Nice suites. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean.

The service was so great. The hotel is older and the pillows are not the best but they make up for it in quality of the staff. I'd take that anyday over a pillow.

There were some issues with our room, but the staff is more than willing to accommodate us and make sure we were happy

We were told that there would be no early check in fee after 12pm—we got got charged an early check in fee

The top room was stomping i called the front desk to let them know but they just kept making noise at 12 am till like 4am didn’t let me and my baby sleep

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot but wasn’t great.
Room was good. The parking lot was full of a construction container and debris so we had to park at another hotel. We were given a free pass to park there which turned out for our benefit because the hotel charges $20/nt to park.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who worked during breakfast was amazing and kind. The rooms were kinda damp and cold but there was good AC. The bathrooms were tight and everything looked outdated. Breakfast has make your own waffles and everyone loved that. One night several piles of dirty towels were left in the hall and were eventually cleaned up. Overall adequate.

The property was fine. The parking was limited due to the hotels construction. I was disturbed that we were charged $20 per night to park and spaces were limited. We were told to park across the street—- with no discount.

No hot water but the desk tried to help. Breakfast was not early enough for those of us who were there for early events. There wasn't any coffee at 5:30 or as in bigger hotels they have it ready for you in case you have a 6 o'clock meeting at 7 o'clock meeting or an 8 o'clock softball game.

Limited parking space especially at night

This hotel was a decent comfortable last minute stay. The room was a bit dark but spacious. The parking is small and congested. Overall a good stay.

Very disappointing. Did not feel like a Hampton Inn brand. Will not stay there again.

Dirty hotel

Room was not very clean at all. Walls, ceiling and bathroom door looked like it was painted by a two-year-old. Shameful I don’t know what kind of an adult that is such a crappy job. I don’t know if anybody checked the work of that employee or not but if they did, I don’t know who I should be more embarrassed for the person that painted it or the person that checked thei work and thought it was OK. Also, my boyfriend found a hair in his breakfast. Another thing I thought was crazy is the deposit is $200 per night. It’s more than the room itself. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Room was very nice.....breakfast was pretty decent. I was looking forward to getting into the pool and jacuzzi but the pool looked a little too murky green for me..... Other than that my stay was great.

The room smelled of VOMIT. Apparently they didn’t have time to clean it. Eventually they give us a different room. Breakfast was terrible. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns before but this one was extremely in poor managerial condition.

Quite dated but nice & clean

The only issue we had with our stay was the woman on front desk at 4;00 on 5/15/24. Our room wasnt ready, and she was pretty rude about the $18 a day parking fee. Other than her, all other staff were great. T. Gibbs

Nice room that accommodated our large family of 5. Good breakfast. Provided extra pillows when requested. A little inconvenient when parking lot was full & we had to park across the street.
4.0 / 10.0
Staff was helpful, the pool was dirty and was cleaned by pouring chlorine in it despite the algae caked on the bottom of the pool. Another guest gained access to our room when we were in it, making us feel extremely uneasy. When I asked the front desk girl for a result of the situation she said “I rebooked them in room 328.” Guest confidentiality broken. Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

The renovations were rushed and a mirror and vanity were all uneven. The parking was $18 per night however if you got there late you had to park across the street at a different hotel. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything upstairs and in the hallway. Not a good stay and would not stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking.
6.0 / 10.0
The shower on the room had hair on the tub. The building is kinda old and the parking is limited.

It was very clean

One downside - they charge an additional $18 per night for parking. Maybe that's normal there, but seems off.
