Excellent property and loved the adults only resort here. Great food. Service was fantastic. Hardly ever went without a drink in your hand by the pool. Expedia guests get additional benefits which were nice. Coffee shop and ice cream shop on site were nice perks. Quiet part of Cabo. They also have baby Sea Turtles! They help save the turtles by sheltering nests and we were able to watch the release of two nests. Over 200 baby turtles headed to sea for the first time. So fun! Highly recommend this resort

Came for a family gathering the hotel was quiet and access to the beach was nice

Our stay was fantastic! From check in with Yessica, so our concierge Ivan checking in on us throughout the week- the staff is very attentive and helpful! The property is gorgeous, clean, spacious and everything you can ask for for a relaxing vacation. Every restaurant had amazing food- definitely try the risotto at Capella as well as the red snapper and the steak at Tokimeku! I recommend trying out the spa, the couples massage we had was perfect! The outdoor pool at the spa is super relaxing as well. Overall this was a fantastic vacation and a must stay when visiting Cabo, we will definitely be back!(:

Paradisus is a beautiful hotel with an amazing views, variety of restaurants and a beautiful pool. The staff is very attentive to guests. I had a lovely staycation!

Food: Good
Service: Sometimes slow
Excellent views
The most important problem was that the Hotel need a very serious plan for the animal in the surrounding area.Do'nt just pay attention to the turtles, cats are domestic animals and need our help. Don't wait for the guests to get in the habit of sometimes giving them food. Have a quick action plan to save and give these little animals a decent home.

It was clean and peaceful with great service.

Great property. We booked months in advance for a king size bed but ended up with double beds. Found a roach in the room and the evening cleaning staff gave us dirty cups in the room 3 days.
Overall good property and the food was very good.

Was quiet as it was not at full capacity when we were there mid August. We upgraded to reserve, but would not have been necessary as the reserve amenities were not that great. Don’t waste your money or time at Sal. Food was awful! Sashimi and rolls at tokimeku was the worst we’ve had!-bad quality sashimi cuts and they came soaked in soy sauce! The best food was at Aqua Marina with ocean view. Cielo was ok. We didn’t try Capella but seemed crowded in the evenings. Nothing else to do around the hotel. We took a 30min bus ride into downtown. We preferred over Uber or taxi for the experience. Having an assigned concierge was nice with the reserve but the general concierge were helpful too. Their beach area-Waves are strong but the enclosed area was swimmable and there were two lifeguards on site.

Unfortunately, the time of year we went was very humid. I wish more restaurants were air-conditioned to make the dining experience more Pleasant. The staff was great. The grounds were beautiful and the food was exceptional.

Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, we were treated to an unforgettable experience of luxury and relaxation. The resort's facilities are breathtaking, perfectly blending with the natural beauty of Los Cabos.
The staff, Roberto our concierge, went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The security in and around the facility was outstanding, making us feel completely safe throughout our stay. The dining options were delicious. Whether lounging by the clear blue pools, enjoying the private beach, or just relaxing in our swim-up suite, there was never a dull moment.
While we did notice that the daily fruit basket, which was supposed to be left in our room, was occasionally missed, and there were a couple of instances where we needed to remind the staff about room cleaning, these were really not big deal. Roberto was incredibly responsive whenever we brought anything to their attention. These small oversights did nothing to diminious our enjoyment.
What truly sets Paradisus Los Cabos apart is their commitment to excellence and attention to individual guests. It's clear that they continuously strive to improve and perfect their already impressive offerings. Our stay was flawless, creating memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a slice of paradise in Los Cabos, look no further. We can't wait to return!

Stayed here for my Boyfriends birthday. We stayed in the Reserve Suite, worth the extra money. The trip was too short ! The staff and service was amazing, the resort was beautiful and clean. We had our own concierge that assisted us in our stay. The Spa was amazing . Only regret was not making out to try Sal Steakhouse but this resort was a 10/10 a very romantic feel. My boyfriend is a foodie and said this was the best resort food her ever had. This was well worth it! Servers aren’t grasping for tips you feel compelled to tip because the service is just that good! If I was not all “Mexico’d” out (I have been here 12 times lol) I would totally come to this resort again . It makes me want to try the Other Melia resorts . Thank you Paradisus for making this such a special special stay.

Do not book your stay here please do your research. By far the worse property I have ever stayed at in regards to service. Guaranteed you will get better service at at 2-3 star hotel. Plus save lots of money. Management is horrible no communication. Food is average if that. Hotel personnel is nice but still doesn’t cut it. You can find nice people anywhere else without all the problems. Entertainment was nothing special.

Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

This resort is definitely beautiful!! The pool is amazing and big enough that it never felt crowded. There is a volleyball net in the pool. The swim up bar was busy at times but they made good drinks. The drinks were never watered down. They have waiters that will come around also and get you drinks if you want. There was always loung chairs available. They have a little shack by the pool with extra towels and complimentary sunblock. The best food we had at the whole resort was the taco truck by the pool. We ate hot dogs, curly fries and they had a shrimp "taco" but it was more like a mini quesadilla which was definitely the best thing.
The room- we had the garden view suite and it was actually very nice. They have tons of pillows on the bed and the bed was so comfortable. There is a little Nespresso machine with coffee and tea. The mini fridge has soda, beer and water. Also if you need any thing replenished in the room you can request it through the app. That is also where you request room service. We only tried the breakfast buffet and that was good. On my birthday it stormed so they closed everything including the pool and all but one restaurant which had a fixed limited menu and the food was not good. Very bland. Then they opened the Italian and it was just ok. We didn't get to try the Japanese or the restaurant by the pool/ water. The front desk girl Carmen was the best employee we encountered. Be aware the pool closes at 7pm and after that there isn't much to do.

I booked this resort taking opportunity of Expedia perks and it was worth it. A big shoutout to guest services: Fernando, vianey, channel for coordinating w my wife for their seaside love package. Our go to daily was aqua marina. Alejandro, Cynthia, and Rafael who set it up. And the best ever Jaime. He was like our favorite waiter all 3 days we stayed. We specifically asked for him since he made us feel welcome and took care of us! Always positive energy from Jaime! Facilities were clean and restaurant choices were great. I must recommend this if you’re looking into an adult all inclusive

My husband and I recently stayed at this resort, and while there were some highlights, my overall experience was marred by several significant issues.
To start, the refrigerator in my room was broken for two days, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially in the summer heat. Management was not helpful until I noted the problem in my Expedia check-in review. Additionally, I was shocked to find that one of face towel provided smelled like vomit, and the pillowcase had a stain that looked like old blood. These cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made the stay quite uncomfortable.
Moreover, the toilet room light wasn’t working, making it difficult to use at night, and the toilet cover was dirty when we arrived. These issues, combined with the unpleasant smell from the face towel and stained pillowcase, really detracted from the overall experience.
On a more positive note, the Tokameku restaurant was fantastic—we enjoyed it so much that we went there twice. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. However, the same cannot be said for the other dining options. The food at Cielo was below average, lacking flavor and creativity. Capella’s food was okay, but the service was horrible, which ruined the dining experience. Skip the room service. I could not make such low quality dishes if I tried.
Overall, while there were some positives, the numerous issues we encountered, particularly with cleanliness and service, make it hard to recommend this resort.

Overall a beautiful property but the rooms are in need of updates.

*** I booked the round trip shuttle and upon leaving they marked me as no show and I had literally been in the lobby at the front door. And no refund was provided. Probably will never book the shared shuttle again.
The hotel is nice, not a lounge/club area on the site. You are 25mins from the downtown party area.
Food was top tier all around from the restaurants to the room service. Mini bar snacks were great

We got there on Sunday @ 330pm we were told 5 restaurants. Only 3 open and one had to have reservations. After that only 2 were open and outside dining when its 90s humidity can enjoy your meal too hot. Also pool bar closes at 5pm pool closes at 7. No night life, there was a dj at one lounge area. The hotel also refused to give our money back due to flight delays

Reserve is the way to go and Yen is the best! So many amazing staff!

I wish I could say this stay was the best but it wasn’t. I could clearly see that this hotel caters to the “white man”. If you are any other ethnicity you are treated differently with the exception of some staff. I will not mention them to protect their jobs. They do not play any other music but the ones that fit the ethnicity they are catering to, not even their country’s music. To the point we are told “I don’t want to get in trouble”. I guess $6k is not enough. The discrimination is real. Now if changes are made, by all means. Their gift shop is wayyyy over priced, we are talking $35 for a hair brush and $48 for sunscreen. Food is average, they continuously ask you for allergies but nothing is done with that information. Hotel rooms are average unless you join their membership then maybe you would get something better. if we are to visit los cabos again we will be staying somewhere else. On a positive note, house keeping did an amazing job most of the time. Mini bar service (not done by housekeeping) lacked everyday! You call and it takes hourssss before anything you request is brought up. Most disappointing was the fact that our trip was planned around my best-friend’s birthday (30th btw). I went to the front desk as early at 6am to inquire if anything will be done for her as occasions was a question we had to answer before our arrival. I was told a note was placed on her room and guest services was to take care of that. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done for her.

We loved our stay here! The staff made our stay memorable and helped us celebrate our engagement in special ways. Special thank you to Manuel for helping arrange special surprises for us to help us celebrate! And a special thank you to Guadalupe for the amazing cocktails and service by the beach and pool.

Legendary experience at this world class facility. The staff was hospitable, courteous, and full of energy. The grounds and facilities were well kept and incredibly clean. Our concierge Jamie was an amazing host and made our stay unforgettable. He informed us of all amenities available as well as provided recommendations for activities in the area. Recommend this resort to anyone. You will not be disappointed. The view of the ocean from the pool is spectacular!

This was a beautiful and amazing stay, not only because of the property grounds, our beautiful suite in the Reserve area, but their whole hard working staff!!! They were so attentive and accommodating to our every need! Enrique our concierge, was very helpful! All the food was delicious, the chef at the breakfast buffet was amazing! I was impressed with the beautiful landscape, manicured by Julie a very hard worker! The location was also perfect as we wanted a quite beautiful beachfront resort and we were in the middle of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, which we visited.
Loved the private beach!
Food
The hotel’s clean esthetic
My room ( bed so comfy )
Safety
I would definitely stay here again while in Cabo!

Food was the only good thing about this resort . Definitely adults only if you are over the age of 60 who tends to be in bed by 9pm . Don’t come here expecting a good time . Peace and quiet is what you will get if that’s what you’re looking for .

Resort is very good. Pool is amazing. We had the swim up suite, so the private pool was fun. But
The restaurants were very average. Tokimeku - Asian restaurant was very good. Even the Mexican place was good.
Capella-Italian, lunch place, Santhe- international cuisine were all below par restaurants. No options, no taste and plenty of flies.
Ice cream store was very very good. Enjoyed the ice creams.
The reservation system was pain. You need to have a good concierge. We had a terrible one.
They are supposed to give all information about the activities. Do check for a good concierge.
If you are a vegetarian then lunch options are very very less.

We loved staying here! The staff were so nice and accommodating. My only feedback would be that I wish they offered more entertainment since the location is a bit far from downtown. Overall it was a relaxing stay?
