Very comfortable! It would benefit from some sort of update, but everything was clean and I slept pretty comfortably each of the two nights I stayed

The hotel and staff were great. The hotel is older and could probably use a remodel but, for the price point it was perfect. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of ammenities. Although I did not use it the the indoor outdoor pool looked like alot of fun.

The hotel needs some TLC. Carpet in the hallway was worn in some places. Scuff marks on some of the furniture in the room. There was an issue with our hot water in the bathroom sink. Turning the handle to full hot only came out in a trickle. Turning the handle toward cold made the water only warm. My first thought was the shutoff under the sink was turned down. So, I opened the valve a half turn and it leaked. So, I turned it back and we dealt with the low flow on the hot side.

At one time this used to be a fabulous hotel. Now it is still good, but in need of a renovation. Great front desk staff, mediocre breakfast, spacious room, old aircon, good location.

The room was comfortable and clean but the pipes banged in toilet and shower. Service was great

Nice clean hotel beautiful view of the mountains and everything is at walking distance

The hotel was crusty. One of those places where if you look in the cracks and crevices it is gross.

Sherrie at the front desk was a great ambassador for your hotel!

Definitely Overpriced... Bathroom piped screeched after any water went down the drains... No Microwave, No Freezer, One Bed Was Visibly Smaller then the other in a Double Queen Room, Housekeeping walks into your room early in the morning and doesn't know which rooms need maintenence despite 11am Checkout, there's no door sign to help prevent it, only vending machines available and in service are in the loby despite the vending machines on all Floors (All are Sold Out), theres no actual breakfast being made it's more of small packaged breakfast items available next to a coffee station in the lobby.
Positives: Pool is half indoors half outdoors, 1 hot tub indoors & 1 outside. Elevator had a great view of the outdoors.

We liked the room. Bathroom could have had a raised toilet. Desk staff was great

Although the staff is excellent; it’s time that the owners put money into updating. The toilets are toddler size.

They did not have my room ready when it was supposed to be so I got a different room far away from my traveling companions but it was comparable. It was good stay. Quiet, friendly staff.

I wasn’t happy to learn that there were only two beds in the room but when I performed the search this room said it would sleep 5. We were given a roll in twin bed and told it would cost extra per night. Also, the restaurant/bar is closed since Covid but nobody would know that from making an online reservation.

It was a good stay. There are railroad tracks near and we couldn’t hear anything through the walls.

Front desk staff were very helpful and were willing to store our bikes for us to keep them safe. The hotel is very close to the Wenatchee Loop bike trail which we enjoyed. They offer both indoor and outdoor pool which is connected and we also enjoyed that. Their breakfast is minimal, but still was quite good.

I have been staying here for years. We are recently making a move to Wenatchee and are waiting for our house to be ready but because we drive older vehicles not new ones. We have been told that we are no longer allowed to book here because they don’t like the look that it gives. Even though we can afford it, we’re told we don’t look like we could afford it basically and that we need to leave and book somewhere else from now on.

Very nice, good parking quick check in standard room.

There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom fan didn't work to vent it correctly which is why there is mold.
The bed was really hard and lumpy. When I pulled the sheet back to check for bed bugs there was black hair all over the mattress.
There's old school cable literally 50 channels
The good was location, staff was friendly which sometimes makes the hotel. The pool was also well maintained.
the restaurant is not open. Apparently it hasn't been open for years. Really big let down considering I payed $175 for a night and there wasn't even any breakfast.

I was disappointed that the bar and grill had issues and were closed! I realize they had unexpected equipment failure so it was inavoidable. I have enjoyed the bar and grill in past stays.
