls, worn surface of bathtub, pot smoked outside of room pulled in by air conditioner, overall the place needs a remodel. Staff was accommodating and authorized a refund that I need to get from Expedia.

Good job

The room smelled like ammonia with the air conditioner on. The walls were bruised. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The mini fridge and microwave were cheap. There was no phone in the room to even call the front desk. You can hear footsteps a little and chairs moving on the floor in the room above you.
The toilet was clean. The bathroom sink was clean. The bed was clean. The floor was clean. The TV was decent with limited channels ( there was blank channels in between switching). The best part of the whole experience was the hot water from the shower.
All in all I won't stay here again. Only worth it for a very quick stay. You get what you pay for I guess.
2.7
Missing blanket, broken mirror, TV not working, bathroom had previous guests soap and shaving blade as is. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.
2.7
By far the worst hotel I have ever booked. I was there no more than 20 minutes and requested a refund which was guaranteed by the front desk agent. Now I am being told a refund cannot be issued due to their policy. The place was moldy, the toilet had urine on the seat. There appeared to be drug dealers on the property and when I my husband and I were leaving we saw police walking around the place while holding on to their gun. I had to book another hotel for my trip. I will NEVER recommend Hotolos Hotel.

Very dirty !!

I had a wonderful time it was beautiful that one star by terrible is an accident that I put there I don't know how to erase it but the hotel smell good looks good the host at the front desk they was very very nice and helpful I will stay there again

The room had an unpleasant odor. I learned that there was a technique to turning on the hot water on my last day so I was forced to bathe in cold water. The walls are dirty. It has markings and even there were sloppy patched up holes in the walls. When you enter the area by the elevator, you can smell what I believe is illegal substances (weed). There are young men that surrounds the property making noise and overly flirtatious. I did not feel safe here. The toilet and furnitures had marking and stains. This place overall is just dirty and unpleasant! This was thee worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I won’t be returning nor do I recommend to anyone.
