Very stinky elevator, diirty hallway carpets, only one ice machine for all the floors, the key to my room didn’t work few times. Just icky! Yet nice staff if you could find them.

Rundown and no hot water-never again. The carpet is filthy with large stains everywhere. The place is a tear down.

No hot water in shower
Mold on ceiling

Hooks in room and bathroom would be helpful, chairs at the table would be helpful in rooms.

When we got there, the staff was really nice and let us check in early when our room was ready but the cleaning staff forgot to clean the hair out of the sink. The sink itself was crumbling and stained. The carpet was stained and the paint on the walls was chipping off. When I pulled back my bedsheets, there was what I hope was a ketchup stain on the blanket and when I called to ask for a new one, he said he would bring it by, but never did.
The worst parts, though, where when around 9 o’clock at night, they shut off the water because somebody had nicked a sprinkler line and they had to turn off the water in order to fix it. That meant we couldn’t use the sink or flush the toilet for a few hours, they were working into the night, making lots of noise and when I called to ask about why there was no water they didn’t offer to bring us any or do anything to make up for the inconvenience. I was also woken up abruptly at 4:30 in the morning to the sound of police officers banging on the door of a nearby room, dog incessantly, barking, and fear for my own safety as well as my child’s
I brought this up to the front desk the next morning and all they said was “I’m sorry that happened.” No offer to compensate or refund our stay. I understand that the police coming was not their control, nor was the water breaking, but the fact of them, knowing about it, but doing nothing to improve the stay for their guests was the frustrating part as well as not simply getting a blanket

The webpage listed a mini fridge and microwave but my room had neither.

Upon entry, I took note of the stained carpet and out of order sign in the ice machine. When I opened my door, I was immediately struck by the condition of the carpet. It looked filthy. I knew I would not be taking my shoes off my entire stay. I inquire about the filthy carpets at the front desk whereby the desk agent said they were clean, just stained. I didn’t believe her. To add more fun, the water was shut off. When I called about that, I was told that they were working on the problem. I had just fallen asleep when the phone rang at 11:15pm and some idiot told me the water was back on. Horrible experience here.

This was definitely inadequate. We didn't dare use the shower or mini-fridge as they were both held together by duct-tape. There was also duct-tape holding the ac together. It was apparent that they either didn't clean or do not have adequate cleaners as we found a rotting chicken nugget on the floor and I was having allergies to the abundance of dust in the room. It was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Old property. Halls are stained and pretty gross. Lobby is fine. Rooms are fine. Not the horror show that other reviews make it out to be though - no mold or unclean beds, just an old hotel experience.

Overall condition was tired/shabby, very noisy with dumpsters being emptied early hours , next to bottle drop gave a bit of an unsafe feeling, breakfast room out of action , ice machine for cold drinks out of action , my room was clean and serviced every day to best of cleaners ability, first room i got key for at check in ....hadnt been cleaned,

The service was terrible, it took us asking multiple times to get towels and no information was given to us about amenities or check out times. The rooms were dirty and smelt terrible, I could hear everything the other guests were doing through the walls. The floors in the bathroom were coming apart, it looked like mold and dust in the corners on the ceiling and the hallways were unkept.

This place was not clean, smelled bad and had homeless living in the parking lot

A really rusty sink was the only down point

Hall carpet had massive stains and a couple seed shells. Tub didn't appear very clean could be sever staining. The continental breakfast was a joke - might be ok for small kids, but disgusting for adults. They bagged it and sent you on your way.

Location is pretty sketchy…. Everyday there were people clearly on something sitting outside the front doors smoking or drinking things because they couldn’t afford to stay there. The last day a man under the influence had to be escorted off the property by the police.
The place isn’t very clean, it was the cheapest we could find so we got what we paid for having a lower budget but won’t stay here again.
My sheets were also dirty upon arrival and had a ton of black curly human hairs all over them, so we don’t know if those even got changed. Front desk was nice and they did get me new sheets.
This location also did not have a microwave and fridge in the room as advertised. It’s a shared microwave & fridge in the lobby. And they are still only doing bagged breakfast. So we ended up having to go out and get breakfast in the mornings.

The building is run down.
There are abandoned vehicles in the lot.
I just needed a place to stay for the night.

The property is worn down and dirty. The only thing I was sure was clean in our rooms was the bed which was comfortable. But the floors the walls and ceiling were visibly dirty and there was an ant issue.
Suzy at the front desk was really nice and helpful but it is definitely not worth $93/night And the pictures make it look a lot more put together than it is.

This is a old gross hotel. The pictures are absolutely wrong. The floor is uneven, carpet has stians everywhere, the hall and room stink and are musty, our room was soo hot and the AC kept turning off. The sink didnt drain and the shower was a joke! You werw lucky to have luke warm water. Overall DONT STAY HERE go basically anywhere else.

The room was clean but the furnishings/fixtures were worn out. The desk people were pleasant. The floors were very bouncy/wobbly and squeaky… made me feel dizzy.

While the employees were great, the hotel was pretty run down. The room was fine (although there was a serious lack of lighting), but the halls and stairs were gnarly. Also, the ice machine was broken. Also, there was a motion sensor alarm that kept going off late at night.

Do not stay here.
- Toilet seat fell off the first time we sat down
- "Breakfast" was some cereal, juice and a frozen waffle in a bag. The breakfast room is "temporarily closed"
- Massive stains in the hallway carpet that have obviously been there a long time.
- Electrical fixtures in the rooms dangling out of the walls
- A variety of homeless individuals hanging around the facility, some asking for money
- The hairdryer sparked when used
- The facility was just generally run down and dirty

I enjoyed my stay.

Property is very tired. Linens good, staff with whom I interacted very nice. Main problem was the vanity/sink area of my room (311) was under a major attack by sugar ants! Fortunately I had a bottle of Windex in my car which put most of them out of business.

Typical older hotel. Served its purpose as a one night pit stop.
Reception was very helpful. We were arriving in the middle of the night and I called to make sure they would hold our room. They were super helpful when we were delayed even later and offered a very late check out for us the next day.
Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall hotel is an older travel hotel.

We canceled our stay. It was recieved and then they told me that I never canceled. Which is not true. They wouldn't give our money back, so we lost $2,535.00 for our trip. So, we had no trip instead. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM!!!

Hallways and stairways terribly dirty. Towel with black spot. Screen broken in window. Breakfast a sack of 3 items. Lot of people with animals and apparently longer-term guests?
2.0 / 5.0
Property was very rundown. The door to our room was damaged, window screen was damaged, flooring and fixtures were old (70’s like gold linoleum in bath), and walls (& ceiling) were paper thin. We heard every footstep from our neighbors above and every conversation or shower from our neighbors next door. Plus… breakfast was not even continental… was a pre-made lunch sack with yogurt, prepackaged waffle and syrup (served cold, no plate) and a carton of orange juice. Staff was super friendly… but not much else was good at this place.

Poor condition. Staff friendly.

This is a run down hotel that has mold and wet rugs in the hallways. The free breakfast was not available. i would imagine that was due to the high volume of homeless hanging around the building. We had trouble with our room key and had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the desk. We were very relieved when we left this place. The room itself was ok.

Read Google review! I did not and regretted. Everything they said about mold, smell, shady people lurking around. Bathroom door hard to close. Knob broke. Alarm all night: you are accessing private property. Your action being recorded...floor wornout and ripped. Free breakfast is not cooked but some packaged food (milk bottle, cereal cup, yogurt cup, orange juice, waffle) I thought with the name Wyndham attached it should be decent enough for 1 night stay. Would not recommend.

Elevator smelled of urine. Hotel needs a major renovation. Carpets were nasty. Sink old. Should be condemned.

Great place to do laundry an chillax after many a miles trekked

Was there for one night and had my two dogs, so just needed an affordable place that allowed dogs and was preferably near downtown Corvallis. Two restaurants (Elmer’s and Shari’s) are right next door, so that is convenient. This place met the criteria.
Cons: It is definitely in need of re-carpeting and a bit more focus on cleaning.
