This hotel back in the 80s used to be a Sheraton. It was really nice back in the 80s. All they did was change the name on it. Whoever owns this hotel, put a Crown Plaza sign on the exterior to trick people into thinking they’re getting a good hotel. This hotel is disgusting from the outside to the inside. I had to move rooms because my original room had a broken toilet, a leaking air conditioner, the lamps didn’t work and smelt like death. They moved me to the 10th floor in a “suite” that was nowhere near a suite. This hotel needs to be condemned, remodeled, or torn down. This hotel is disgusting and should not have a 7+ rating on this site. This hotel is maybe a 2/awful.

Very very dirty and very Noisy. We changed the room at mid night around 2.30. Elevator making too noisy. Very Dirty ,Carpet was smelling very bad. Called Housekeeping .Receptionist said they start at 9.30 in morning. No one to clean at night

Hotel is pretty old, but seems in good repair inside. Room was quiet and comfy. Nice restaurant onsite. They only have 4 or 5 handicap parking spaces in front, and none in back, which is the larger lot. And during my 3 days stay, the same vehicles were parked in the same handicap slots the whole time. One of them didn’t even have a placard displayed. Perhaps these spaces are being used for long term park and fly customers?

It was ok. The parking is expensive. There was no microwave. Not sure was the noise next door was but it freaked us out! The coffe maker is too small. Customer service did not answer late at night. The good things about it are: there was a full size hairdryer. It was good to have the iron and ironing board in the room.

Hotel needs some TLC. The staff are helpful and professional, hotel shuttle in the mornings never seems to be on time. From the airport no issue. As far as value for money, its within that bracket. Its never my first choice of airport hotel, but when a conference comes to town they seem to be the hotel that has rooms left that are affordable, not like the price gauging others .

Had to ride on a different hotel shuttle and walk about 5 mins after waiting for the crown plaza shuttle service over an Hour. Agent on the phone was rude when i called to check on the shuttle services.

Overall the property was fine. However, several things did not work. I made several trips down to the desk to get the staff to correctly key our cards to get into the room. The air conditioner made a terrible racket so we had to turn it off and did not have AC. Hot & cold water were reversed and took us a while to figure that out. No mini frig which was supposed to be there.

I enjoyed my stay, and the room was comfortable. Dina at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only area that needs attention is the parking lot. besides it looking run down, it could be well lit at night. Kind of scary walking into the hotel back entrance. But other than that it was a great stay.

We stayed here for a night really nice location downtown walk good food around nice service I left my luggage there after checking out for like 5 hrs to walk around the area really safe to be San Francisco.
