Back home in Madison for a weekend. The Concourse location is fantastic. We walked State Street several times and to Monona Terrace for the winter Farmers Market. Be aware that parking is $18/day. It was still a good value when we stayed.

Lovely room with two queen beds. Spacious and had chair seating besides the desk chair = A++

My wife and I stayed on the 12th floor Governor's Lounge for a night while we attended an event at the Orpheum Theater and explored the downtown area.
The parking garage was very convient although low cielings with some spots as low as 5' 6". From the garage there are elevators that will take you to the lobby which we were greeted with an very nice and professional clerk who checked us in.
The atmoshpere and elegance of the main lobby lounge was amazing during the holiday time and the lounge is also connected to a Starbucks. After checking in, we headed to our rooms on the 12th floor which you need to scan your keycard to get to that floor. The 12th floor Governor's Lounge included a floor exclusive lounge, library, and a kitchen where you can order food.
The room itself was nice and spacious with some minor cosmetics blemishes. The only thing broken in our room was the toilet paper holder which didn't inconvenience us. The bed was comfortable too which is always a relief in a hotel.
Overall, i would reccomended this hotel to anyone as the staff were very helpful and friendly and the overall atmoesphere is breathtaking. Also, the location is ideal for those who wish to explore the downtown area of Madison.

Will be my go to stay everytime I'm in Madison.

One of the best run hotels I’ve ever visited. All staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good location, really bad view from the room though with a construction site just outside the window.
Our room was just 10 meters from the pool area which had really late opening hours to 11 pm. A lot of noisy kids and everything smelled so much chlorine(?) from the pool. Avoid third level if you want a quiet evening and morning.
We stayed here a few days earlier as well on the fourth floor and that was just great but still a really bad view.

This was my second time there and it's always a pleasure. The check-in agent was not good, but eventually treated me as a human when she saw that the reservation was for the executive floor. It was a noisy property due to Thanksgiving, but the Lounge was well-staffed and stocked.

Great hotel with a lot of cool shops around.

This ended up being a great choice for a last minute reservation. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient, prompt and the driver was super friendly. Check-in was pleasantly quick and easy. The room was big and clean, as was the rest of the property. The breakfast options were limited to a small buffet while I was there, but the food and service were great. The location was perfect… in close proximity and walking distance to State Street, the UW, Lake Mendoza and the nightlife around the capitol square.

This was a great place to stay for the Oregon/Wisconsin game. The staff were super friendly. The airport shuttle was very convenient. And the location of this hotel was perfect! Within walking distance to so much. Highly recommend!

Wonderful. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The beds were too high. I could hardly get into it. Kept slipping off the edge. So it was difficult to get dressed. Comfortable, but too tall for 5' 4".
The electric outlets did not work in the little makeup area. Slipped out enough that neither would charge.
Clock not usefriendly. We gave up on it. Parking slots very narrow.
Breakfast buffet -- wonderful iced tea and muffins.

This place was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful view of the capital from our room. The food in the lounge was good and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back for sure. One thing I would change is that there is an arcade advertised in their brochure in the room and also is listed on the signage outside the elevators. Not sure how long ago it was removed but maybe need to change the signs.

The hotel is conveniently locate for Madison Marathon but the management is not….
Breakfast is available at 7 am, the marathon start at 7 am as well, one would think that on that day, they would accommodate the athlete and have it available at 6…. !?
Check out is at 11 but no later than 12… again, it’s Sunday, end of weekend rush. You would think for the athlete they would accommodate and allow 1:30-2 pm at least, on that occasion. It’s a miss opportunity to have 5 star to a great location.
I will look elsewhere for next year.
(And train your stuff to smile and be appreciative of the arriving guests, it would elevate the mood. Matthew must not like his job!)

We had selected a pool side room. Room excellent and privacy curtains ideal, but alas not sound proof. Had hoped to use pool in the late hours but a family with kids splashed around until close @ 11 pm. Bummer - perhaps those open hours could start later and end earlier for the regular hotel guests as it impacted our sleep.

Had a great girls getaway! Checked in early and it was near everything we needed. Friendly staff and nice facilities! Would stay again!

Immaculate room and property ; many dining options in walking distance

Discount value for $200+ a night. No bathrobe, no slippers, no care kit, no water bottles, no kettle. Rooms are cold. Or maybe it’s just special treatment for those who pay full price to come for the annual South Asia conference.

Another wonderful stay at our new favorite hotel in Madison. The location is just off the square, with its own attached parking lot, and is within easy walking distance of many of the best restaurants in Madison. All of the staff we have had contact with have been so pleasant, and the room is very clean, with a comfortable bed, a really great shower, and a nice view. We were just here on late August, and enjoyed our stay so much that we are back again less than two months later.

The hotel was perfectly located, comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. There is a bar and restaurant on-site. Overall I cannot overstate how great a hotel this is. I would definitely stay here again

I do not recommend this hotel.. I had Covid and they wouldn’t let me cancel without a doctor’s note even though I sent them a home Covid test.
I was doing the responsible thing by not infecting their entire hotel.
I used to stay here for work and will never book again.

I was in town for a family wedding and found the accommodations very comfortable, great service and friendly staff. I had an issue with a leak and it was taken care of promptly. It's a great location, close to the farmers market.

We were very impressed. We were only there for one night but location was great.
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone asking.

This is a nice hotel in the heart of it all. We stayed in Governor's Club room. The room was very clean, but dated. The furnishings were a bit tired. The bathroom was nice, but the shower sucked.
The Governor's Club was just OK. The happy hour had decent snacks, but the drink selections were cheap. My wine was out of a bottle that cost about 5 bucks at the liquor store. The liquor selections weren't much better. The breakfast in the club was very mediocre. Everything was cold. This felt more like a small town Mayor's Club, rather than a Governor's Club.....
The staff was awesome. Very friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
The location cannot be beat. It's in the heart of everything. I'd stay here again, even though it had its faults.

We stayed here for one night and I was throughly impressed with how cute the hotel was. I’d never stayed in a hotel that gave you a keycard for in-and-out privilege for the remainder of your stay. It came in really handy when we came back from the concert we attended and no food places were open other than McDonald’s haha. They even tried to help up find somewhere that was open in the area. The clerks at the front desk were genuinely kind and made sure to ask us if we had any questions, if we needed anything during our stay. They were super nice. I’ll be back and will recommend this hotel to my family and friends, should they need a stay in Madison.

Great location. Staff was excellent. They accommodated our request for an early check-in even though it was one of the busiest weekends. Parking is easy and reasonable priced. The beds are so comfortable. Great night sleep.

Awesome customer service! From the check-in to the check out process was the best experience. Friendly, professional, helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed another night!

I don't think our room was cleaned very well; hair all other the bathrrom floor and sink, fake eyelash on the back splash ledge.

From start to finish, the service, staff, and amenities were excellent! It was truly a surprise from a locally owned hotel. Every little convenience was considered and it made our stay comfortable.
