If they assign you a room in the front halls on the first floor. It is loud. People were out in the common areas after 10pm very loudly. Then once breakfast opened you can hear people using their silverware, chatting, throwing their trash, all the things. I feel those rooms should be discounted.

It’s always amazing

For a Hyatt, it needed a bit more maintenance care with cleanliness in the elevator, hall way and the room's carpet which looks outdated and smells dusty. The room was spacious with very good amenities kitchenette. Beds are comfortable and very soft pillows and sheets are clean.

Great place to stay this is my go to spot when I go to Disneyland or anywhere in the area. I love the staff of everything they do top quality. Look forward to coming back again.

Lot of potential. The place feels like it doesn't have much of a cleaning/maintenance staff. Filthy elevator with broken tiles, the shower in our room was filthy and backed up. The tv remote had greasy fingerprints on it. I wasn't sure if my room was even cleaned at all. Also, parking is not free here.

We were able to check in late. The staff late night was great! I felt safe walking to the hotel and leaving my car. It’s off the main road so it’s also pretty quiet. Breakfast was available in the morning (was busy) and included in our stay. We enjoyed our bagels and coffee on the go as we headed out to Disneyland each morning.

Very nice hotel.. friendly, helpful staff, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend

This is my second time staying at this establishment and I love it! This is gonna be my New go to stop when I’m in this area. The staff is wonderful. The maids are wonderful. It’s just a great location with wonderful people working here. Look forward to my next trip down here when I can stay again.

Good place to stay

We had a 6 night stay at this hotel for work/personal. I had requested a high floor option a day prior to checkout. However the hotel was full and this request was denied while check in. I have no issues with that. While checking in, the person at the front desk one Mr Douglass (really nice person) did give me the option of a higher floor the next day onwards. However when i approached the reception the next day the lady there (Michelle) was not very welcoming. She asked me to come back the next day and kept telling me 'I'll see what i can do' in the most rudest tone. I never went back to them with any requests after that. We just finished our stay quietly and got out of there after our 6 nights. But one thing is for sure. We are never going back there again! My question to Michele would be 'Shouldn't hospitality be your first virtue in the hospitality industry?'

Absolutely awesome hotel for families, this place was great hands down and coming from working with in this industry for quite a few years with many properties of my own, I will bring my family here over and over again. Thank you to all of the staff for the kindness and hospitality and amazing breakfast this is an experience I will not forget at your property. We will be back!!! great clean place

Nice neighborhood. Quick check in, friendly staff. Spacious clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the morning. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

There was constant electric humming noise in the room and often HVAC kicked in and made louder noise. I had to sleep with ear plug in.

Convenient, clean. Our family has stayed now multiple times. Very easily walkable to local eateries. Housekeeping and front desk staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional.
