We enjoyed our overnight stay. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Even the stairwell was clean! It was, however, very difficult to find a parking spot in the small side lot. The hotel was sold out and the breakfast area was packed.... one overworked staff member was the only one assigned to keep the breakfast items filled, including the coffee area. We wished we could have helped her!

The hotel itself was fine, the facility was clean, the room was clean, the areaa around rhe jotel felt safe. My issues were with the staff. I booked through Orbitz and checkin was quick and the staff was friendly. We went to our room and aside from one of the keys not working, everythibg was great. My wife then went to get some snacks from the hotel market but when she tried to charge the food ro the room, everything went downhill. Somehow, i was given keys to a room i was not checked in to. The name on the room i was occupying was wrong and the credit card i gave at checkin was not tied to the rokm i was occupying? The name and cc were tied to an entirely different room. I went down and talked to the desk agent to get it all fixed. He was very confused about what happened and after 10 minutes said he thought he had fixed it. I did not have the greatest confidence so that night i locked the door, latched it and piled our bags infront of it. The next morning, i went to checkout to find out that we were checking out orlf a room we were not checked in to and the CC situation was not resolved. I spent another 10 min trying to find out what was charges to my CC for food and how i could be sure it was closed when i left as it was tied to someone elses room. The deak agent could not give me confirmation or a receipt for what was charged to my card. Then breakfast was disappointing, very full breakfast area with no eggs or biscuits. Lots of people waiting patiently.

It was a pretty well kept property, the area was a little away from everything else and was sort of hard to get in and out of. The surrounding area was a bit rundown and somewhat unsafe, there were a lot of random people hanging out outside the hotel in the middle of the night that made us feel uncomfortable. They also left the doors to the pool area open quite a bit so people were coming in there whether they were hotel patrons or not.

We stayed in a double queen bed room and both beds were comfortable. Wall thermostat for comfortable. Double blinds for light or dark shading. Larger tv than other hotels we've stayed at. Everything very clean. One small downside: the refrigerator does not have a freezer and there are no controls to turn up or down the fridge.

Property was nice. Bathroom looks new and clean. Very spacious but beds weren’t comfortable. Couldn’t sleep well and our body sore when we woke up also there was a thing like gum on the floor in between beds. Location is great. Pool water was so cold. AC was off when we checked in but the staff came like an hour later helped to fix it. He said AC wasn’t plugged probably the cleaner accidentally unplugged it. Maintenance guy was so nice and willing to come to fix it even though it was already 11 pm. We appreciate his help. We like it so far and we’ll be back

Check in person wasn't very cordial. Acted lime he hated his job. Rooms were clean, comfortable but somewhat small. Had a hard time unloading the luggage cart in the room. Breakfast was good. Checkout went much better. Smiles and thanks for staying. Would definitely stay again. IHG has always been good to me.
