Fantastic getaway for Thanksgiving! Staff was phenomenal, friendly & very helpful ! Room good ( although I would have loved a small microwave). Balcony & beautiful ocean view! Highly recommend!

We complained about the first room we were given in that there were two flight's of stairs to climb(and it was teeny tiny. They accommodated us with a nicer room, with a view. The only weiired thing was there was no microwave? Fridge/freezer, coffee maker but no micro. This seemed unusual for us as wve stayed in many hotel rooms and a microwave is usually standard. Huge TV though.

Excellent check-in. Bartender and services were great. The top of the plastic railing at unit #4 needs some serious attention. This is an accident waiting to happen.

Property and room wonderful, however, servic at restaurant was nonexistent and very unfortunate.

first thing, it’s expensive for what you get. around $400 a night expensive for a standard room. we didn’t have a microwave. we didn’t have a working phone in the room. the breakfast offered was $28 per person. the room had sand all over the floor, and there was no broom provided for us to sweep. my boyfriend and i were celebrating our 6 year anniversary, and naturally we brought drinks to celebrate. when we asked for rocks glasses to bring to our room, the front desk referred us to the restaurant, who’s host referred us to the bar, who’s bartender told us he wasn’t “really” allowed to give those out. definitely had much better service as a lot less expensive hotels, will definitely be buying rooms at my little local hotels that cost 150$ a night 200$ in the summertime!!

Carpet floors in the main building with room and stair wells are filty, need to be replaced, not vacumed well, terribly stained.

We asked 3 times for more coffee pods before we finally got them. Also the sewer smell in the bathroom was unpleasant!

We complained about the noisy neighbor who waked up us at 1 AM. The phone in our room didn’t work so we had to use our cell phone to call several numbers to find the front desk number. The management didn’t care about this incident and even didn’t acknowledged it. The staff receptionist was very cold and showed no compassion about this incident.
Overall terrible experience, and not caring management.

I have stayed at or been to events at Sea Creat over the last 40 years. Having been born and raised in Falmouth it was always a place to go. Sadly I couldn’t in all good faith recommend Sea Crest until ownership spends some serious money on maintenance and repairs. The staff during our stay was mostly foreign workers which isn’t uncommon for the Cape during the summer but they were obviously young and not trained. The worse part was the filth and obvious updates and repairs that need to be done. They charge a resort fee on top of the rate not sure what that is for….certainly not cleaning. Please owners close down invest in updating your main building and pool areas. The guests will come back.

The hotel inside and out needs an update. There is zero management. Workers are lazy. Workers are kind and polite. The restaurant was pricey for poor service and food. Again no manager. We liked the hotel however no one is in charge

We've been at this resort a few times already and will likely return because we really enjoy their amenities which are a must for families with young kids. A few things to note:
1. We’ve booked larger rooms before, but this time got the standard 2 double bed. Beds were really small and the resort felt more run down on that side compared to the other areas we'd been in.
2. I love that there is a convenience store onsite and would expect it to be somewhat more expensive but prices here are unreasonably high in my opinion and there's limited options. I would suggest they add some first aid and OTC options (allergy pills, fever reducers, pain relievers for kids/adults).
3. Considering how much this resort is frequented by families, my biggest let down here is not having microwaves for public use, whether in a general area or in rooms.
4. The service here is top notch, at the front desk, restaurant, beach service etc. Really hardworking, super polite, kind, and very efficient young folks. Whatever management is doing to recruit and train these people, they're doing absolutely great, keep doing it.
5. The main restaurant is beautifully renovated and maintained spotless. It has a gorgeous view, a must visit at sunset. Love that they offer buffet breakfast (a must for picky kids) with also an on demand omelet and waffle stand. Dinner menu is small but the food is delicious.
6. Beach & outdoor pool areas are beautifully renovated and well maintained. Service here again top notch!!

Our signature room faced a roofs foot away . No view outside the window at all. I asked that we would have a view & girl at desk said we would be okay . Small bed pillows, half the size of a regular pillow on a king size bed.

The beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are the best part of this hotel. Standard rooms are clean and comfortable but just average. We had a view of the HVAC systems on the roof. Restaurant and snack bar convenient but very expensive. We went off property for most of our meals. Construction going on when we were there creating an inconvenience but not a major issue. Disappointed no cocktail or food servers walking the beach taking orders.

Disappointing Stay Due to Plumbing Issues
I recently stayed at the Sea Crest Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, there was a significant plumbing issue that left my room without water for an entire day. This inconvenience was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, there was no immediate resolution or adequate compensation offered. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the hotel staff made the situation even more frustrating.
I had expected a higher level of service and reliability from Sea Crest, and this experience has significantly tarnished my perception of the hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and ensures that future guests do not encounter similar problems. The solution was to wave my resort fee , however my family and I were unable to brush our teeth , shower or use the toilet for an entire day . Moreover , the bathroom by the pool was also broken .
The story does not end here , we made reservation for dinner at the restaurant hotel , waited 35 min on the table and our drink/ food order was never taken . We left the restaurant at 8:30 to look around town a place to eat . There are many hotels in cape cod , but we as a family we picked the one that was number one in town . We were frustrated with this vacation experience . We won’t be staying at this place again .

Our stay was fine but we weren’t looking for anything amazing. If you are, you will be disappointed. Whenever we were at the front desk, there were people complaining and wanting to see the manager and complaining that this was their 2nd or 3rd time trying to speak to a manager. It is very overpriced but clearly they can get away with it. Our bathroom door didn’t even shut and I’m not sure the last time the windows were cleaned. We paid $55 for 2 chicken sandwiches for lunch with iced tea. Just be prepared it’s a rip off. Several people who were complaining were talking about having paid for an oceanfront room but didn’t get one. They weren’t having any luck.

Always been a pretty decent place; they've now made it great. Recent updates and a well done face lift have made it even better. Going to be a frequent guest.

Property was nice great spot! Restaurant not much of a selection for food and what they had not great. Hall way carpet was a mess needs replaced and attention to detail in a lot of areas was lacking paint all over ceiling tiles on tile very messy had to adjust ceiling tiles in shower could see up in to utility area cleaner came to clean room I asked them to come back in a 1/2 hr. They agreed never came back. Just things you wouldn’t expect from a higher end resort!

We were there for one night. There were some plumbing issues in the room and when we went to call for support or assistance we were not able because the phone was not working at all.

Unknown to us, the hotel was undergoing renovations. The multiple dumpsters and construction vehicles littered throughout the property was disruptive to what we thought was going to a coastal-calm get away. Lobby area and our room had surface updates but the age and bones of the building were still evident. Elevator had glued on carpet tiles on the walls. We had opted for the second level tier room (not the Basic room) and had to question if we were assigned the right room when the extra big windows only view was an arms length distance from the roof overhangs of the next building. Bed was really comfortable and room was clean. Did I mention they were hosting a High School Prom too? Falmouth is great though. Maybe pick another hotel.

We stay here regularly, but there was construction going on this time and the hot tub was also closed the whole weekend which was unfortunate. Had we known that, we may have chose to stay on different dates. Although it is off-season, there were some cleanliness features that were not up to par in both the room and around the property.

This beautiful property is undergoing some major renovations which hopefully will return it to it's past glory.Views are breathtakingly stunning but the interior is very run down. One of the front desk staff was unaware there was a place in the hotel to purchase food.My grandkids really enjoyed the pool and the arcade.

The room was neat and clean. The windows were dirty. we could not see well through them. I was very disappointed by the fact the onsite restaurant was closed due to renovations. The facility had a makeshift restaurant set up in a conference room. The service was poor and food dismal due to this situation. Cost $$$. It would have been nice to be made aware of this prior to the booking.

I have stayed here before and we had some mold smell in our room and some cosmetic issues but that was it. Otherwise, it was rather pleasant. This time around we had a couple more. First of all, the place is under a huge renovation and I’m sure that plays into some of our issues. The septic smell outside was so bad. I thought it might just be the ocean but it lasted throughout our stay and then we saw septic repair people so I’m guessing they are working on that issue. Also it’s very inconvenient to walk outside around all the construction to get to the indoor pool. We wanted to go in but we never got a chance because both the pool and the jacuzzi was packed! I guess it was spring break for the kids. However, I also notice they sell season passes to use the resort to swim and partake in other activities that is offered. I guess that’s nice for locals.
I’d probably come back and give this place another try but after the outdoor pool and indoor restaurant renovations are complete.
I had one more complaint but the front desk associate was so kind and helped to me out with it so I won’t even mention it. I think this resort will do great with the help of hiring on a few more staff members. It is only the spring season so I’m sure they will have more help this summer.

The lobby was beautiful, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. It’s under construction, but even with that we had a great time and have no complaints. I do hope they upgrade the bathroom/shower soon but everything else was beautiful!!

I paid extra for an ocean front room. While booking online and while checking in there was no mention that the area between the room and the ocean was under construction. There was a chain link fence blocking both sets of stairs to the beach, a stagnant pool that was neither drained nor covered, and the entire area around the pool was under construction. I even questioned if we were entering the correct building because of all the construction tape and barrels around the building front and back. A huge let down vs expectations when booking an “ocean front” room. We were looking forward to enjoying the view.
