during the boat show in Cannes the availabillity of Hotels is limited and the prices are crazy and rather unlimited. The Ermitage Osasis is in any way a positive experiance.

This hotel was great! Nicest ladies behind the front desk, and great service! Our room was also fantastic. We had a little trouble with som smell from the shower drain the first day, but once we let them know they had fixed it before we came back! Would love to stay here again

This was the perfect hotel for our first trip to the French Riviera. The Ermitage Suite was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The facilities were really nice and all of the staff were super helpful. Overall, it was a gorgeous hotel in a perfect setting that allowed us to visit se real towns. A special thank you to Raymond and Gilles and the front desk staff. You all made our visit truly memorable!

Beautiful ocean view with a big balcony !

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly, its very close to beach, restaurants etc.
Sadly i felt breakfast was a disappointment, not everyone may agree but when i have a croissant i want strawberry jam not fig jam, i just felt it was very limited and not varied, i also felt the pool area was very small so many people had to walk away on a daily basis due to no sunbeds available. Would say max there was 15, the hotel is nice but these areas would put me of returning in the future sadly

The hotel had that old French feeling

Beautiful property in Mandelieu and quite close to the train station, overlooking the port. Mandelieu is two towns over from Cannes but it is quite accessible with nice restaurants nearby and a peaceful neighbourhood

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the rooms were extremely noisy. You could hear upstairs and side rooms. Not sure what was going on above us, but we heard movement all the time as if it was a work area or something. Or it may have been next door. Unknown.
Also, our mini fridge area had a terrible odor - as if something had died in there. I brought it up to gentleman at the front desk, but not much seemed to have been done. I'm unsure if they checked it or not. He didn't understand English very well. Which is totally fine. But makes things a little harder to communicate. Overall the staff in the restaurant area was very nice.
The restaurant also said it was open until 930pm. We went to go have a drink one night at 830pm and there was no one in sight. We did have a drink after laying by the pool one day and they seemed ill prepared for that. The bar and restaurant are right by the pool, they might make more money if they offered snacks and alcohol/drinks by the pool.
We did a basic room, but in the photos there was a photo of a balcony - a bit misleading, as there wasn't one for our room. Still beautiful view of the canal and mountains. Very easy to get to the beach and other areas to eat. We walked everywhere. Close to the train station, as well. You can walk there to get on a train to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, and the airport. You may have connections so be aware of that.

We travelled with a toddler and had an excellent stay. Large room, comfy bed, generous bathroom and terrace. Pool was warm and had an extended shallow step which was great for the toddler to play on. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Bus stops and train station a short walk away with easy access to Cannes and beyond. 2 minute walk from a great, sandy beach. Staff were all excellent.

It’s a wonderful stay and really like the staff on the front desk and they are very helpful!

Nice place to stay, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Only the breakfast for 22 EUR was like in a really poor hostel...
4.5
The place is very comfortable and clean, rooms are big and in great condition. Pool is nice and quiet, good for a cool down off the beach. Staff was helpful and would have given 5 stars, but I was forced to change rooms mid stay due to a mixup in booking. But went to another great room. Otherwise, a great experience staying here.

Fantastic stay for the celebrations of my daughters wedding in Chateau de La Napoule. Great location, spotlessly clean throughout, superb room with an ocean view. Every single one of the staff were so friendly and helpful from minute 1. I would definitely go back and can’t recommend it highly enough.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice but quite small and the pool was very sheltered as the weather was quite blowy.

3rd time here, as usual very nice.

Fabulous hotel great location overlooking the port breakfast was lovely and staff extremely helpful and friendly

Great hotel, opposite golf club and marina, great restaurants nearby (with typically bad French service), but I could not fault the service of all of the staff at the hotel, from the moment I arrived until I left. Flawless stay.

Fab location not over busy.
Nice restaurants.
Great beach

The staff were not friendly at all, with the exception of the lady who checked us in. She was fantastic!
We asked to have a glass of wine at the bar and the waiter suggested to go somewhere else as we were not going to have dinner.
Nobody was happy to speak French with me. I spoke French with them and they replied in English.
I do not recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing. People were really nice, the location is idyllic, right across from a big harbor with the Mediterranean in the distance, nice pool we didn't get a chance to try. Great little town and great hotel

It was an excellent property, the staff was very professional, and the grounds and artwork were truly exceptional

Absolutely loved this quaint hotel! Right on the beach about a 10 minute drive outside of busier Cannes. This place really feels like a more laid-back vacation. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, they remembered my name every day. The food at the bistro is also excellent. Highly recommend!

I made this booking for 2 rooms a couple of months ago but my friend got a big room and I got the smaller room. When I complained at the reception, they were trying to fob me off. Did get the room eventually but not happy about the fact that this even happened. On another occasion, my room cards were not working and my husband was promised new ones will be sent up to his room but he was kept waiting until he had to come down to collect it.

Stayed at the hotel for a long weekend whilst attending a party in the area. Great location in La Napoule, close to beaches and restaurants. Good transport links if you don't have a car - bus €1.50 to Cannes, boat shuttles too, although as end of season these had more or less stopped.
Our classic double room was fairly small but adequate for a short stay, had a balcony with side sea view, overlooking the inlet and boats. Breakfast buffet was lovely, hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, with lovely pastries, cold meats, smoked salmon and cheeses. Fresh orange and pink grapefruit juice, and fabulous coffee.
Small pool at the front of the hotel with comfortable loungers and towels. They will also provide beach towels on request.
The staff at the hotel are, without exception, excellent; always friendly and informative.
Would recommend without hesitation and would stay here again.
Merci beaucoup 😘

I've stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions but not for some years. The hotel has undergone an upgrade since I was last there. Unfortunately, to me, the updated decoration has gone down the route of painting everything grey. The sitting room has gone from being Provencale charm at its best to being like the business class lounge at Zurich Airport.
There is no food on the menu that'd encourage guests to stay in the hotel for a light lunch or that is indeed child friendly.
However, these are small grumbles. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the Cote d'Azur whether it be by sea, car or train. the hotel staff are charming and the hotel itself is first rate. It is likely that we will return.

The hotel seemed a bit to impressed of itself. Un- relaxed.
The festaurant was way to expensive and the food not impressive.
Breakfast was not satisfying.
Rather long distance from the beach.

Was a lovely small hotel where the staff did everything they could to make our stay special.

Lovely elegant hotel. We loved the swimming pool.
