The overall stay was great; however, they failed to mention that there was a parking fee for each day prior to booking and that the pet deposit was for each day instead of one fee. When we got our bill we were less than thrilled to see extra fees on this.

Big room comfortable clean there was continental breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. Unpleasant surprise was the parking fees that were neither one were listed in my booking.

Overall, we had a great stay. The property is clean and comfortable and has been updated. The beds are comfortable. There are several food options close by and a Costco across the street. We were in town for parents’ weekend at SDSU and the hotel was close to campus. I wish they had cleaned our room at least once during our stay - I’m sure they would have if we had asked. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of options.

There was no hot water . The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed The hot water was what we needed after a long cold night out It was horrible I’d be happy with a refund because we stayed and had to deal with all that too tired to look for another place

We was in the bed 9:30 am before check out (11:00am) employee open the door and go inside the room for cleaning. We was very scared and nervous.We complained to front desk and go out.

The breakfast was very nice. Location was convenient for us. Tub drain stopper was broken but we forgot to report it. Saw security guard outside in dark of early am so was glad to see that since we had things in the bed of our truck we couldn’t put inside to be safe.

Anna and the rest of the front desk staff did an amazing job in helping out my family and I with all our needs. They were very informative and were always willing to help if there was something we needed. The staff that was working during breakfast time did an amazing job at making sure everything was stocked and that everyone was doing okay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely come back and recommend to people that are thinking of making a trip down there.

Caught me totally off guard with the $20 a day. Parking could’ve booked a nicer hotel with free parking. Hotels.com was no help either. Will not book through Hotels.com again

Friendly helpful staff. Hot breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Great blackout curtains that blocked all outside light! The parking spaces are tiny (barely big enough for a midsized sedan. Pool was smallish and in a weird location behind the hotel but fine.

The hotel is rather difficult to even get into when I went over in the entering to check in the parking lot was full parking spaces. Don’t really allow for either an average size car without pumping the car next to you. They had a $20 parking fee wasn’t in the bill so they had to add that to the bill when you got there.

Met by a very man named Ray right at checkin. Night desk was Kevin. He was great, we bugged him all night, first with getting the computer to video cast to beautiful 4k tv but we took to long to reside about the IT coming up and he had left. We got a 12:39 check out we didn’t need at no cost. We had a very nice stay and would book again.

Noticed a series of fleas in our bed. Killed about 15 before Notifying front desk. They immediately switched my room. Upon entering our new room we went strait to the restroom to strip our clothes to shake off the fleas that latched on to us. Took about 2 hours to kill them in the bathroom. Staff worked with us but the room was dirty.

Checking in went smoothly despite it being so busy. I like that you can check in at 3pm versus the standard 4pm at other places. The parking lot had a few areas that weren't smooth to drive on and access to the building from the back of the building wasn't great- my keys didn't work on one door and I had to walk all around. The location is convenient to the freeway although busy to get to during normal work hours. The elevator was sketchy - not a smooth ride. And although the room was a good size, I saw hand prints all over the fridge and mirrors, and the couch had a few visible stains. not as clean as I'd like. A request for extra towels took over 30 minutes. Decent stay overall.

The check in rep was in the phone the whole time never informed us that the resort charged for parking the web site said parking available not paid parking. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper 2 separate times because they never responded the first time. Won’t stay again
