The hotel is very dated and freezing cold. Our room had the heat turned off when we arrived - it was around 30 degrees outside. No warm or hot water in the sink

The rooms need some renovations like the barroom. First time I have seen the sink is outside the toilet. Paper towel holder needs to be replaced. Check in staff Should be more friendly. The breakfast not as good compare to other hotel. Thank you and good luck.

The staff were nice and very pleasant. The two rooms were older and after tax cost was about $340. The blinds didn't close completely and the toilet was not secured. Breakfast was included, but parking was an additional $20. I guess it was okay for Niagara Falls. The price might be okay in Harris's america, but we think it was overpriced.

First, we were charged to park which we were not told and they charged us $30 a day to park. Then they charged us again for parking for days that we were not there. They also charged us for the room and we’re not helpful at all with trying to get this taken care of no one would talk to us. Customer service was very rude at the hotel. We saw several people staying in the hotel, being harassed by the workers for different things. We would never stay here again. We are still trying to get the money back That they charged us for nights that we weren’t even there The best part was, you couldn’t park in the parking lot even though you had to go to parking I’m disabled and thankfully had my wheelchair for someone else. This would not have been an easy.

when booking the room for a two day stay, on Wednesday and Thursday there is no hot continental breakfast..only on Saturdays and Sundays. So no eggs and sausage.

The entire hotel is filthy, the walls need painting, carpets need shampooing, window ledges are molding and decaying, employees smoking weed on their lunch break, concierge sitting around reading a magazine without ever greeting nor offering any kind of assistance to anyone. I paid $370 dollars from Friday to Sunday to stay in one of the most ill-kept hotels in the area. It should be considered a broken down motel instead. Not to mention the tiny piss pool that looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. The entire hotel needs to be updated. I don’t recommend this place at all. YUCK!!!

The accommodations were beautiful, the hotel it’s self was a bit run down. At breakfast it felt like we were being watched and we missed the waffles and fruit because it was in a restaurant and I didn’t want to wander where I didn’t belong. We got minimal sleep as the most comfortable part of the room was the chair which we took turns sleeping in. Due to that we decided to leave early and were told that was fine, but I was still billed for 2 nights.

Staff was not friendly. Property needs repair. Water was coming in through the ceiling in the gift shop. our room looked clean but also needed some repairs. Bathroom vanity was cracked and toilet paper holder was old and rusty. Our room was towards the back near the dumpster. We were woken up by the trash truck at 7:30am on a Saturday. Who also decided to honk their horn.

The breakfast was awful and the besroom door didnt open or shut correctly. The bathroom was dirty as while as the towels and the tub/shower. The door to the bathroom didnt ahit all the way. I would not recommendation this place to anyone.

1. Check is staff was not knowledgeable about check-in process. 2. Room had crumbs on the refrigerator door handle and French fries on the floor by they trash can. 3. Housekeeping staff are very loud in the mornings. They were laughing loud and having raunchy conversations. 4. The hotel does not serve hot meals for breakfast on the Wednesdays. Breakfast on those days is basically bread.

The bathroom was in need of repair. Bathroom door would not close. Lock for the room was not secured well to door frame. One of the beds wobbled. The room was clean and updated but the bathroom and sink area was in need of repair.
