Service was excellent! The pre check in saved lots of time. The house keeping was excellent. The included breakfast was excellent. It was a great experience. The price was unbelievably low compared to similar Hotels. Staff was very Hospitable.

We have stayed at a Wyndham numerous times because we are always pleased. Not the case this time. For starters, it's a pet friendly hotel... without the first bit of grass in sight. Now why?! Super odd. Next, there was absolutely no table or suitcase rack. We had to get out the ironing board to have table space. Thirdly, the lighting is slim to none. Bring a makeup mirror with lights, if you actually want to be able to see to do it. I just aimed and hoped for the best. Lastly, the usually decent continental breakfast was about pitiful. We were there three mornings and was offered mainly scrambled eggs and cereal. Definitely not what we're used to at Wyndham. (And I hope you like strong coffee because that's what you're getting. Black as tar.)

The hotel was clean, staff when we arrived in the late afternoon seemed timid to speak to guests. The morning staff were very friendly, the hotel was housing VRE and a few other train staff. They were very loud leaving the hotel early on with slamming doors and knocking on our door assuming we needed to get up as well. I did appreciate the gesture of coworkers waking me up but not on vacation.

We booked non-smoking room, they allotted a room that was smoked before. Had to get it changed. Extending by another day was a big hassle and priced high.

The bathroom wasn’t clean I had to change the room and second room had spider on the roof in the room and the bathroom no curtain in the bathroom. The room had no heat working.

This definitely didn’t look like any Wyndham Garden I stayed in before. The hall smelled like weed, the room smelled stale.

Everyone was so customer friendly and helpful. The breakfast had standard and healthy items on it. It is a bit older (i.e. elevator and hall carpeting) but very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Older hotel. Rooms clean. We stayed on the newer section which I was grateful for!!!

Elevator is a joke!!! Barely big enough to get the cart in if you are good at maneuvering

If you are looking for somewhere that embodies the finer things in life, this is not a place for you. It is basically an old motel that Wyndham has taken over. The elevator is cramped, the carpet is old and the decor is minimal.
But having said that, this place is totally adequate. The staff are friendly, the mattresses are firm, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is much nicer than I expected.
It is not shiny and new, but I paid maybe half of what I would have paid anywhere else, so I am not complaining!

Parking was easy, and there were many dining options close. Great, easy distance to drive to Washington DC. Breakfast was small but good for a family of four.

The staff was nice. The property was definitely not as nice as we were expecting. The breakfast was decent & kept full until 10am. I just really need to lower my standards or stop expecting great things when I see ‘a great deal’ on a hotel price.

Property was kept nice but it was an older building. Surrounding area was not nice but Washington D.C. was only a 20 minute drive. Thankfully the restaurant next door to the hotel had good food and great service.

I TRAVELED FROM CT TO DC FOR THE WEEKEND AND THIS HOTEL MET EVERY NEED I WANTED. I ENJOYED THE CLEANINGNESS OF MY ROOM. THEY CLEAN UP DAILY AND ALL MY PROPERTY WAS SAFE. I ENJOYED THE PROMPTNESS AND POLITENESS OF THE STAFF. THE BREAKFAST WAS ON TIME AND GREAT. THE WIFI WORKED THROUGHOUT. NOW I WILL BE USING THIS HOTEL WHEREVER I GO, I HOPE TO MEET THE SAME STANDARD I HAD IN DC.

I would never stay in this hotel ever again. It is not a 3 star a hotel, more like a 2 star hotel at best. The pictures are extremely deceiving. Also, the heat was terrible. We stayed in Feb and it was so cold in the room and we could not figure out how to make it warmer even though the thermostat said 68 degrees. One of the beds did not have a backboard. The doors were cracked. The elevator is extremely small. I wanted to check out immediately but we had to stay because our son's basketball tournament was nearby.

One of the rooms wreaked of smoking and we had to change rooms the bathroom needs to be upgraded. Everything else seems ok at the moment.

The property could use some additional cosmetic updates-it looked as though they renovated a motel from the outside. My room was in the basement (you enter on the main floor, which is 2) it felt like so I heard every rattle around me. The bathroom light is on a timer, I have neverrr seen that before. Our couch looked very worn, like someone has spent many nights laying on it. The hotel staff were decent. We were only there to sleep before getting back on the road so we made it work but I would not stay here again.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! There was hair *everywhere* throughout my room, in the shower and on the “clean” towels. The heat wasn’t working either, it could only get up to 62 degrees while it was snowing and freezing outside. I checked out and went to the Holiday Inn a few blocks away that was super clean and nice.

Stay was good. Breakfast included with different options of hot and cold offerings. Love the no carpet in room. A little snafu with housekeeping one day that was immediately fixed by management. A perfect location for my needs.

My 1st room the front door lock wasn’t secure, the 2nd room the heat didn’t work the windows weren’t completely secured no iron bathroom door was molded and broken

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The garbage cans around the property were overflowing and never emptied the whole weekend. No lighting at the top of the building which is the only area for me to take my dog. Stay was just okay.

The room was a lot cleaner snd comfortable than I expected.I really appreciated the little package they gave during check in, sometimes it’s the little things that count. The best part for me is that the rooms had windows that partially opened I love the fact that I had the option of fresh air.
