It was terrible. This place does not have an ev charging station like is mentioned in the amenities section. The morning breakfast consists of waffles, 2 types of cereal, toast and prepackaged pastries. There is some machine coffee and juice. When we got to the room there was hair in the sink. Paint was peeling off walls. Curtains were ripped. The fridge in the room was making loud clicking noises at all times so we had to just unplug it to go to sleep. The place is noisy and has rats going to town with each other outside in the shed that separates your rooms from the main building. There aren’t enough seats for breakfast. The workers are pretty unhelpful. This is a place you go as a last resort. Would never stay here again.

Towels, pillows,, and bed were very comfortable

Breakfast was great! Customer service needs work.
The room had a blow dryer, I didn't make sure it worked before I needed it. When I called the front desk to get a replacement he said it would be 30-45 min. Well I had planned to be on the road by then, They did come within 10min which was great! He said someone will come to attach it to the wall, I said fine although I will be leaving. No problem.
Came back and mine or my husbands keys didn't work to get into the room. Had to go to office. I let her know the keys weren't working. She took our old keys and gave us new ones. She said these should work. No apology or explanation was given. Pretty much just leave me alone. Yes the keys did work, they should cuz we already paid!
House keeping did a half assed job straitening up.
When we checked out, same lady, took our keys and just threw them in a big bowl. Again, no thank you for staying or sorry key didn't work the other day...nothing...needs improvement!

Need better AC to keep up with very hot weather on this stay.

Room was dirty, floor was upswept/vacuumed. Shower had hair in it. AC unit was extremely noisy. Sunday morning got a call from front desk asking when we were checking out which I confirmed as 11:00 am, at approximately 10:45 maids started knocking on door repeatedly. Very irritating!
Don't waste your time or money staying here.

My room had ants, other than that it was a pleasent stay, outside the premises was dirty and messy.

I am VERY upset that my pink lunch bag that was left in the refrigerator in room 110 has not been (officially) found or returned. I checked out at 10:30 am on Sept 8th and called the hotel immediately when I arrived at my home at 6pm. I have called several times and have been told it was not turned in. Someone of your staff has my bag and it has my insulin medication in it! Please contact me K Riley

It is a very convenient location.

There was an ant problem, was restless to sleep with ants on the bed, floor, bathroom and walls. Noticed them first night.

It was fine. It did the job. Needed a place to stay for a night for a party that was close by.

I mistakenly booked this Ramada thinking it was the nice one in Kearny Mesa which has a big pool, green landscaping and great location for nearly the same price. This property is very unappealing to look at, the pool is pathetically small and dirty overlooking a dismal street. The room was cramped and had a claustrophobic view of the inside parking structure of a dismal hotel. Meager little air conditioning unit that blasted you in the face on one bed and the other was to far away to get a whiff of the dank air coming out of it. Customer Service was pretty sad as well, a cursory greeting and then glazed over look in the eye. Food? for breakfast was those little vile packages of preservative ridden snack cakes(cheapest ones you can find), flavorless waffle batter and some cereal that you get in those giant bags that somehow are stale before the air hit them.Worst was the coffee? I’m no connoisseur, not even picky, just allow me to recognize that I’m drinking coffee and I’m good, not sure what this stuff was. For $150-$200 a night on the weekend you could find better, if not, spend an extra $25 and avoid staying at a dive.

The price was good and it was fairly comfortable. Their was a group of men that wete very loud and appeared intoxicated. The constantly shouted and played loud music by the pool. But by midnight everything seemed quiet or I just slept through it. Other than that it was fine and I never go to bed before midnight so I did not complain. If I did the staff might have handled it so I can't blame them.

Do not stay here, this place is a dump. The deadbolt on my door didn’t work, the shower was dirty and there were small holes in the wall. Parking is limited, and after an evening event, there was no room for my car in the parking lot. In the morning, it was very loud. It’s an old, gross hotel. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

The room smelled so bad, made it hard to sleep. The air Conditioner didn’t work well for the room size. The curtains did cover the windows well. I’ll never stay again.

Checked in Friday and checked out Monday. To start, staff was unfriendly to the point that they seemed bored. Checked in and right away noticed there was stains on one pillow case and had to exchange. The pillows by the way were half pillows. The ac worked but the flapper was broken and had to insert a piece of cardboard to keep it open. Got a wake up call Saturday morning at 8am by the sheriffs department banging on our door, as they did the entire hotel, looking for someone but didn't look like they ever found who they were looking for. There was paint droppings on the floor in our room and there was a large empty space where a chair or something might have gone, the room looked incomplete.
Couldn't use the pool because there was debris on the bottom of the pool, needed to be vacuumed, and there was orange algae in the entire pool! There was a lot of rust on the pool fencing and the furniture was also worn and rusted.
Checked out on Monday, same bored staff, different person, never asked how was our stay, or any other friendly banter. They were doing some remodeling on the outside of the building but they should have been spending time on the inside. Will never stay here again or any other Ramada Inn.

It was a long day. The check in was great, but when we got to our room, it was not. I paid for a king bed room and we got a 2 queen bed room. And honestly I was too exhausted to make a big deal about it. The ac unit was making so much noise it kept my wife up. But the room was super clean.

Room was very clean and nice but parking lot was small and difficult to maneuver in and it looked like they were in the middle of remodeling

On their website it makes you believe this place is well put together but when you get there you see the room is NOT what is advertised and I am not talking about a five star hotel at all. I am talking about getting what you pay for and for over $200 a night this. Was. Not. It. The cherry on top was when housekeeping came in their attempt at making our bed was not even good enough for subpar work.

Our room had ants all over the bathroom. Talked to the manager but someone was in the bathroom when she came and she never came back. She said my husband said we were ok and that’s not what he says. We ended up with ants in our bed and our suit cases.

There were repairs needed to exterior tiled areas. The room was not carpeted but the floor needed mopping. The bathroom door jam needed painting. The rest of the room was clean.

We checked in late, only there to stay for the evening and leave by six in the morning. There was dirt and construction outside the room and a laundry bin. There were loud noises all night outside of our window and door. The room was cold. The sheets felt like paper and there were crumbs on the bedspread when we arrived. There was a smell in the room not of cleanliness but stale like it hadn’t been used or cleaned. We woke early and we’re happy to leave. The other person traveling with me was up all night and couldn’t sleep because of the slamming outside our door.

I booked it because it was near my daughter’s family. One thing I noticed about cleaning the room floor, it was not mopped. Otherwise all was good

The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was very helpful and kind. Our room had a dirty floor, worn bedskirts, and a broken lock. The lock was fixed right away. The breakfast was pretty minimal. The staff did clean up the room and provide clean towels our 2nd day.

My daughter and I love to stay at the Ramada anytime we move, so this time there was no exception. The front desk clerk, Raj, was awesome and is always kind. He is a man of few words but much integrity. The breakfast is always good, though the waffle maker was sadly down during our stay. Once the construction and ongoing work to better the property is completed, it will be so much easier to relax. Right now, it is too much noise ALL day long, but it is still my fave local hotel! Btw when did hotels get so dang expensive!?

We had been here before and it was a great stay the last time. However this time, the hotel was being maintained when we went, they were doing stucco patching and general construction. Room 102 had septic smells, we had to leave the fan on to avoid being choked out from it. Bedsheets were sticky and the AC filter hadn't been changed for years, we both experienced horrible hay fever. The Breakfast station was extremely limited, might as well not even have one, the waffle iron was down, no bagels, limited fruit.

It was clean and all, but for $250 you would expect to sleep on somewhat nice. The bed is old so its uncomfortable and everytime you move it would make a sound.

Tv did not work, bathroom constantly smelled like sewage, air/heat worked poorly, continental breakfast was as limited as you get.
